We live two hours away and my son was down in Naples for the weekend. He had car trouble and the guys here were so incredibly helpful! They were knowledgeable and professional. They really took care of us and we are so grateful.

Brought my car here a few times…won’t be returning. Every time there has been a problem, from not being able to get my car in ( when I’m sitting in the lobby watching techs not working) to my alignment being way off to damage to my door. Just don’t go here, try tires plus instead. Firestone is a great company..just not this store.

I’ve gotten my oil changed here a couple of times. They have been pretty decent with their service, but I must say they could use a little help with cleanliness. The rugs in the waiting room look like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks, and there is trash and old tires and whatnot strewn about outside, along with a few beater cars that look like they haven’t run in years. And, as I sit here in the waiting room, it is over two hours for an oil change that they told me would take one to one and a half hours.

Update January 2021. Walk in just before 10AM for a oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I was quoted 3-4 hours. Called back around 1:30PM I was told that the car will be waiting in the parking lot ready. Arrived at 2 45PM car was still inside . Left the shop at 3:08PmPhilip is a great guy but definitely need more people to help him!

Hi. I had my vehicle in yesterday 01/22/2021. This was for a nail in one of the tires which you normally dont think about that often, that can happen. I called up Firestone here at Pine Ridge/ Airport Pulling Road before coming, to check price and service availability, for a time slot for me to fit in to their busy schedule; you can tell when you come that they service a good number of vehicles. The price was for around $32 for the one tire with tax included. Travis was the person I dealt with. He is great with customer service and very friendly. He makes sure to pull your information up on the computer if you have been with them before for any other service you have had with them and offers any discounts, should there be any. He even offered a firestone credit card that actually covered the cost of the tire repair just for signing up with that program. Be sure to check that offer out. I heard you can save some interest with it as well. Besides that they let you know that they will get to your car as long as they can do it in the same day and will call you when it is done. Travis is a good multi-tasker and answers multiple phones; they will attend to your call as soon as they can from what I had seen.Thank you Firestone of Naples/ Pine Ridge/ Airport Pulling Road

Came in to get my car battery replaced. The front desk personnel are friendly. The technician who worked on my car, Richard, did a great job. Also set me up with 4 new tires.

After visiting hundreds of Firestones nationwide over the last 10 years I rate this store in the top 3! Phil and the guys are really great. I have traveled many extra miles just to get the best, honest, friendly and dependable service of 99% of all Firestone Auto Care Centers!

We came in with a flat tire on our motorhome on a Saturday and they fit us in, even though they had to stay late to do it. This was after countless other tire places turned us down. We were very happy with their service!

It would have been 5, customer service from the managers Phil and Carlos is great and they helped alot but the technician Richard I would not trust touching your vehicle. Went back at least 5 times, same technician and both my cars still have check engine lights on. Will probably continue to go but need a new technician I dont trust Richard 😕

I had to go in for a piece of metal in my tire on a Sunday. I called and Jimmy (store manager ) got me in quickly same day. Tire had road hazard insurance with Firestone. No chairs available and Jimmy pulled out a stool so that I could work on my laptop on the counter. Tire was plugged perfectly, and all tires inflated/checked. Jimmy was personable and professional (great guy!). Was afraid they would try to rip me off recommending things that I didnt need like at other places I have been to. Not the case here. I highly recommend this shop.

Drop vehicle off at 12:20 pm and advised of a 3 hour wait for completion, NO problem right?Call back at 3:30 pm advised that they are running behind and it would be another 1 hour, right?Arrived back at store around 4:30 pm car was never touched and parked in same spot since 12:20 pm.I politely asked for the return of my car keys and declined services. Dont go to this location over booked and under staff.

Oil change and 1 tire repaired. Took a little longer than usual but they were slammed, so busy I had to park in back.They are always friendly and do good work.I cant speak of prices because my company uses a fleet service.

