Great service. took my BMW X3 in due to engine light. Jose and Mitch immediately checked out the engine light using their scanning tool and advised only loose gas cap. all of this within 10 mins and no charge. I highly recommend their services.

Cant trust the mechanics at this shop. They didnt know how to install parts and then blame the customer or manufacture for their mistakes. 3 or 4 mechanics at this shop all said I had the wrong part but I had the right parts and had them installed elsewhere no problem. The fact that I had to replace 8 pieces in a suspension kit has me writing this review.I spent 7 hours at this shop & it should be known right away if the parts are wrong then they gave me back my new parts damaged and blamed the manufacture saying they came like that.The pieces they removed from my car and put back on were also damaged beyond repair and had to be replaced.although the shop owner offered to fix for free I wouldnt let these guy put air in my tire if i were you. As I was waiting multiple customers showed up with problems they were suppose to have fixed previously.The owner of this shop is a liar and cant be trusted. Dont let the good reviews of this shop fool you. Its no good

I bought a lemon, and they made lemonade! Jose and Max could not have been better. My X5 had all the complex issues that impact these SUVs, including engine, turbocharger, differential, sensor and other issues. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problems and propose a very competitive estimate to do the work. They basically rebuilt the truck, so I give them very high marks for their ability to execute on a very difficult and complicated job. Their commitment to get the job done right, expeditiously, and cost effectively was exemplary. Frankly, I was not sure someone could pull off a job like this, but they did! The X5 is so nice now that I dont think Ill need to visit them for some time, but I was impressed and would be confident in their ability to take care of anyone. Whereas before I took the BMW in, I thought the slogan Ultimate Driving Machine was a cruel joke, now the joy is back! and I think of and thank Import Performance Tuning every time I get behind the wheel for that!

The guys there are very knowledgeable and will not take advantage. Its my #1 go to for service and maintenance. They are definitely better than Porsche service department!

I was visiting family in Naples FL and drove there. Where I live its very cold and I knew about my front rotors rusting and flaking away and I did have a little peddle loss in fall. When It started to get cold, I didnt really notice the brakes getting worse. I knew During the drive and heavy braking, the rotors acted up more through ATL. I decided to try and find someone to work on my car and replace front rotors and brake pads. I am slightly picky about who I let near my baby. It is nothing super special B8 gen Audi A4 but I certainly dont let Walmart near it. I called one other service center in the Naples area for a price quote. Import tuning performance was the second place I called and there reviews were good. The other service center quoted almost double the price for the same work. It was easy to setup and get in, simple, knowledgeable car people and the work was performed well. Since I was driving over 1200 miles after the work, I did check the lugnuts and they were OK. It was not the cheapest in the world but knowing what mid level parts cost but I will pay a little more for the trust with this type of vehicle. If your looking for the same thing

Jose and the team there always take care of me and my 135i. They go above and beyond, use quality parts, and by far have the best prices. They saved me close to $400 versus going to the BMW dealership when I had to replace my water pump. Since then they have done multiple oil changes for me.

I cant Thank Jose and his crew at Import Performance Tuning enough!!!They did a complete Suspension and Steering refresh and upgrade on my 08 335i. From Tie Rods, M3 Control Arms, M3 Sway Bar to Shocks, Struts and Springs. They nailed it!!!They also handled a Fuel Leveler leak and helped me get it repaired under my Extended Warranty.Jose and his guys went Above and Beyond on repairing my car, I actually like my car again. Thanks guys!!!!PS...the ride home was AWESOME last night, the car really handles now, tight and precise like every BMW Should be!!!Kudos Jose and Crew!!!

Jose and his guys at import performance do great work in a timely manner. They are prepared to do the work with proper equipment and tools specific to the cars they service. My car has had no problems with any work by this shop and customer service is top notch. They have even stayed late when needed to meet my need due to me being in town for short timeframes due to traveling. GREAT GUYS!

This is purely based on service and attitude. They stated in their website that they are open sat 9am. I called multiple times with no answer. They returned my phone call Monday. When I informed him that I took it to another shop Carlos was very rude. To the point of informing me that he hopes I understand the they will charge me $30 more an hour. Well it is a little late for that. I am new to the area with two BMWs that will NEVER go to his shop. Instead of saving a potential customer who was planing on adding performis options to my Z4. Ill find a different shop. Thats the great thing about Naples.

Jose and max have taken care of my f13 m6 since brand new. Theyre honest guys with a small family owned business. I recommend them completely.

