The service team could not have been more accommodating. The battery on my 2014 Corvette unexpectedly died so the car had to be flat bedded to the dealer. Jim Stamper and his team assured me that they would check out the entire car to make sure that nothing was overlooked. They did so and completed the repair faster than expected. They also took the time to explain what may have caused the issue and assured me that they would be there for all my service needs. This dealer and their service members are truly top notch. After purchasing a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox in April of 2019, I have returned to Hendrick Chevrolet several times for service on my vehicle. The team in the service department has always been very accommodating and very helpful in ensuring that I received the best service possible, explaining the work needed and the time frame to complete the necessary service / repairs. Service guys were excellent. I ask for an alignment and looked under truck and non of the bolts were broken free to adjust the camber. Never got a print out of what was off.

Although they are in a huge construction project, the service advisor was friendly, understanding, and had a grasp on the nature of my unique issue with my vehicle (trouble getting trailer lights to work on my Tahoe). Turns out my vehicle was fine and I needed to modify my trailer.The service was prompt and I was on my way in reasonably good time.

Jim, the service advisor was great! However, whomever is doing your estimates for additional services did not. Whomever quoted my daughters work to replace her drivers side fender liner also wanted to quote her a new bumper, which Im pretty sure is not needed. Over $2,000 in services quoted for the replacement of an $82.00 part. It also appears she was given the wrong key OR it was run over because it seems to have been crushed or something; lets say its not in the condition it was prior to the service call. Also unexpectable. She was also charged for diagnostics, which I am still not sure why. Cant recall the last time a dealership did that. I would like to discuss the entire experience with the Service Manager.

Would not recommend this dealership. I called about a used diesel truck they listed on car gurus and put a deposit down since it had not gone through inspection yet. A month later they call me saying its ready. I make the drive from Ft. Lauderdale and the truck is not at all how it was described to me nor ready to drive home. Cracked dash, scratches everywhere, ripped seat, power mirrors didnt work, and it was leaking coolant. I had them put it on a lift to check underneath the truck and their mechanic even told me that he wouldnt buy this truck...The sales guy I was dealing with did not know anything about the truck either. When I asked him if the 4 wheel drive worked, he asked me what that was... Total waste of time and they would not come down on the price at all. Place sucks.

David, our salesman, was totally aware of every feature of the Blaze and seemed excited to show us each one of them. He was personable, patient and a pleasure with whom to work. Renaldo, the business manager, was also quite impressive. He managed to get us through numerous forms in an efficient manner. He also got us to spend extra $$$ on a warranty. The other two folks we dealt with, Celeste and the other manager with the southern accent were nice and professional. I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had dealing with the team at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. The only down side was the amount of time it took from start to finish.

Great experience. Was kept in the loop on the status was of my order. I was given a test drive, the salesman Lee showed me every feature of the car, kept me hydrated with many bottles of water, and provided an outstanding experience. I had to call Corporate regarding a repair that was not fixed. My car was taken for service at your dealership on 5/21. A loaner was not provided because we were told the car would be returned within 24 hours. We had to then rent a car and we did not hear a word from Chevy for four days. After paying 469.00 for a rental and 1222.63 for our repairs, our car was returned and the problem was NOT RESOLVED. We called Chevy to explain this and they blew us off. We then called corporate. We were given a case number and told that a senior advisor would be reviewing the case and reaching out to us within 48 hours. They also advised that we make an appointment to return the car to the dealership. We called for an appointment on 5/26. They advised they had no appointments available until June 8. We then gave them the corporate case number and were told to come at 9:30am the next morning on 5/27. We called the service dept. at 7:20 the morning of to ensure a loaner car would be ready when we arrived. I arrived at 9:00am. I was told there were no loaner vehicles available and was shuttled to Hertz. Hertz would not honor the P.O. from the dealer and wanted my credit card. I refuse to pay for anything else at this point. Four hours later and I was given a loaner from the dealership. I was there for four hours and no one so much as offered me water. No one was empathetic to this situation. Here we are on 5/30 and no one was has yet to contact us regarding our car. This is an unacceptable level of customer service and our next course of action is notifying the BBB before continuing with additional courses of action if the problem is not resolved appropriately and in a timely manner.

I went in for a recall for the breaks on my 2016 Tahoe. After 1 1/2 hours I checked on the status and found it was all complete. 4 days later I realized nothing had been done to the Tahoe… same symptoms. I called the service dept and the gentleman who took my call told me he had no record of me being there or any work being done. After going around with him for awhile he said to hold on and he’d be right back. He didn’t come back but Juan the Service Assistant got on the phone. He told me they had tested the breaks and they were fine. I said they aren’t fine and he said well there must be something else wrong…,a cylinder or something. He said bring it in and for $150 we will do a diagnostic test. Are you kidding me?How can I trust you people if you have no record of me even being there!! Don’t waste your time or your money or trust your vehicle to these people!