Phillip was awesome! We came to the store and even though we were last minute before closing, Phillip made us feel welcome and appreciated our business. They had the right tires in stock and installed them while we waited in their clean and comfortable showroom. Jimmy Rose and the mechanic technician Philip were both absolutely amazing. They truly went above and beyond in ways I cant even begin to detail, to help me with my Honda Ridgeline pickup truck repairs and get me back on the road in a safe, quick, and cost-efficient manner. They far exceeded my expectations beyond description. Im a longtime, loyal customer of this particular shop (over the course of many vehicles Ive owned since living in Naples, FL) and have always had positive experiences there with everyone. But this last instance has absolutely sealed the deal. I consider Jimmy and Philip heroes who came to my rescue and truly saved the day! The difference they made for me in being able to complete these repairs is literally a life-altering experience. I cant thank you all enough. Please commend Jimmy and Philip! This review is long overdue. My wife and I have been coming to this Firestone for a while now. Since the moment we came here, we have not gone anywhere else. They know what they are doing, they are fair, and above all else, they are honest. Derek and the rest of the staff at Firestone are the best.

Since Costco did not sell Pirellis I ended up around the corner-here. The first day the guy tried to sell me tires that were too small and tried to tell me it would be OK. They ordered a set and the next day I went in and waited 6 1/2 hours for 4 tires to be placed on the car. I was worn down by check out and bought the lifetime alignment/balance package.So yesterday I went in for my appointment to have them aligned and they couldn’t find the wheel lock kit, I left and drove down to the dealer where I had had the annual maintenance the day before and the kit was where it always is, in the glove compartment. Drove back to Firestone, lost my place in lone and waited 4 hours.Today the monitor on the car said the tire pressure gauge was missing. So yeah, they don’t need to remove the tires to rotate but they were the last people to touch the tire-ironic. They explained the battery went out on the gauge and they could sell me a new one.They need beds for napping. Oh and there is no wifi, so they had an introductory course on Scientology on the tv monitor.

Terrible experience!Will not recommend nor return.I was told my car would be repaired in 3 hours. I had to call 3 times for updates, the end result was a wasted full day since 9:30am until 5:40pm. Even after all that my car was not even fixed so a day of work lost. But left with all the excuses why they forgot. Lack of time management and short in staff. If you have a day to waste this is where to come.

Ive been to this location a couple of times now, and they always take great care of my and my car. Ive never even made an appointment, but they still find a way to squeeze me in. They are kind, honest, and the price is always reasonable. Ive also used Firestone in other states. Its definitely my first choice when I need auto care.

Took my truck in there to get a balance and allignment do to a shake. When i left the place after paying $140 it was shaking worse. Never again

Good if you only want new tires or an oil change. Had an issue on the interstate where my engine was whining and the RPM would spike followed by the car not being able to accelerate. Eventually the car was not operable because of it. I had the car taken to Firestone. They tell me that the cause of the problem was the alternator and battery. I get those replaced.Jump ahead two months. First time driving on the interstate since the car issues. Same exact problem from the first time occurs. the engine is whining and the RPM jumps followed by the car not being able to accelerate. I take the car back to Firestone because they have a policy that says if they didnt fix the problem the first time, then they will do it again free of charge. This time they tell me that the issue is the transmission (two other sources also confirm to me that it was the transmission this time). They also inform me that they do not have any one qualified to do transmission work. This was not the biggest deal. I understand that not every garage is going to have someone qualified to do transmission. My issue comes with the following.Since Firestone is unable to fix the transmission, I wanted a refund on the $1000 they charged me for the service the first time where they did not properly diagnose the issue and allowed me to drive a vehicle that was not road safe on the road. Rather, they tell me two things. 1.) it is extremely likely that the RPM spike and engine whining followed by the car not being able to accelerate were caused by something completely different two months ago compared to the new issue of the transmission being out. 2.) When I push them on how unlikely it is to have two different issues within a two month span that only occur when I drive long distance at a high speed on the interstate, they tell me that it actually is highly possible. In fact, they go on to tell me plenty of rare things that they have seen since working like someone getting new tires and those new tires getting flat right after they got them on because the person ran over a nail (how that is a related incidence is beyond me...) They also tell me that there in no way to prove what the issue was the first time because they had nothing in their notes about it. Nothing in their notes? So now it is my fault that they didnt record any notes the first time about what my issue was when I told them exactly what happened the first time? Maybe I am fishing here, but it seems more likely that they are trying to avoid giving me a refund or honoring their policy of fixing the issue if they dont fix it the first time.In the end, they generously gave me back $100 of the $1000 they charged me. How kind...It is safe to say that I will not be going back to Firestone. The service I received was unacceptable.

Make an appointment before coming in. Phill was very helpful on solving a very serious issue I needed to get covered. Kept me busy during the wait, was very very happy. Great employees, prices are seriously unbeatable.