I think these guys take advantage of women for sure, maybe others as well. My ex took her car here on several occasions to have work done. First it was because of the battery. They told her it was an alternator problem and replaced it. Later she drove to the east coast and still same issue, so a mechanic here replaced the battery, which on this car is a chore. Still having issues when she returned to them, they told her the harmonic balance was bad, and thats why it wasnt charging properly. But still no refund for the not bad alternator. As a former mechanic and an ASE certified one for over 20 years, I can tell you, the alternator and the harmonic balance were both OK. So next trip they say she needs all new brakes rotors, pads, calipers, the works. Now being female when they say things like, you wont be able to stop or your wheel is going to fall off, she buys it. So this time she had a noise and took it back, they said she needed all new ball joints upper and lower both sides in the front. So I got on the phone with Matt, I can tell you they have no idea what there talking about, stumbling over his diagnosis and telling me it needs them, said if nothing else needs an front wheel alignment. Anybody who knows cars knows you cant align the front if the ball joints are bad. Now keep in mind this car, for a 1999 only has 48000 miles on it. So I had her take it to somebody else, two places in fact. The noise ended up being a piece of plastic wheel well the most likely bent when doing the brake job. The ball joints are fine and do not need replacing. Its sad that shops like this one can stay in business doing people like this. I also have a recorded conversation with the mechanic that he stated if she didnt replace the ball joints her wheel was going to fall off. So no disputing that they said that. Bottom line stay away from these people!!!

Jose and his guys take care of my car every time Ive brought it in. They repaired and maintained my BMW 750 Li for 3 years. God knows how much they saved me on money and delivered better service than BMW them selves.

I am responding to the review by Jean Lopez from about one week ago. I am the person who asked Jean to bring his BMW here to Import Performance because I was thinking of buying his car. Jose and Max have kept my 1995 BMW station wagon running for many years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I was the customer; I paid the bill for the inspection. Their review was terrific & they explained to me why this particular car would probably. need a lot of service down the road.Jean was mad and so he wrote that bad review. Stupid!

The only shop I allow to work on my cars. I no longer live in Naples and still drive from Miami (120 miles) to get any work done. They have worked on my 2017 F80 M3, E92 M3, and 1990 E30 325i for all maintenance and performance upgrades. Jose and Max are extremely knowledgable and are always there to answer any questions about the cars no matter how technical. There service is excellent and incomparable to other shops. They are clean and maticulous and have never let me down.I came to them a few years ago as a referal from the previous owner of my car and they warrantied a part that was installed a year in the past by the previous owner.Great group of honest guys. They didnt k ow me and didnt have to do that for me. They truly make you feel as part of the family. Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!

I highly recommend you do not use Import Performance Tuning in Naples, FL to work on your car. I had (2) turbos, one brand new, and one rebuilt, both blown up in a week after being installed at Import Performance Tuning. I had a fan clutch installed; a magnet was left under my fan shroud and blew my fan to pieces. I was then told Id be charged for the repair. I let Import Performance install coilover suspension on my BMW M3, the car was aligned with the rear suspension entirely loose. I was told to test drive the car, which I did on the highway, with the suspension almost falling off. The cars alignment is still not correct, as they re tightened it after and never aligned it. I asked to have the vehicle aligned again, and was told they have to drive it (dont trust them) and if I wanted a refund to file a small claims against them. This is the professionalism at Import Performance Tuning.

Called needing a part and the guy offered to just give me a spare bracket he had laying around. Thats the kind of integrity you look for in a mechanic.

I have been going here since I moved to Naples, Jose provides good honest service at a reasonable price I recommend him to all.

Charged $2500 and claimed they rebuilt the engine in the Buick LeSabre but really just changed the head gasket and changed the oil. When the engine failed 6 months later they did not honor any warranty on the engine. Tony and Jose are ripoff artists. Tony has worked on and ripped off some of my clients and didnt fix anything. Beware of these scammers.

These guys are a joke. My car has been abused cus it has new tires, aftermarket windshield wipers, had an aftermarket exhaust n replaced with factory n aftermarket charge pipe (which is not). All they want is ur money. Beware of poor techs there.

Worst place ever sold us a car for my Grandson that no maintenance Work had been done and the brake pads were changed but rotors were left and we were told by 2 certified BMW mechanics how dangerous they were going to cost us $3400 to make the car safe even after we sent it back to this shop twice
