I came here on a Wednesday afternoon after making an appointment with my mom to try on my first wedding dress! We were able to navigate to it easily and found parking right in the lot attached. The inside was pretty and very neat and well kept. Kersten was also amazing by getting me in for an appointment quickly and then getting dresses ready before my appointment. She walked me through a lot of details as well as had different options for me to experiment with and was just so friendly! For the size of the shop there was an huge amount of options and I felt like I was in great hands. I can only say wonderful things about this place and can easily see why the reviews all reflect the same. The prices were also great and so reasonable.

Kersten was such a joy to work with! She was knowledgeable and organized, sending a pre-fitting questionnaire to get to know your style beforehand. She was also open-minded and not at all pushy, which made it easier for me to try on a handful of styles that werent in my original description of what I was looking for -- and I ended up loving and choosing a style totally different than I thought I would! I would 100% recommend Palm Bridal and 150% recommend Kersten.

I was on vacation from Boston and decided that I was going to try on dresses while visiting. First off, the communication via email from Kersten was amazing! I changed my appointment 3 times due to my aunt wanting to be there and then everything getting canceled because of the coronavirus. On the day of my appointment we walked in and even though I had picked 8 dresses to try I never felt overwhelmed. Kersten is so warm and welcoming and knows exactly what she is doing. I found the most amazing dress and felt no pressure at all to take time to think about it if I needed. If you are looking for a bridal shop that will make you feel absolutely amazing and comfortable, this is the place for you! Kersten is absolutely amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend seeing her if you are having a tough time finding a dress. Fast forward 5 months and my dress is here! It is the most amazing dress! The communication from Kersten through this whole thing has made it feel like I’m not 1600 miles away. Through email I even purchased my headpiece and earrings based on pictures Kersten sent me of the combinations she had. Not only did she make amazing recommendations, she even sent a picture of the combination I ordered with her holding it next to the back of my dress to show the matching detail! I can not recommend this place enough!

A year ago today, we walked into Palm Bridal in Naples, Florida and my daughter showed the consultant her Pinterest photos of what she wanted her wedding dress to be. She tried on this gorgeous gown that was very similar to her photo; it literally was her “meant to be” dress. Only alterations needed were to the straps and hem! I found my island style at Palm Bridal!I saw my dream wedding dress—a Morilee—on Pinterest and called eight bridal shops all over the state of Florida before I found one (200 miles away) that carried it.Palm Bridal is not that shop. Palm Bridal is the shop I went to with my mother so we could get the “try on gowns” experience before I drove across the state to pick up the dress I really wanted.Kersten was attentive to my needs and style (I wanted no lace and no train), and she helped me choose five or six dresses to try on.At the end of our session, she looked at me thoughtfully and recommended a final dress: an Enzoani. It didn’t fit any of my specifications—it had the longest, laciest train of any dress I’d seen in her shop—but when I put it on, I INSTANTLY fell in love.Kersten knew what I wanted better than I myself did. I bought the Enzoani at Palm Bridal that morning and canceled my appointment for the other “dream dress.”When my gown arrived a few weeks later, it didn’t fit quite right. Kersten went out of her way to find me a new one—she dug through her storage area until she found the exact same Enzoani in a larger size, and she let me exchange the two at no cost.I had my heart set on off-the-shoulder sleeves, which my Enzoani didn’t have. Kersten had so many ideas about how to add the sleeves, and she even ordered me extra fabric and buttons so our alterations team could create the look. (I had enough extra fabric left over to sew a matching mask from it when the pandemic hit, too!)Palm Bridal is a gorgeous location with a wide selection and the sweetest owner in the world. I am so beyond thankful for everything Kersten did for me. If you want a shop to go out of its way to make your experience special, this is the place.

She was honest with us when the bride tried on dresses, which helped us narrow down the options. The environment of the shop is also very inviting and intimate. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming and stressful. I booked an appointment at David’s bridal but when I walked in I was too overwhelmed and everyone was rude and the store was filthy. My mom and I walked out and decided last minute to go to a nearby boutique that was having their grand opening and holy moly am I glad we did. Palm bridal was the best experience I ever had! The amazing mother and daughter team duo made me feel like I was apart of their family. From choosing the perfect dress and accessories to sitting down and deciding on invites and envelope designs, it was all fun and painless. They were quick to respond with questions and inquiries and always left you in the loop. There was no hovering or pressure to buy something as the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable and the store was clean and quaint. After attending one of their trunk shows and not knowing what I even wanted, Kersten let me browse the store and try on whatever I liked. She then set aside the most perfect dress for me to try last, knowing I would love it... and I DID! Thank you girls for all of your patience and hospitality and being apart of my special day!! I had an incredible experience with Kersten and Joann at Palm Bridal! It was my first time trying dresses on and I was a little nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and excited to start this process! They were courteous and unbelievably intuitive. They looked at pictures of dresses I wanted to try (10+ pictures) and they found matches of basically all of them - and if they didn’t have it in the store, they altered dresses they did have to match my vision. Kersten was able to read my face to know which dresses were good/ bad, and knew my favorite two based on my reactions and not my words. They didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured, they were generous by allowing my family members to grab dresses they wanted me to try on, and they helped me find my dream dress! Overall, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend brides (and those looking for dresses for bridesmaid/mother of the bride/etc.) to visit Palm Bridal!

Palm Bridal was beyond amazing! I am came from Philadelphia and they were the 3rd bridal store I went to (my first in Naples) they were by far the best and most professional place. Kersten and her team knocked it out of the park assisting with the dress selection, making me feel comfortable, and listened to all our opinions. Kersten is so sweet and knows everything there is to know about wedding dresses; she knew how each dress was tailored, which fabric would be the most flattering, and was able to give great suggestions for accessorizing. They treated us like royalty, allowing me to try on every dress I desired (which basically meant Palm’s entire stock) and accommodating us by facilitating a FaceTime runway show with my soon-to-be mother-in-law.
