Brought my car in because my back left one had depleting air pressure and I couldn’t figure out if it had a hole or not so I brought it in and they had me in and out in about 30 or so minutes. They charged me only $35 and put air in the rest of my tires and now everything is great. Excellent quick customer service.

I have had a nagging engine leak for some time on my 2002 Mazda Miata and I took it Pat at OK and they simply wouldnt give up in locating the source of the leak and remedying it. Ive kept my eye on any signs of leakage now for a couple of weeks and I truly believe they resolved my problem. John was professional in my dealings with him and Pat hung in there with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend considering OK for car service needs in the greater Naples area.

Recently purchased 6 RV tire and when I asked for warranty info; I was told companies no longer do that. Called manufacturer and they emailed me warranty book.

They are terrific! I made an appointment the day before, I got there on time, but forgot my wallet.They did the repair in 10 minutes and said call and give us your credit card number when you get home.They have my business from now on!

I had what turned out to be a very obvious separation of a suspension part from the frame. It literally would have been spotted in about a minute, given my description to them. Granted, I should have spotted it myself, but I was considering giving them other additional work once they diagnosed this issue, so I took it in anyway.They charged me $58.85 for the few minutes it may have taken to spot the issue. Then they said they couldnt fix it. I had to take it somewhere else where they are more mechanically capable.Where I come from, shops dont charge you for accomplishing nothing. As a matter of fact, they usually apologize if its something they are unable to tackle. Given the above, I would never go back to OK Tire.

I found a nail in my tire this morning so on my lunch break I called 4 different tire places to get it patched. Unfortunately no one had availability today except OK tire. They were able to fix my tire same day. I was in and out in less then an hour. Fast, efficient and pleasant! I will definitely be going back for any other car issues I may have!

I do not recommend this place. Be very careful. Once I bought four new tires. They intended to give me some tires that were not the new ones that I had told them. I dont know why they wanted to do it if they had the four new tires that I had ordered, maybe they wanted to give me some tires that had expired.

Terrible service. Rude people. Never call you to tell you status of work or if its done.

Brought our diesel truck in originally because dealer couldnt get it for 2 weeks. OK got us in 2 days. Total cost was way less than we expected. Knowing how much work the repair was and how much the needed part costs if we had purchased it at an auto parts store we were pleasantly surprised with bill. Would recommend to any and everyone.

It takes more than owning tools to be a mechanic. Having experience and knowledge in this field. At OK tire and auto they know what theyre doing. Ive been using them randomly for a couple years now

Very positive experience. I called for an appointment - they were a few days out so I got in today. The car needed an alignment. The cost was the same as the quote, did not try to up sale me anything and explained what they did and gave me a printout 🖨 of the before and after. I will definitely go back if I need the service in the future.

I brought my car in for a tire repair. After fixing my tire the mechanic over inflated the tire to 48 psi. The recommended pressure is 32 psi. He also inflated the other 3 tires to 48 psi. I cannot understand why he even had to touch the other 3 tires. When I mentioned this to them they could not give me an explanation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.This mechanic is a liability to the company.

If you enjoy waiting in tire shops, OK tire is most certainly for you. I made our appointment for 4:00 p.m. to buy and install two new tires. I showed up at 3:45...and 1 hour and 15 minutes later they finally began work on my car. It took them over one and a half hours to swap out two tires. Why even take appointments if you cant honor them or my time?

After inspecting a leaky tire, Pat said we needed a brake job on my daughters car. We asked what that would cost, and were quoted 200. Just picked up the car and with no complications it was 340! That may be very fair, but what about the quote? When I mentioned to Pat that he quoted 200 and my daughter confirmed that, he said he never quotes brake jobs or any other work. This place used to be great, but this price and especially the response are inexcusable. How are you supposed to leave your car there for a routine service if you have no idea what the approximate cost will be ?

I highly recommend OK Tire & Service. Art suggested great tires for my 2013 VW Passat and they ride terrific and were a great value. The car was finished at the promised time with no issues. Ill be back and recommend them highly!

Went there for 7 years. Heads up Art is gone. Did 671 dollars of work on my car without permission. They will not make good on it I asked for an itemized bill which was not provided and I got chicken scratch on a note paper And they refuse to adjust the price. WAY over charged. Never again!

NEVER AGAIN! The first time I went there was to change my battery. I asked them over the phone for a price and they told me it would be 125$ which was a good price and I decided to go there. When I got there they told me it would actually be 155$ and they said oh were sorry we gave you wrong price. It was too late and I changed the battery anyways.I decided to use them again for an oil change. Again I asked over the phone for a price and they told me It would be 39,99$ and I made an appointment. This time after they changed the oil they gave me an invoice for 105$. I tried to make a complain and asked why they charge me so much when someone told me it was going to be 39,99$, but all I heard from their manager was It is what it is. Thanks for the great service!

I paid them $40 for a flat repair from a small screw. The tire continued to leak so they fixed it again. The tire still leaks after the second attempt and the responses will buy a new tire. I bought for tires from them and they only had a few thousand miles on them. If they cant fix a flat they shouldnt take your money.

My father-in-law brought his 2004 BMW 5-series in for an estimate to get the brake pads replaced. He was quoted $220 which was a fair price since Midas quoted him $340. When he brought the car in he also asked for a new battery (~$150) and an oil change (~$75) which should bring the service total to about $445. They agreed it would be just the pads, no turning rotors or any other work.Knowing that $445 was just an estimate, he would have been fine with a final price of $600. However, when he got there the bill was $980. When he complained they got very nasty with my father-in-law, who paid and left.Well be taking all our business elsewhere after about 15 years of bring our vehicles to OK Tire.

Fast and friendly service ..

Got a complete brake job on my van in late March, 2016. Had to get one wheel re-done back home in Wisconsin in May. Probably due to faulty parts. OK reimbursed me entirely for this work and paid me for the shipment of the faulty parts to them. I have to say that OK stands behind their work 100%.
