I love this place. The employees always treat me like I am Important to them. They are sensitive to my time and work their best to get me in and out as soon as possible. They always check my car out and tell me if their is something that I need to pay attention to and they don’t tell me I need something done when I don’t. I also believe their prices are very competitive as I have checked around for better prices and always come back here.

Reuben’s attention to detail, communication throughout the servicing, and knowledge of my car’s problems were AMAZING!! Recently moved here and was looking for a reputable shop. So glad I found it! He even offered to show me all the old parts he replaces so I could see what was done and why. For all the work he did, I felt the price was very competitive. I am DEFINITELY now a regular customer and I recommend this shop 100%!

After a long drive from Wisconsin we were in need of an Oil change. After a quick google search we came across several shops, one stood out in particular and that was Central Auto Center. We stopped in and spoke with Ruben, to our delight we received wonderful service. He was very polite and took care of us no problem and even diagnosed our vehicle. Affordable pricing with excellent service. As you see the waiting area is comfortable, theres TV to watch while you wait and these chairs are more comfortable than the ones at other shops Ive been to. Thank you Ruben and Central Auto Center.

Best Repair Shop in the Naples! We were on vacation when the transmission on my husbands Dodge Ram truck went out. We were able to have the repairs done in just a couple days. These guys know what theyre doing! they diagnosed the car and had the repairs done in time for us to drive back home!

I was on a business trip to Naples from Miami. While in Naples I parked my car too close to the curb and damaged the metal plate under my car where it started scraping the cement while I was driving. Rubin and his team were so gracious to help me by removing it in a short amount of time--so that I could get back to Miami. They were so professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for helping me on such short notice!

I was impressed with their prices and honesty. Brought my daughters Kia in because it was having problems with the battery or alternator, we werent sure. It was kind of an emergency situation and we could have been taken advantage of. Ruben was great and after trying to fully charge the battery and testing the alternator he called and said it was just a bad battery and the alternator was fine. $100 out the door for the battery and installation. Great deal and service.

I have a 1999 Mercedes c230 Kompressor that needed a totally new kit and motor for the convertible top. After searching different shops all around town, I finally came upon CAC! My husband booked an appointment to get an estimate of the job from the boys and they were on it right away. After learning the job would have been a bit more than we were wanting to spend, we were called to fill us in that they had researched in and out of state to find us an inexpensive option to fix the car. They went above and beyond customer service, offering us their local hospitality. We will continue to bring our vehicles to the shop and would recommend to any and everyone to do the same, as we know we are in great hands and are well taken care of. The other plus was how CLEAN and TIDY the shop was as well as how PERSONABLE and FRIENDLY the staff is! Keep up the great work, gentleman!

Central Auto Center of Naples is the worst mechanic shop to go to! Be wary of them. They put 2 bad parts in our vehicle($900), allowed us to barely make it home with them. Told us there was another issue that theyd have to fix and charge us for on top of it all. Another $600. Seeing as we couldnt even move our car we had to have someone else come to where our car broke down and fix it for free. (Thank God for awesome people). We came back with receipt and warranty to return the bad parts. Rueben, the guy at the counter, did not even hear us out. He argued the certification of his mechanics and proceeded to tell us that the parts are only under warranty if He takes them out and sees that they are bad. I cant speak on an automatic but if you have a manual car in need of some work PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Worst recommendation Ive gotten for mechanic and surely will NOT return.

Ruben and the guys at Central Auto Center are awesome! I was In there for the first time today for an oil change appointment and could not be happier with the service I received! They had great customer service and seemed to be on the ball with everything. My car was on the lift within 5 mins of arrival and they even took the time to look over the car and check things I didnt even ask them too (air filter, tire pressure, other fluid levels etc etc) they even took me into the shop to show me their findings, I felt that this WAS NOT an attempt to up-sale the oil change! They simply showed me that before to long there are a few things that will need attention. I would not hesitate one second before going back or referring a friend!

This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with automotive repair. The car barely ran after work done. Over priced work! Parts were only $200-300. Labor was nearly $600!! Have receipt to prove. Highway robbery! Very poor customer service. The customer is always right, and their needs come first...not in this shop! Filing a complaint with BBB. Will never return. Suggest you dont either...