Very poor service, from the manager & the service advisor, I called very early in the morning to ask if they had 2 tires in stock they said yes, I immediately went over as I arrived they mentioned the tires were not in stock but they are on the way over then I ask how long to get tires installed thet they said 2 hours the 2 hours almost turned to 6 hours. The manager & service advisor need to get fired for their dishonesty & poor communication & bad attitude. This was my first & last day there to make it worse the tires were not properly balanced took it to another shop & they proved the balance was of on both tires, this Firestone needs to get fired.

Can’t believe it takes more than an hour for an oil change. Front counter guy was friendly. He was dealing with customers on his own. However, I think it is pretty inconsiderate for a 2 hour wait for an oil change. If I wouldn’t have asked an hour into waiting INSIDE, my car wouldn’t have even been moved. Not happy at all. Complete waste of time.

Great service very qualified/certified mechanics

These guys were excellent from beginning to end! Especially Anthony and Joe. Anthony took our appointment over the phone and Joe checked us in and did everything we asked in the time and prices quoted. He even told us that we didnt need new brakes on the past when the VW Dealership did! He adjusted them and gave us more life out of them. Very honest of him! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a used car looking for good, honest, affordable maintenance!

I will never take my car here again! They told me I needed 4 new tires, a new tie rod, an alignment and front brakes, pads and rotors. They quoted me $261.41 for a new right inner tie rod, $385.95 for the brakes And $93.99 for the alignment. I could tell they were price gouging and took my car to another shop. I ended up needing 2 new tires and I was able to get everything else done For half the price! This is the second time they’ve tried to overcharge me. Do not take your vehicle here!

There is generally a pretty good wait but they do a good job

This particular time I was in Naples doing my delivery route. It was raining, and a piece from under my car got loose and was dragging on the ground. I stopped in to see if they could just bend it back up or something so it wouldnt make that horrendous noise, and explained that I was a courier in the middle of my route. They had reattached it, and had me on my way in less than a half hour. They are always so nice to deal with. I usually go to the ones in Fort Myers which is closer to my home, but checked my maps app to see if there was a Firestone near me while I was in Naples, and Im so glad I did. Thank you for always being caring and helpful

Gave me a great price for new rotors and brake pads as well as an oil change. I normally dont like to go to a big chain for auto work but I was in a bind for time and it worked out great here.

I originally went for my tires to be balanced and aligned. I asked my service technician (Per Paperwork- 10 RAFAEL) a question pertaining to my oil and he inspected it for me to see if he could see where a leak was coming from- to which he told me it was the drain plug. He was very personable and informative. The manager on duty (Phillip) was very nice also and engaged in friendly conversation while I was waiting. They originally said it would take a few hours (3-4) however 2 hours later, I was already out the door on my way home.

I came in very late in the day. Lets say 20 minutes to closing and without hesitation the team jump right in and repaired my tire which caused them to run extremely late. The manager said to me.... if a customer pulls up and I can help them get back on the road then I stay and make their day go better. Kudos

Id give 10 stars if I could! Outstanding customer service and prices! I went in (without an appointment) needing a new AC compressor. I got a quote (great price) and they put one in same day! Ive always been 100% satisfied!!

4 hours vehicle still on lift and being told not even looked at yet. Called ahead and they said hour and a half weight time. Looks to be a under staffed location.

Oil change took 2 hours and I had an appointment that I was on time for. Insisted my tires were bad that had 20k on them and then badgered me about another alignment when I had had one done about 4 weeks before. Told the tech that I was “going to get the air filter” for me that cost about $40, not a huge deal but just not my favorite business technique. Didnt put the bolts back into the heat plate and I’m now sitting at a Honda certified dealer having their mistake corrected after learning what they failed to do.Just an all-around not good experience and with them.

This is by far the best auto care location Ive ever been to! These guys always make sure my car is fully serviced, while making sure that I get the best deal. No overcharging here, or telling you you need something done when you dont. The only downside to this place, is that everyone else knows its the best so it can take a while to get your car in. Even still they somehow manage to get your vehicle serviced on time, everytime. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to to give them 5 stars but it took a little over 3 hours to replace our tires. Which was much longer than expected. However, Larry was amazing! He was extremely helpful and recommended some really great tires which we love love love! He was also very apologetic about the time it was taking. Hes the main reason why Im giving you guys 4 stars and I would do 5 if the process wasnt as long. Thank you larry!!

