While waiting I bought a small Christmas gift for my wonderful spouse. Danielle in the parts department could not have been nicer. She got me what I needed and even gave me the 2021 calender. Very happy. I try to visit once a month on Saturday mornings to get the Macan S washed. They do a wonderful job. Joe is our salesperson and even though we bought the car a year ago he always comes up to me with a smile and warm greeting. Were like family. I brought my Macan in for its 40,000 mile check up and was told my horn didnt work properly and to replace it, it would cost over $1,100. This was the 1st time in over 50 years, I ever had a problem with a horn. In my view, a horn should last the life of a car and should be covered under warranty. The service at Naples Porsche is very good, but I rate my experience as a 3 due to the fact that I believe the charges are excessive.

When I started shopping for an allocation for a 911 in January of 2021, I was told by two dealerships that there would be a 7 - 8 months wait time. And any dealership that says any sooner is making false promises, and they will drag you on so that they can keep your business. Naple Prosche gave me a possible April allocation and June delivery. The salesperson who I dealt with was Bek Osborne. You know, sometimes when you have this feeling that a person is genuine after speaking to them? This was how I felt. He walked me through the configurator. He did not try to upsell me on any of the specs I picked. After completing the configurator, I was still skeptical, but I took the chance. In March Bek called and said he has an April allocation as expected. I committed, and the car was delivered in early June. When coming to the final purchase amount, everything was aligned with the agreement we made. I did not have to fight any hidden mysterious charges. Bek was also very attentive during the entire process. He would go above and beyond to take pictures of other specs and share to make sure I was happy with my selected specs.Anyone who wants to buy a Porsche, I would highly recommend Naple Porsche.

Excellent, responsive service. Called Victoria, Assistant Service Manager Porsche Naples, at 2 pm Friday. My 911 had a nearly flat tire due to a screw imbedded in the tread. Victoria obtained a replacement tire and had it installed within 2 hours round trip. Unbelievably responsive customer service

Victoria is so efficient and personable. She keeps me informed of the service information and time line to completion.I am unsatisfied with the condition I receive my vehicle back after service. The car wash is less than sufficient. I am always amazed at the lack of cleanliness from their car washing. I also paid for complete renovation and was disappointed at the quality of service. Wax was still between the letters and the car seat was punctured. They did fix it but I had to bring it back.The cost of routine maintenance is high. Over 1000 dollars but I guess you should expect that in a Porsche.

This was the first time having my 2019 Boxster serviced at Naples Porsche. The experience was 5 star from beginning to end. I had the 2 year service done, a 4 wheel alignment, a couple of minor adjustments done. Additionally there was a major problem with the lane change assist system. The LCA gave false readings or no readings, making it totally unreliable and useless. It turned out to be a difficult problem to fix, but technicians worked 3 days to find and resolve the problem. My Service Advisor, Tatiana, and the Service Manager, Vince, were great and kept me informed each day of the progress on the repair, etc. In 50 years of owning multiple cars, the was without doubt the best service experience I have ever had. The quality of service is one of the reasons Naples Porsche is a Premier Porsche Dealer.

I want to commend my salesman, Jamie,And the dealership. I found a used Tesla on Autotrader that was at this dealership. I live in Miami, so it was not possible to just stop by to look at the car. Jamie did a great job in answering my questions, providing additional pictures and a video. We negotiated and reached an agreement. He confirmed the price was the price, but some dealers have a tendency to have excuses or other changes. When I looked at the car, it was as great as described. The price was as stated, and they got the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes. Really impressed with their professionalism. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Saturday breakfast at Porsche Naples is a delight. The chef cooked my omelet just right and the atmosphere is lovely. Daylin made our breakfast even more enjoyable. She loves talking about cars and is passionate with what she does.

I went in to check out the cool rides at the Porsche and I met a wonderful woman named Daylin there. She spoke to me about the warranties on the cars and she was pleasant to talk with made. Excellent service 10/10.

Excellent service experience. Have some follow up work to complete not their fault. Waiting for tires and another part to arrive.Little miscommunication on vehicle pick up, but once they had vehicle all communication was first class.
