Had my car towed to tuffys on a Saturday night because of a part failure. It was repaired sooner than expected and my car was good to on Monday afternoon. My car felt brand new. Gary was extremely helpful and professional!

Gary was a tremendous help!! I called on Tuesday morning right before the July 4th Holiday weekend, needing my radiator repaired before making a long drive. Gary not only found the parts in such a fast time but I was out with my fixed car by Thursday! Will definitely return because of efficient/quality work and the impact Gary made on my experience. 5 stars for sure.

I wish I could leave 6 stars! I brought my sons car in for new brakes. They were busy and yet, they fit me in, were incredibly courteous and communicated with me every step of the way. Another location was a little closer, but Gary made the experience worth the 5 extra minute drive!

My sister moved to area and they have taken good care of her.Recently She lost a pin that she wore everyday and someone actually found it and put it in a folder for her. When she stopped by next morning to ask about it they had not opened yet. The tech saw her and let her in and gave her the pin back.

I went to Tuffy tire and auto service because my air conditioning wasn’t working. Prior to stopping in at Tuffy I stopped in at the auto clinic down the street and was turned away. Gary and Nery We’re very accommodating and and immediately took my car into service. I was impressed with the customer service that I received and the professionalism of the staff. I went to my dealership to see why my AC wasn’t cold. They tried to tell me it was $200 to “diagnose it” which is by draining the whole system and putting more Freon in it. Oh, and the diagnosis was 2 hours long.I called Tuffy, they took me right away. In 20 minutes they fixed my problem.Friendly service, efficient and quick! I’ll be going here until further notice.UPDATE: went back and had another great experience. Such great customer service! If I could I’d add another star to my review.

Tiffys was an absolute life saver for us! We were on the road with our 28 RV and the break calipers started locking up. We took it to RV Doctors and were told it would be $3000 repair and that they were they ONLY ones who could get it done. We called Tuffys and they took us right in, got the work done and charged less than half that amount!!! The people there were kind and very helpful! The shop was top notch and we had a wonderful experience dealing with them!!!! I would highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Had a screw in my tire — called and Gary answered the phone. From the moment he answered I knew I had come to the right place.Once I got there I showed Gary the tire. He said — I think we can just remove the screw and it might not need a patch. One minute later the screw was out, and because no damage to my tire no charge. Then Gary offered to check all the air in myProfessional and honest!

I broke down on the highway had to be towed, I spoke with Gary from Tuffy, he said to have my car towed there . Feeling worried on what was wrong with my car and what it was going to take to fix. Tuffy had fixed my car and I had it back in 2hrs . As it turned out it was one of the belts. I have never had any bad service or been over changed for any work I have had done at Tuffy . I am very pleased with the service at Tuffy .

What a great place to get your car done! They do it as fast as an oil change can be done In a high quality service! They also made sure that my vehicle was safe and told me what I needed to replace to make my cars life overall in good health! High recommend this place to you if you are in a hurry! Took me 30 - 40 mins! Not bad! I have waited almost 2 hours anywhere else due to excessive wait times! I had a nail in my tires and needed immediate assistance. The manager helped me immediately, didnt want to sell me a new tire. Explained everything well. Communicate with me during the whole process and kept me posted. After the work was done he picked me up from work to my car and everything was done quickly and stress free. Great oil change with coupon !

Visited Tuffy for the first time to repair a slow leak in a back tire. Their competition wanted to sell me 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. They said they couldn’t just plug a nail hole. Tuffy is old school and fixed the tire in 20 minutes. It’s nice to walk into a shop that is more old school and willing to fix your car than a corporation looking to sell you something you don’t need. Guaranteed I’ll be back for any general repairs. Not easy having a mechanic you can trust.

My name is Andrea. I had a huge screw in my tire today and I had a plug kit, just was not strong enough to plug it myself. I stopped there being the closet place to my house to see if they would help and they had no problem helping. I was in and out super quick and the new owner Don, did not even charge me. My wife picked up a razor blade in her tire from some contractors that were negligent in our parking lot of our condo. Swing into these guys and they literally had it solved in about 15 minutes. I love this place and its quickly become my go to for any work I need on my car.My past experiences have been as followed:1. Took my car in to get new tires. They stopped selling the model of the tire I used and gave me the newer model at the price of the older model saving me money.2. I took my car in to get my horn looked at after hitting something that punched a hole in my bumper and took out my horn. They found that it was a piece of a hubcap that got shot through my bumper. They also found that the horns connection had simply been knocked loose. They reconnected it and didnt charge me. I gave the mechanic 20 bucks though to be nice.3. Ive taken it in after Mazda told me I needed new brakes and tires. Mazda claimed the brakes were less than 20% and that I needed new brake fluid. Tuffys checked the both and said I only needed 2 tires at the time and that my brakes were actually closer to 35-40% and that I could hold off on the fluid until I changed my brakes.I absolutely love these guys.

I honestly needed a quick oil change for my car. I was able to get my oil change in a timely manner and found out I needed a new air filter. The service and customer service was great! Now I know where to go for my car needs.