Visited Firestone on 11/24/18 to swap tires with a friend both sets of tires were fairly new Gentlemen at the counter stated that it would be 165.00 to swap the tires. We agreed to swap the tires with them. I asked the gentleman to please ask whoever is working on my truck to please be careful cause my wheels are new and don’t have a scratch on them. He stated for me not to worry. Waited for about a hour before they started working on them. When they did I noticed the man who was working on my wheels was not being careful at all and was being ruff with my wheels. When they finally brought my truck out I inspected my wheels and they had severely damaged two of my wheels. And my friends tires & wheels had no air in them they didn’t air up his tires and they didn’t put the cores back in the valve stems. I went in to grab the assistant manager Joe who was new there. And he stated that he wouldn’t charge us for the tire swap. I told joe that I wasn’t looking for a freebie. I wanted my rims fixed. He then told one of the employees to give us our keys back and for us to get out of here. I told him no and contacted Collier county police. Then Joe the manager stated that they we we’re getting a deal that he could charge us labor @ 130$ an hour for the swap. Then stated to leave the wheels there. His stories kept changing and sounded like he was looking for any excuse to get us to leave. The whole team was extremely unprofessional. I work in the service industry and would never treat someone in that manner. Horrible experience and gonna persue this until I get my wheels replaced. I highly recommend that no one come to this place. Collier Sheriff recommended that I contact the main store manager and have them either fix or replace my wheels.

Just stood in the front office for 20 minutes at the desk for no service. 10 guys standing around smoking. Wouldve been fine if they were working. Used to take all my vehicles here, not anymore. Lost a 1000 or better sale and a customer.

I asked to have my Car AC checked. I told Luis that I had my system recharged 3 days ago and within this time it has lost all Freon. So there must be a major leak.They made me wait over one and a half hour, barely worked on my car in this time. After hooking it up to their machines they told me that I have no detectable leak.They refilled the system with Freon and charged me for that.The next morning the Freon was gone and my AC was blowing warm air again.I went to a real AC Specialist in Fort Myers. They hooked my car up to the same machines, it took them less than 2 minutes to detect that I had a major leak in my evaporator and that recharging the system would not make any sense. They did not charge me a Cent for this.I wrote a letter to Firestone Complete Auto Care and asked for a refund. They should have detected this and should not have refilled my system.The shop ignored my letter. Today I called Luis and he told me that he would refund me the money.I drove there and found myself in heavy discussions. I heard all kind of excuses and lies, why they were not able to do what the other shop discovered (for free!).They ended up not refunding me a thing.It is one thing to make a mistake, it is another thing to stand up for it and to make it right.This company is obviously not willing to do so.My recommendation: if you need experts for your car AC, you better go somewhere else.

The Manager at this store is amazing; he found out that I had a Hazard warranty on a tire I bought in Indiana, tracked it down (the Ford dealer told me it was discontinued), and called my cell to let me know it came in early. This man is amazing, takes care of his technicians.

Worst service ever 4 hours still didnt put on one tier got here at 8 30 am its 12 and still no tires people came and went and i was here way before them they would rather fix 1 flat for people instead of putting on my 4 brand new tires terrible management never again

Vito is the best. Did an online appointment and he called me within 5min to tell me he had an opening to do the work now. I went to the store which was clean and organized, and was out in less than the time they said it would take. Highly recommend and will return for all my future car issues.

It is what you would expect from one of these quick lube style places. I did not have an appointment so the wait was quite long but I guess I can take a little blame for that. They seemed a bit overwhelmed but the guy Joe who was holding down the fort was just killing it, this guy was a machine. The facility was a little run down but they got the work done and again the guy running the front of house (Joe) made it a solid experience.

My second time using this shop and I wont hesitate to use them again. Took my 2015 Mustang GT there with a set of 275/40zr19s to have them mounted up. They had concerns about mounting the tires and expressed their concerns professionally. I told them to go ahead as I was willing to accept responsibility about the tires.They took the time to use a torque wrench rather than a rattle gun to torque the tires and allowed me to walk around the car after it was done before paying.

