I just wanted to take the time to rate my recent experience buying my first car at second to none auto. The owner Richard was genuine, professional and polite. they listened to me and offered me and my children a cold beverage on a warm day. The salesperseon went above & beyond — locating a specific vehicle. No games, the Final price was exactly as negotiated and this was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I walked out happily and appreciate the customer service. Thanks again for the great help!

RUN AWAY!!! They reached out to me wanting to buy my car. Once they inspected it, offer was made, which I accepted. After 4 hours of back and forth in waiting for them to cash out money, I came back to transfer the title. After 5 minutes the owner came and told me that they will not be buying my car anymore! The reason - the lady for which they were shopping may not like it. Nah, it is not a car for her, said the owner.I have wasted around 5-6 hours showing my car and waiting for them to cash out the money. Owner Richard sent me home empty handed in a patronizing way, explaining to me that he is the owner of the shop and my car is worth $2k. less than what I was promised by them. Simple question would be why they kept luring me around since yesterday and commiting to buy?! If this is not the dealer to be avoided at all cost, I dont know what is!Save yourself and others by avoiding such crafty businesses.

Weve gotten our last 2 vehicles from these guys. The first time we went there they helped us get on the road even though we had very little money. The car wasnt the greatest looking but it was reliable and was much more than we would have gotten for our money anywhere else, in total we paid 900 bucks for it and it lasted quite awhile, if irma hadnt destroyed our lives we would probably still be driving it. We got our current vehicle from them, and had much more money to put down on it, and as expecred got a much nicer car. We love our new car and the payments are reasonable. Theres been a few times weve missed payments and as long as you communicate with them and make a real effort to pay what you can, they will never shame you or threaten to take the car... all they ask, as I mentioned above, is that you show a good effort to pay and let them know whats going on.Overall this is a great buisness with understanding human workers, they are of course a buisness and need to pay their employees and support their families but ar the same time want to do right by their customers

Friendly and helpful owner, Richard. The manager, Jerry is educated on all vehicles and always smiles. The mechanic, Howard is quick but very thorough and will try to help you out with the issues you may have with your vehicle.

This place is a complete JOKE! Unprofessional, to say the least. They haven’t given me my title and sold me a lemon! The suv broke down in less then three months(transmission) and have tried to contact them multiple times and none of their phone lines work! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Pathetic

I stopped in last week to get my AC fixed. Gave me several options and they were half the price of the retail centers.
