Do not give Tesla your money! I attempted with my husband to buy solar panels for our home through Tesla. A coworker did so a few weeks later through a different company. He told me that his company said Tesla was terrible for install which I shrugged off figuring its Tesla. How could Tesla be terrible?? We quickly learned just how that was not only accurate but an understatement at that. Tesla has ignored my calls, emails, and voicemails. They have also filed for incorrect permits then minimized our complaints. We were promised many things that never came to fruition. After months of trying to get a manager involved, I FINALLY got a call from a supervisor. After again explaining everything he provided a $200 discount! That is .6% off our $32,000 job. He then told me normally they only offer a $35 gift card if that! This is after I have had to call our electric company myself to get install scheduled, spent over 3 weeks waiting for a manager call back that was supposed to occur within 72 hours, informer Tesla their first permit was filed for the wrongly sized unit, informed them the permit was issued, and spent hours on the phone to try to get this project on track. I could not be more surprised, disappointed, and aggravated with how our experience has been but it becomes more clear by the day that this is the norm for Tesla. While they may be cheaper than most, save the frustration and get solar elsewhere! I wish we would have. We still may cancel, who knows!
This tesla store is great for a driving test!!The sellers were not pushing for a sell, instead they explained us all the car capabilities in just a few minutes. After the test drive they just ask what we thing and if they can plug some numbers for us. We said no thanks. After that the seller was really kind and let us know that we can comeback any time in the future and kindly lead us to the exit door! Great experience. Best experience I had have ever in a car dealership!
What a great no pressure buying experience. They hand you the keys, test drive, answer any questions and thats it. Either you like it or you dont. Andrew had previously sold a vehicle to a family member of mine and was very helpful in the buying process. Looking forward to receiving my new vehicle.
I was a little nervous going in to the Tesla store not quite knowing what to expect. In my first visit the store was completely empty so I got a very friendly and personalized tour of both the model s and model x which are both on display beautifully in the small show room.I currently drive a very modest compact car and was dressed down so appreciated the salesman still living kind and respectful. I asked about a test drive and was surprised to hear sure wed love to take you out... From their I scheduled the test drive of the model s. The day before my appointment I received an email and call from the manager to confirm.I showed up and Chris the manager (and test driver) was awesome. Ive never had such a thorough review of a car for a test drive and it was the best experience Ive had at a dealership. Had an excellent test drive of the Tesla model y. Has everyone has heard by now the torque is absolutely insane.in a way its more fun to be in the drivers seat because you dont know when the accelerator is going to go down. When youre driving yourself youre aware of when youre going to hit the pedal to the metal and so the jolt is not quite as extreme. Highly recommend everyone take a Tesla for a test drive.
Although I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped us with our new EV it is a whole different experience.
Didn’t have the model I wanted to drive so they set up an appointment for me at another dealer! So friendly and helpful, very nice team at this location! Very nice store!
I went in yesterday to actually buy a model S. One sales guy with one car in the ENTIRE dealership! When I asked to see a Model S he paused his cell phone conversation to reply, “we may have those late next month”. This would be then early May. Come on people this isn’t a dealership it’s make believe. I went down the street and bought a brand new BMW. Tesla is going to get smoked when the other luxury brands start launching their EV models.
I have been considering a Tesla for a year or two now, but live out in the country, so it is rare to be near an actual Tesla store. However, I was excited to find my self near the Naples Waterside Tesla store while traveling for work and was so looking forward to seeing and sitting in a Tesla, so I walked up to the store from my hotel, only to find it closed at least 30 minutes (maybe earlier) before its posted time on the door; and there were no vehicles at all in the showroom. So, I called the next day to ask about it, and the person who answered the phone simply said, “Hello”...like I had mistakenly called someone’s house...not a place of business. I had to ask if it was the Tesla store, to which the replied “yes”. My point is, from a potential new buyer experience, it was not a great first impression from this particular store or from Tesla in general. I definitely get a way better impression walking into a Porsche or BMW dealer, or an Apple Store for that matter.
I had such a great experience with the staff here. I was on the waiting list for a year and a half and have been a happy owner for a year now. Imstill a frequent visitor to my Tesla family and have never had one personor encounter to be unhappy about. A great facility, great people and onlyhope that they remain in place for many years!!!

Great job by staff in demonstrating features and benefits. Mr Andes was a superb customer experience specialist. Not pushy about the process. Very informative. Great personality. LOVE THE CARS!! My first time at Tesla. This is another great example of American ingenuity. I felt I stepped into a car that belonged in another 50 years. I test drove the S model and I have never felt performance like that with such smooth environment. I have driven sports cars with 400 + HP and didnt feel that type of thrill. Definitely my new goal for the next 12 months. Great job Elon and Co!!

Another nice Tesla location. There was an S, X, and the miniature radio flyer model S in the showroom. The associate was also very welcoming and nice.
Tried calling to set up service appt. Cant get thru, keeps telling me to set up on the app. I simply have a question for the service department. They should answer the phone!
We LOVE the car! And wanted SO MUCH to be a part of the TESLA family. We took a test drive in the Model X D100P and loved everything about it. The salesman was awesome- young, knowledgeable and passionate about TESLA! We were hooked! We left that day, deciding we were going to purchase the vehicle. We did not hear from our sales person again (even after our enthusiastic interest and promise to buy) ... so after a few days we had to call a few times - with no return call - and finally had to track him down to Make an appt to purchase this car. We set up an appt to sign a contract and order the Model X the following day! We were SO excited! We placed our order - even though having a few concerns that the sales manager couldnt answer all our questions ... we still persevered and placed our order. That evening we started reading reviews - bad customer service - fit and finish issues - noises - problems with super-charging ... etc. This is where it all went wrong! We called the sales manager who wrote up our order to let him know we had some concerns ... we couldnt get a hold of him so we left a message ... he returned the call and left a message to offer the TESLA for a 24 hour test drive. We called back within 5 minutes to accept - got his voicemail - left a message to say YES - and we never heard from him again!!! So we purchased a JAGUAR F-PACE.Customer service is certainly something that is lacking with this company ... if our calls were returned, and we had taken the TESLA home, I am positive we would have bought the car! We cancelled and bought elsewhere!Perhaps TESLA needs more reviews like this to get with the plan and start treating customers better.

Worst store ever...I had a rude girl named yoli sorry if is spelled wrong. Greet me with no information and treat me like I was nothing. Thats not a person I would have working for a high end car store. Cheap employees mean cheap cars!

I have scheduled a test drive for the model S. When I got in the store I was told it was no longer available. One of the employees told me the manager took it for the day.So my question is are the cars for the customers or for the managers?Disappointment...
I beleive that anyone who purchased a Tesla at that location was probably not convinced by the agent to do so. This agent ( Lindsey) has ignored phone calls and text messages. This agent does not seem at all willing to help. I still can cancel the order, and I am more and more contemplating that idea.