Fast and friendly service. Went for a oil change and they did a great job on that. However, I asked that they do not rotate my tires because for some reason when they rotate them I get a vibrating in my steering wheel and a buzzing sound when on the highway. They rotated my tires anyway and now I have the noise. Other than not fallowing my wishes fully they did do a good job.
They treated me with dignity and respect. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair. They addressed my problem quickly, and got me back on the road. Im back! Thank you, Mr Jim and Hendricks Chevrolet.

Was waiting for 2.5 hours for oil change to be done on my truck. and its not the 1st time. Last 2 times i was told its only 1.5 hours for an oil change. Lies! Thankfully i did not have any thing else on my agenda that day, NOR DID I HAVE MY 5 YEAR OLD AND 3 MONTH OLD WITH ME. Almost took them with me too since it was only 1.5 hours.... Thats a long time to sit and wait for an oil change especially with kids. Will not be waiting again, will be dropping off instead! Aint nobody got time for that!!!!
A terrible experience in the service department. Dropped my car for an oil change and requested a replacement of the oxygen sensor. Nothing done on my car after two days. Nothing but excuses and a padded estimate for things I did not ask for jacking the bill up almost three times higher. Finally picked up car and it had overspray on it.

Recently decided to start browsing for a new vehicle and this was the second dealership I stopped at. If I remember correctly, I spoke with an employee named Corbin and he welcomed me in with open arms and provided the transparency any customer wants. Absolutely blew the prior dealership out of the water, as they weren’t nearly as focused on customer service as this dealership was.
I’m really glad I took my truck here to get serviced! The service rep that checked me in Jim was awesome at getting my truck in and having my repairs done. I definitely will be bring my truck here from now on!

Wifes car went in for 2nd time in over a year with transmission problem...repeatedly called to talk to service manager to find out what the issue was the 2nd time and if its related to the first time or something different.Was told they couldnt get a hold of service manager or lane manager and that the service manager was sent a text to call me. Never got a call back after trying 3 times. Girl on the phone made no sense at all...asked me if Id like to schedule an appointment while our car has already been there for a week, said they could have messed up on the repair last year, they may not know if the two problems are related, etc.Hello!!! Thats why Im asking to speak with someone.Terrible customer service and very unprofessional...highly DO NOT recommend this dealership.
Took my car in because engine light had come on. You also competed a recall, which I had NOT been informed of. My car was not ready until late afternoon the next day,My engine problem apparently fixed the problem. NOW, HOWEVER, THE ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME BACK ON. One good note was that Clinton, the service rep. was very good,
Engine light on. Drove in without an appointment. Clint was our guy and he took very good care of us. Work was finished by the end of the day. Excellent service!

Clinton was great very professional. Was able to get my car in & out under an hour.My concern is, I have been there 3 times for an oil change always making an appointment.1st time waited an 1 1/2 hrs, second time I was told wait would be 2 hours, I left, 3rd time 1 1/2 was the time I was quoted. An oil change & tire rotation is about a 30min process. Allowing an hour for this should be plenty if I have an appointment, I should not be made to wait in que behind the drive ups.
Everyone was very knowledgeable in their aspect of the process from sales all the way to closing, a sales expert, financial expert, and the final stage someone that knows warranties and guarantees and ties up all loose ends utilizing unbelievable technology. Much better than one person trying to handle all these processes. To say they were thorough would be an understatement, no question went unanswered. The process was impressive, the staff were all first class and very well trained. They were friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs and interacting with the customers. I would definitely buy here again.

I had a mixed experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Naples. I got a 2021 C8 Corvette with them, which took me about 1 yeah and a half on the line waiting for my allocation to get current. The sales staff are good. Austin was very helpful and always answered my calls. The management not so much, was very hard to be able to reach them, and from all phone calls I made, only one was answered but when I picked up the car they were very courteous and it was all smooth and they did honor the MSRP price they promised when I got the allocation, which for me was the best part.One of the reasons Im not giving 5 stars is because they tried to overcharge for a high wing spoiler thats supposed to cost 1,150 and they wanted to charge 6k for it. At the time I placed my order, there was no option for the high wing on Corvette builder website, then a few days later it became available but it was too late to change the order, but this item is a dealer installer item anyway, so I called them and explained and they told me over the phone it was dealer installed and the price was 1300. A little bit over of what it should if I had been able to add to my order but still alright, but then when the car was ready and being shipped to the dealer I asked about the high wing and they sent me a ludicrous quote of 6,000 which I immediately rejected... I even spoke to GM and they told me to buy the part in their website (for 950 I believe) and get it installed by another dealer. So beware with these overcharges.. I really didnt like feeling like they were trying to make a fool of me.Other than that, another issue I had was that the car came with damaged paint from the factory, which is totally unacceptable for such car, and the dealer had to manually repaint one piece of the car but while the job was good, it was not perfect, but that I will put the blame on GM. How do they send a car with damaged paint from the factory?? Very poor quality control. The dealer did their best though...Besides that problem with the high wing spoiler, I do recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Naples and I would buy another car with them (although I would keep my eyes open for any other overcharged item).