Do not go here for an alignment. I came in for an alignment after replacing some parts. The car was returned to me aligned with the steering will 90 degrees off center to drive straight! I heard the manager tell the tech he needed to do it over and center my steering, the tech said I know. Well then why wasnt it done? The manager himself then took care of my alignment and did a much better job, getting appropriate numbers. This cost me an afternoon and a couple cab rides. Not recommended.

Had a great experience at this location. Luis had my paperwork done quickly and the crew in the shop had me back on the road in no time. I will not hesitate to use this shop for all my regular maintenance!

WARNING: I have been going to the Firestone chain for almost 20 years across the country and have had nothing but the best service and experience. However, this location has lost a longtime Firestone customer. I have been there 4 times now, and have had horrible service and poor quality work each time. My last experience was the last straw and review worthy. Their work is sloppy, and is of the worst I have ever seen. Went in for new tires and an oil change, and not only are my wheels all nicked up where the lugnuts go on, but they replace a stock lugnut with a random one and didnt even explain, nor fix the problem or call me to have it corrected. (Last time same thing, but used a plain nut youd get at a hardware store). To make matters worse, they managed to knock off a side panel on my door, then try to sloppily toss it back on, so it comes off when I open the door. So now I have that problem that I will have to pay a competent mechanic to fix, marred and damaged wheels, and mismatched lug nuts. Sloppy, careless, poor customer service, slow service. I will never again go to this store again.

The technicians at Firestone are well-trained and professional. Prices for services are fair, and you can call for an appointment. I had my Porsche serviced here and would bring it back for tire and wheel work.

Jimmy and the crew were great, got me in and out in the estimated time he quoted and was only $54 above the original quote due to an additional part that had seized and needed to be replaced.

Ive been doing business at this location for over 10 years because of Vito DAmico the Manager. His impeccable customer service takes us back every time we even consider stepping foot somewhere else! We appreciate all his hard work, ethics & integrity. My husband and I have benefited from their lifetime alignment & credit card- which is always 0% for 6 months, this feature is saved us a couple of times!! Its a very busy location & worth the wait, so CALL make an appointment!! The extended store hours make it extremely convenient & prices remain competitive. We moved from Naples to Cape Coral in Sept 2013 and remain loyal to Vitos location!

Well everytime i have come here its been a bad day but these guys always took care of me and got me on my way quickly. They have always listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. Some shops its all about upselling and loose site of fixing the issue in a timely manner.

Phillip and Kyle took care of me today. Oil change and replaced 2 bulbs less than 30 minutes. Always honest and trustworthy at this location regarding car repairs.

We had to wait here over 2 hours to get a flat tire fixed due to Hertz rental not answering their phone.

I have serviced my Maxima at Firestone since I bought it in February of 05. My.car is in excellent condition and I attribute it to both the best car Ive ever had, plus trustworthy service. Firestone only gives me honest estimates, never inflates the cost.

Had 4 oversized truck tires mounted on aftermarket wheels. Original lug nuts did not fit over the aftermarket wheels, they had someone from Autozone deliver a new set within a couple of minutes, and they cut a decent chunk off of the price of the lug nuts. Friendly techs here, would recommend to others.

Horrible, Horrible Service, I have no faith in the humanity of men in this age because of the Horrible soul crushing service I received here. Im a women in need of help with a tire blow out. My jack broke after getting tire off. I was less than a mile mile away in August heat in SWFL, and was able to get there to them, by myself. I purchased a new tire, but not one, employee, manager, man, woman or anyone would give another human being a ride less than a mile away and let me use a jack so I could get my tire on. Never experienced such disappointment with my fellow man. These people have no hearts, STAY AWAY! They are lazy, uncaring, nasty people that could care less about their customers. Good job going the extra mile for your customers. This was an opportunity to create an inspiring, story of your team going above and beyond but instead you will lose much more than this customer I promise.

Terrible service. Arrived at 1 :45 for my 2:00 appt. No problem Adam said, you will be the next one up for tire rotation and alignment check. An hour and a half later I asked for status. Just waste of money. I came for diagnostic for my front wheel to check why it creates a rubbing sounds. Just to check it I gave to the front desk plenty of my data from home address to my phone number and last name. At the end I paid 20$ for diagnostic the guy drived my car for 5 minutes and said that I need to pay 900$ to fix the sound they will just replace some parts...I knew for 100% that he didnt find a real reason of rubbing sound, because he even didnt unscrew the wheel to take a look if there is simple problem to fix.By the way I bought my car for 1000$...
