Needed a facility to change oil in our class C Sprinter Mercedes motorhome. After a bad experience at Camping World, T & D was recommended. Got an appointment within a reasonable length of time, found the staff to be very knowledgeable and accommodating.I am very happy with their service and will definitely use them for future service on my vehicles!

T&D is excellent and professional. They arranged to have my vehicle towed, gave me a accurate estimate and repaired the vehicle promptly. They also were great with communicating while they were diagnosing the problem. The charges were about 70% cheaper than the dealers repair estimate. I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time that T&D really came through for us and it solidified that I will go nowhere else for any auto needs. First time I was told by a local car dealership (H) that our car needed $1200 worth of work. T & D found about $200 worth of items that needed to be done and said I didnt need the work the dealership told us we needed. Most recently my son took the car for an oil change at a major oil change chain (V) and they talked him into upgrading the oil and getting a filter costing almost $100. We noticed oil on our driveway so he took it back figuring something needed to be tightened. They told him that he had fuel in his oil and it was nothing they did. Well, I took it to T & D and they looked over everything and there was no fuel in the oil but rather a a very messy oil change that caused oil to leak over other areas of the motor. They cleaned it up, checked to make sure all was well with the car and charged us a minimal fee. I recommend these honest folks to anyone with car issues. They arent out to rip you off but rather, they treat people the way they would want to be treated. Thanks Mike!

I have two stories. When new relatively new to Florida, I had an automotive emergency. Mike and Company got me in right away, fixed my vehicle, priced it fairly and treated me wonderfully.A year or so later, I bought a truck, and was having a mysterious problem adding fuel. Extremely frustrating! Mike and Friends persevered through the mystery, and finally found a unique problem (a plastic disc from an additive bottle, stuck far down in the fill pipe). I can not believe how fortunate I am to have discovered T&D. I own a 2002 Corvette and after reading many of the reviews decided to take it to T&D. I asked for an oil change and then a general check on my car. When T&D called me I expected a few maintenance or repair items in need of attention but to my surprise I only needed the oil change and filter! I live in WI and am going to purchase a preowned car in Naples. The sale was contingent upon the car passing an independent inspection. I talked to Mike the owner of T&D Automotive and his son Mike Jr. about what would be checked in their extensive inspection and I thought they offered what I wanted at a reasonable price. The inspection was done promptly and I was told the car had no issues other than it needed a battery. The small speciality car dealer told us their inspection had the same result. The dealer respected T&D’s finding and is replacing the battery prior to our purchase. T&D could have lied about things being wrong that weren’t, but they were honest (their inspection matched the previous one.). If I lived in Naples, FL., I would take my Audi, my VW and the car I’m purchasing to T& D for maintenance and repairs.

Iam posting on behalf of my husband. My husband dropped off his Windstar van to have a oil leak checked out. Mike had called and said he found a AC leak as well. Which we already knew about. Luckily they found the part we needed and was able to replace the Main ac line. They took extra time to clean the bottom of the motor so they could find the leak. My husband was so pleased with service he received he has already set up a return time for 2 weeks to have the motor checked again to see where the oil is leaking from since the motor is nice and clean should be easy to find. If you want honest work. A company thats fair and straight forward then come here. My husband done alot of research and this company is the Best in Naples. Mike and his team were awesome! Dealership said I needed a new transmission due to a “limp mode” issue that would have totaled my vehicle, but Mike’s crew figured out it was really a weak battery issue. Replaced the battery and months later and a cross country trip my car is running beautifully. I fully recommend their business to all of my friends in the Naples area!

Hands down one of the best costumer service teams in this industry. I was traveling and my transmission went out.. I originally had it towed to the dealership and then realized they were out of there mind with the price and what was wrong with the vehicle.I then did a little research and found this place and gave them a call. They answered after the first ring and towed my truck from the dealership to their shop to do a real diagnostic. The owners of the family-owned business are truly gentlemen. We have been using T&D Auto since we moved to Florida in 2000. We return to Naples to have our vehicles serviced even thpugh it is now a 30 to 45 minute drive as we moved 20 miles away. We do so because we can rest easy when we are dealing with Mike Boudreau, Jr amd his father. .They are not only very knowledgeable about automobiles, but they truly seem to care about each vehicle they work on. Despite being computer savvy, both remember even our older trucks and specific work that was done on them many years ago, out of a love.for their trade.. They want to do the right thing not just what is easiest or simplest for them, to get a customer out the door. We kept older SUVs running almost 200,000 miles with their proactive help. Mike Junior is like a detective who can drive your vehicle and figure out why noises or problems are occurring. They are not motivated by the almighty dollar which is rare in this day and age. They honor warranties as well, both for labor amd parts, when merited.

I have been taking my cars to T&D for years and have always received great and honest service. I believe in their service so much that I have recommended them to friends that have also been satisfied with their services.

I highly recommend this shop. I had my car towed after hours, having never been there before. They called me the next business day to confirm and then a couple days later to tell me to problem and price before they did any work. Once the car was ready, They were very flexible with pick-up. Hopefully I wont have to go back anytime soon, but If I do I am confident in the work and honesty of the company .

We had a problem with our CX9 Mazda no one could figure out what was wrong with a certain rotating noice it was making at higher speeds, even NAPLES Mazda, which we spent thousands of dollars there and it still made the same noice!! My car started breaking down while I was driving, and these guys helped me out as I called them crying in my panic. I’m new to the area, I had no one else to call and these guys had my car taken care of by the next day! I will be coming back for sure!

Took my car in after hearing an ofd sound when I backed up. I didn’t have an appointment but Mike said to leave the car and he’d get to it later in the day. He found the problem and fixed the problem the for a reasonable price (and called me in the afternoon to say the car was good and ready to be picked up). Mike does good work, charges a fair price, and is honest. Highly recommended!

I have had my beloved Saabs for years. So, I always look for someone who knows his way around these cars, and who is honest. I have found both, I think, at Mikes T & Ds. He explains everything in great detail, including potential charges.Hence, Sofia (my Saab) has agreed to return to this doctor. I suspect my other two Saabs, Ingrid and Sven would agree, although they never met their their sister, Sofia. Which is, of course, sad. They are both still going strong in Pennsylvania.

I cannot say enough about Mike and what the team at T&D did for me while visiting Naples from out of town. Having car trouble while traveling feels like a nightmare and with a maintenance history like mine, I feel weary of trusting any new mechanic. A dead battery on my Fiat spiraled into some additional problems (all my own fault). I researched places online looking for a place in Naples with reviews that emphasized quality and truth worthy employees. I know nothing about cars and have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with being taken advantage of by automotive service folks. I immediately felt comfortable walking in. The employees were very friendly and attentive and take the time to talk you through options and possibilities. They take the time to communicate the what and why, which to me made all the difference and demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about, and weren’t “hiding anything” I opted to go ahead and get some new tires and routine maintenance while I was there in addition to the original problem I went in for. Quality, Knowledge, Service, Fair prices. The entire experience was very positive and has made me a customer for life!

This place is awesome, super honest and does great work for reasonable prices! While visiting Naples I bought a used car on a whim and needed some stuff done before I drove it home to Colorado. They got it all looked at in a day. When they got into the engine, it looked like it had a nest made in it, snake skin and all, and they cleaned out all they could. Later that day, after everyone was closed, we noticed a weird water sounding noise. We got the car back on a Saturday when they were supposed to be closed, and were told to expect it back on Monday but Mike did the work that day anyway. Will be sending anyone and everyone here.