Took my car in for an oil change at this location. When I was called to come get my car the window was down and the car was parked in the front of the front door. When walking up to the car I did not notice that the window was down. I went into the location and it started to downpour. My car was completely soaked. They made a half attempt to clean the car with dirty towels covered in oil...When I drove my car back to work I noticed a faint oil smell and my engine sounded a little different. Didnt think much of it until a few days later when my car started to smoke. I looked under the hood and the oil cap was missing. Oil was splattered all over the engine block and under hood insulation. i will never take my car to Tuffy again.

We had an unusual problem with our auto transmission and they were able to send my car for a complete rebuild at a reasonable price/ a guarantee. Also addressed my car AC backed with a guarantee too. They are helpful and reasonable!

I went for Oil change and end up with a broken tired. When I walked in the guys were laughing. I ask asked them what was funny and they said: this happens often, so many tires get broken when turning to park. They also said it is the county responsibility to cover the area, not theirs. They are making money of the situation, they actually had on speed dial a guy to deliver tires. They end up charging me almost $400 for the tire and the oil change. As a female I wouldnt recommend to make a stop at that place. Find yourself another shop, they like taking advantage of the situation specially if you are a female. It is funny for them.You can see in the picture all the marks of the cars that have gone through it. Instead of filling it with cement to cover it no, the keep it to make money. WATCH OIT LADIES THEY ARE THIEVES!

Amazing service, customer friendly and fair prices. Needed a tire patched and it took less than 10 minutes to have us back on the road again. It was like a professional pit crew with the fast turn around time.

NO STARS!! Do not ever use this location. My 19 year old son took his 2005 Toyota Corolla in to get an oil change and was told he NEEDED synthetic oil. He was charged $70.00!!! He has never paid more then $30 for an oil change. He has never used synthetic and was not informed of the increased cost. On top of that they didn’t check tires, fluids or anything else. When I called to speak to the Manager a young guy by the name of Jordan (who didn’t sound much older then 18yrs old) tried to convince me that he needed synthetic. I explained that my son’s dad works for a Ford in central Florida and he too agrees synthetic was not NEEDED. I stated that I want this rectified because my son was conned and taken advantage of or I would be taking my complaint further. Jordan’s response was “TAKE IT FURTHER!”. I could hear him laughing with a very condescending tone. Shame on Tuffy for encouraging their employees to take advantage of young, naive people.

I am thankful to have tried this place. Other mechanics at big named shops were telling us to get rid of our truck and that we needed a complete new engine. At Tuffy they kept our truck for a few days and thoroughly inspected it. Turns out that it was a simple fix, and charged us $25.00. There was never any up selling and they actually spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem at no cost to us. My family will be taking all of our car/truck needs here from now on.On a side note, the 4 star rating is because I thought the communication of what was going on could have been a little better, but besides that, we had a great experience.

I highly recommend taking your car to this Tuffy shop in Naples! I had an issue with my car right before the Christmas holiday. The car rental companies were charging $130 a day so I was going to have to cancel my roadtrip to go see my family but one of the owners heard about this and let me borrow his own car until my car was fixed! I cant imagine another shop that would have done that for me. Not to mention they fixed my car at a very reasonable price. These guys are the real deal!

Great service, i needed a headlight bulb replaced and thought I would stop to see if they could help, they dropped everything to assist and get the job done right. This was my second stop in for help and both experiences were above my expectations, they give you the old fashion neighborhood gas station feel.

I recently had a slow leak on a rear, left, tire. I contacted Don at Tuffy Tire & Auto Services. Don plugged the tire within 15 min. . Don was very knowledgable, honest and friendly. I stopped in one Afternoon with my truck spoke to the manager and he had one of the guys come out look at it Chip care may want to take any money with the easy fix great place clean pleasure definitely recommend it

I was told that my alternator needed to be replaced and I agreed to the service. After this service center replaced my alternator, I was told my windows no longer worked. They were not able to give any information on the length of work other than “a few more hours.” After this happened on multiple phone calls and I was told they could figure out the problem, I said I needed to just pick up my car. I took my car to Germain Toyota and clearly Toyota know what they were doing and proved this Tuffy has no idea about servicing cars. I was told this Tuffy had soldered my main fuse together. This is extremely unsafe, negates the purpose of a fuse, and could have exploded and caught fire at any time. This service center is crooked, unsafe, and run by shady management. Do not bring your car here for anything unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Not sure why others had a bad experience, but I just went here (4-4-2014) and these guys rock! They fixed my busted tire for free and gave me VIP treatment even though I was a first time, walk in customer. The guys were super friendly and now Im a big fan. They didnt even try to sell me anything.

I have been going to Tuffy I bought in the last year and my car stopped on me and I had my insurance company to ship my car to copy I took a day off and he supposedly said that he put it on the machine to detect what was going on my vehicle he never did it was unsafe to drive he said he was going to call me an hour or two and never happened please please watch out for Tuffy Ive heard bad reviews also for my friends and Neighbors I took it to a mechanic and he told me it was definitely unsafe to drive there were pause that he let me drive the car and that shape or form ask a lot of questions because the individual Eddie has no idea of whats going on at Tuffy do not I repeat take your vehicle to Tuffy oil change fantastic other parts of your car absolutely not I was not safe to drive my car until I have to take it to the mechanic shame on Tuffy
