Even off season there was a long line to get thru the registers. Such a fun place to shop. I always find things I wasnt looking for. I love to give gift cards for here because I love receiving them! Always find great stuff

Ever since I discovered HomeGoods, I have to admit, I became addicted. You will never find a more diverse, unusual, array of merchandise in a chain store anywhere. HomeGoods has a lot of one of a kind items that you will not find anywhere else. There is literally no leaving and coming back and finding the same items twice. This particular HomeGoods in Naples is very large and I usually have a very good experience shopping here.

Really well organized and everything is nice and neat. Appreciate that you need to wear a mask in the store. It was surprising that a register couldn’t break a $100 bill with the amount of customers that had already been in the store and checked out.

Went in to the store today to return a few thing and purchase a few things. Normally we leave our returns in the front of the store while we shop. This time we were greeted by a nice young man who took our return and the his older manager who was very rude stopped him and said you have to return it now as long as there is no line its new policy because we have be having so many problems. What ever happened to customer service or just speaking to someone with respect..if he hates his job that much he shouldnt be working there.

I thinks it the worst I have been in. It’s just not organized at all and yes I know HomeGood stores aren’t but in this case I have been to several and they are organized as in season and where they put certain items. It’s HomeGoods not Marshall’s even though they are the same company I do believe it’s just different. I was visiting in Florida and the one in Fort Meyers was surprisingly way better!

Go in for one thing and walk out 3 things and $100 later. But, its all good!

This store is at the top of my list. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of items and prices are reasonable. Look for their clearance racks; great bargains!

What a busy busy store!!! I like that the enforce mask wearing, really...what is the BIG deal, they sanitize the previously used carts, sanitize the checkout area between customers...VERY GOOD. Happy the believe in the science of disease transmission!Amazing selection of unique items.

Home Goods had a way better inventory once upon a time. Now most of it has no quality of any kind.

The place looked wonderful from outside, a lot nice things. But as I was entering the store, I saw 2 ladies walking around inside without mask, I chose not enter this store, and later on, I saw a lot customers without mask, even workers of the store didnt wear mask properly.

Nice new things at consignment prices or better.

Always find the best deals and unique pieces here. Staff is always helpful and friendly, only draw back is It is difficult to get a parking spot.

It is a great store when you have time to leisurely walk and browse the isles. Chance plays a big role. If you find something you like, grab it there and then!!! You will not find it an hour later!!

The prices were unbelievable and beautiful.

Went to home goods to buy masks. They had a package of five for 12.99. They had small and large. I figured small was for females and large was for males. Wrong assumption! I bought small but it was so small it was more for a child.I immediately went back but they would not do anything. I am stuck with five masks. Be careful!I usually love homegoods. I was very surprised that they did not help.

Crazy busy. Long lines for check out. People are not following the posted directional guidelines and just wondering around making it very congested.

How could you not love Home Goods? They have every piece of decor in every color that you didnt even know you needed. A browsers paradise.

Awesome they had everything my wife was looking for.

Good merchandise but the service is very bad. 15People waiting in line to pay and only 2 cashiers open. Manager unapologetic, when asked if they always had only two cashiers, she said yes. One of the clerks said she had requested help twice but no response. We spent more than 20 minutes waiting in line. Last visit to this store!

Merchandise was filled to brim but checkout was out the door. Had to leave my items

A little bit of everything. Unusual gifts and unique pieces for your home. Helpful employees. Only downside is overcrowded shelves, sometimes making it hard to pick things up to look at.

You can always find something fun or useful. Can be overwhelming and claustrophobic with the tight aisles, customers, carts, and overflowing shelves. But you cant beat the deals!

After hitting 3 other locations, we finally found some low cost outdoor furnishings to fit our needs. Very busy location with poor parking. Frazzled staff during peak shopping time.

Arrived early, within 20 minutes of opening it was packed.. Employees were friendly. They have everything and anything you may want for home decor.Noticed numerous racks of marked down damaged merchandise then found out why. One nice employee pretty much broke everything she touched. Obviously unintentionally but saw her drop or bump and break 6 items on 4 different isles in 15 minutes. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or if it was an everyday occurrence for her but she was having a rough day.Nice store, friendly employees and good diverse selection but busy. Just dont be in a hurry.

Oh, I love all of these too, but for me the ultimate weakness is HomeGoods.Luckily, there is one near me. Let me warn you now, this particular location isnt the most organized and may have more crowds, but that doesnt stop me. I push through the mess of things and mass of people because you can find really good stuff for your home at really, really good prices. Plus, the merchandise changes almost daily.Yes, you will end up buying a whole bunch of stuff you dont need because you (and I) cant walk away from such value. Youll thank me later.

I dont buy much from this store the way other people do, but I was thrilled to find some retro white PLU and chrome chairs for my kitchen. I have learned that if you find something here and think you want it, BUY IT when you see it or it may be gone the next day. I wanted four chairs and when I returned the next day w/the bigger car, they had sold out of most of them. I think they started out with 16 when I got there.Its a madhouse in season so I try like crazy to avoid going in while the snowbirds are here. The line for checkout can snake all the way out to salesfloor this time of year.John is one of the guys who recognizes me. Hes an older gentleman with a moustache and is always helping his coworkers and helping people load their furniture purchases into their vehicles. He is one of the nicest men I have ever met. I was just in, and he was carting four bar chairs and a couple of other pieces of furniture down an aisle when he saw me, then immediately asked how I have been doing (hes known I have not been well for a few years). I didnt want to stop and chat because the store was crawling with people, but the fact that hes able to recognize someone as hes busting his butt to say hello means a lot. Just a really great guy.
