I have used Cypress several times. Once to glass in a new shower stall and another to replace the glass in a slider. I am the customer and have not dealt with them directly but can say that I appreciate their workmanship and thoroughness. The shower glass came out great and when I needed a glass replacement they came in a day, cleaned up the broken glass and replaced it. They did a great job. Thanks

The guy was very nice, he couldnt help us. But he was very nice, not rude, and told us what we would have to do.

Called Monday to get a quote on a custom piece of glass and the gentleman that answered the phone said its a short week due Thanksgiving on Thursday. I said no problem, I didnt it it right away. To my surprise he said I was better off calling someone else. No skin off my nose, I found another business but left a poor impression on a potential new client.
