Called 3 other places with a nail in my tire and no one could see me until the following week. Called here, explained what the problem was and asked if they had an opening. Response was “well you got a nail on your tire so I guess we have to have an opening today, bring it in, it’ll take 15 minutes.”

What a great experience, Joe was friendly and gave the best advice for my flat tire, instead of plugging his employee patched it and not only that, I was having problem with my brake light, Alan was so nice of changing the bulb at no charge, I’m coming back to do my oil change and any problem I have with my car, they will take care of it. This is a place that literally exist only in imagination. Something that is common throughout the world is that with cheap mechanic prices comes mediocre servise but these people are changing the game. I never experienced so much dedication and customer service for the price i payed. It goes to the point that you feel uncomfortable paying such a good deal. Came for a simple oil change that i was supposed to do on my own because of mens pride and experience until a friend told me that even if i buy everything on Amazon or any other cheap site i cant match the price and that was truth. From that point i did everything else on my car and they went to hell and back to find a best and cheapest deal out there. There is no point going anywhere else in south west Florida unless you like loosing money...

Had a screw in a tire, showed up, took me right away and patched the tire and re-mounted it and put my spare back in its place! Maybe 20 minutes total.Prompt, efficient and courteous customer service at its best! Reasonable charge.

I was stranded in Naples because I had two tires that went bad the night before, and only the one donut spare. I was able limp into their parking lot with the donut and the tire that was badly deformed but still held air. I had to wait for them to open, and their first worker to arrive seemed maybe just a little terse, not rude or anything, just maybe a little quick to assume that they probably wouldnt have my tire size because my van was a 1990 Mazda MPV with 15 rims. But their mechanic (I think his name was Allen) that did my work for me, he was super nice and super helpful. They didnt have the exact same tire size, but they did have some that would fit my rims, but would be a little bit taller. He took the time to look up the difference in these tire sizes, and explained to me the option of putting those two new tires on the back because they were slightly taller, and moving my other older tire that was still good to the front. I decided to go with that option, so I waited while he did the work. I was kind of surprised at how fast he got it done, and then he even put the donut back into its spare tire holder for me. Everybody there seemed really nice and easy to do business with, even the first guy wasnt too bad either, just maybe not quite as super helpful as the others. They quoted me a price before they did the work, and thats what it was when they were done, and I thought the price was very good. There may be someone out there who could possibly beat their price by a few bucks, but with so many other tire places being rude and hard to deal with or trying to sell you products or services that you dont need, I just didnt want to deal with anything like that. I read the reviews on several nearby tire places, and decided to risk limping along for a few more miles on my deformed tire to get to this place instead of the one that was much closer but had quite a few negative reviews. Regal Tire had really good reviews, so I took a gamble on trusting my deformed tire for a few more miles and went to them. I feel like all the good reviews must have been valid, because I must say that I was very impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness.

Reasonably priced repairs done quickly and correct. Ive had numerous repairs done on different vehicles. Major repairs like a complete transmission replacement and little things like tire plugs or a radiator cap. I highly recommend this shop for automotive service

This place is the best automotive shop in Naples! They have the best prices and complete excellent quality service. I had to replace my two rear tires so I called in and they ordered the tires that I wanted for less than list price and got them in less than a day later. Definitely will go back for all my service needs!

Just ordered a couple of tires to replace Michelins that were chewed up. My work vehicle chews through anything regardless of quality, wear rating and proper rotation and fill level. Alan explained the dynamics of load and driving characteristics on alignment, basically confirming that it wasnt worth putting expensive tires back on as even with a perfect alignment and zero contributing mechanical defect I would still chew through the next set in about the same time. No pushy up-selling, honest and up-front pricing and most importantly, a promise to get me in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Bye-bye Costco and all the other tire places, this is the place to go....

Good deal on tires for my wife car. We also had our headlights restored, and fix the seat. They did a good job and help us get things done on our to do list on the car.

I love Regal Tire! I had a flat tire and they repaired it in less than 5 minutes and charged me $10. I sent my brother there when he had a flat, and he had a similar experience. Will try them next for a bigger repair job as they seem fair and reasonable.

Regal Tires went out of their way to work on my vehicle. You can trust him, he does not do work or use parts that are not necessary. He will walk you to the shop and actually show you what and where the trouble is and explain it. There are not many mechanics like Joe. He will also search for the best prices for tires and parts. Regal Tires is the place where you want to be.

Regal Tire & Auto was a great experience! The owner Joe was straight forward and very professional! At no point and time did I feel like the mechanics were trying to give me the run around, they told me exactly what was wrong with the car and were able to fix it that same day! Keep in mind I just showed up with no appointment or anything! I highly recommend Regal Tire for any of your car troubles, I will definitely be going there again in the future!

Excellent experience with Regal! I am in town for work & was having serious car issues. They went out of their way to help me! I was told it was most likely my starter, and it turned out to be my battery! I appreciated their honesty - they couldve easily replaced the starter (much more expensive) and made me replace the battery. Their service was exceptional, their pricing was wonderful, and their integrity was priceless.My only regret is that I dont live closer, because they would be my all-the-time-mechanic, instead of just my Naples mechanic! :)

Great! Its best if you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, but they take walkins. Awesome mechanics and honest people. Been 3 times. First: Tires and alignment. BEST ALIGNMENT IVE EVER GOTTEN. That car will drive straight for days. Second trip (different car): Just looking at my car, Alan asked me what I saw (nothing?). He could see that one side was higher than the other. Sure enough, took it to the back and it was a 3/4 inch difference (lame repair job by Toyota after a wreck years ago that no mechanic since had ever noticed). Last: took our well-loved 14 year old car in. Joe drove it around with us then gave us the news, I could make a career out of fixing this car. It has so many issues, but hey, for 230k miles, we cant complain! We appreciated his honesty and in the end he helped us decide to keep driving old faithful locally, but not use her for roadtrips (He helped us understand that its not worth putting money into the car at this point). Then, he DIDNT CHARGE US AT ALL. He drove around with us at least 5/10 minutes, then put it on the rack and had several mechanics looking at the various issues, then took the time to show us several issues. I cant believe how kind hearted they are there. I wont go anywhere else! Thanks Regal!

TPMS was tripping weekly due to a slow annoying leak with driver side rear tire. Went to several large tire shops and got the usual can you leave it, we are backed up excuse. Decided nope, this is a quick fix and not waiting 1/2 a day. I discovered Regal Tire & Auto while running my other errands and stopped in. Told Jorge my issue and he inquired with Alan and they jumped right on it; 30 minutes tops from my stop to the fix and only 10 bucks. I will be using them for other repairs in the future. This is real service!!
