In the middle of a pandemic they want to touch all over my ID without using sanitizer or gloves

Beware of this company. We were not using them for many months and our accounting Department had been paying them unbeknownst to us; as this company (Statewide Security) kept sending invoices when we were no longer using a monitoring service. It took two months of many calls and emails until someone finally responded. They would not give our money back. The services they provide are poor as well. This company just takes your money. The owner doesnt even return phone calls. If I could rate them negative 10, I would.

Worst security company you could imagine. These people are unprofessional and lack customer service skills. They didnt care to notify me that my cellular transmitter was outdated. We paying for alarm monitoring for the past 6 months approx without knowing. Each time they have made repairs, something else mysterious breaks.
