WOW! We were extremely impressed with Floor Meisters customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall flooring experience! My only regret is that we didnt contact Floor Meister sooner! We had a terrible experience a few years ago with redoing the flooring in our kitchen and dinette through Home Depot, so we have been wanting to get our floors redone for a while now. My husband and I had heard about Floor Meister before and finally decided to go check them out. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. We met Will and he came out the following Monday to give us an estimate and our new flooring was installed only a week later! The Floor Meister company far exceeded our expectations! THANK YOU!!

Best experience we have ever had for flooring needs. Their store is huge and plenty to choose from. Dave the owner and his family were very helpful and welcoming and they truly set the standard for business integrity and costumer service. I have used The Floor Meister for 3 projects now. They are great! I love their customer service, and they are my go-to flooring specialist now. I highly recommend them. And, the installer Dave was also great. He did a beautiful job on replacing the carpet on our stairs.

I feel I need to share my experience about a salesperson. My wife and I were looking for flooring for steps. The salesperson told us where to look at rugs suited for stairs. He also We received a quote after they measuring $3,350. When I questioned a different salesperson why so much he said we chose the most expensive carpeting. We told him the salesperson waited on us he told us the only carpet for was here and there and followed us around. The salesperson Saturday told us almost any carpet goes on stairs. I was very upset when I left feeling the salesperson was ripping me off.When

Will was very helpful and friendly. Many floor choices to choose. We picked Cortec and cant wait for it to be installed.

We had LVT plank flooring installed. Our Sales Rep, Tyler, was very helpful. The installers were exceptional. Very neat and clean and did an outstanding job of installing our floors. We had roughly 900 SF of flooring installed and they performed their job in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend purchasing and installing flooring by Floor Meisters.

If I could put a zero for install I would. 5stars for how nice the owners are but zero for the way these floors were installed. Its a shame they were installed so unprofessionally like come on, if you are paying for any kind of labor, it should be done right. this is not how a floor should meet the wall and or base boards

I saw their commercial and checked out their website. They claim to be the biggest seller of cortec in the U.S. I assumed that meant hard to beat prices. I drove all the way to Naples to be greatly disappointed. I should have known better. Everything is always more expensive in Naples. My local flooring stores easily beat their prices. $1/sqft more equals a couple thousand for my floor. Dont waste your time if price matters.As I said above, I was looking at cortec floors. Are you saying thats a cheap product? Youre cortec was $1+ more than my local store and yes I asked without installation.

TJ, Dave and their staff were as professional as could be possible. Even to the point of adding pads to all our furniture before returning them back to their place so as not to ruin the new flooring. We found TJ and his team to be friendly, professional and a great value. Would recommend to anyone who looking for flooring.

No pressure, you can walk around asking about what you want and you are shown a great large selection. You can take samples home. Most of all no pressure to try and sell you anything.

I bought two fairly expensive rugs from The Floor Meister and I give them my highest recommendation. Its a family owned and run business and they are very pleasant to deal with. The service levels are very high, and they are competitive on price, even compared to eCommerce dealers.

Our experience was exceptional from the time we walked into the door and met T J to the end product.Our floors are beautiful and all credit goes to Niko, Dan and Walter. Their workmanship was superb.

Judy did an excellent job for us. We tore up our old tile and replaced with Vinyl. We also replaced carpet in bed and bonus rooms. It was a good sized job. Judy met my date requirements, provided a quality product, and used a team of professional subcontractors that worked tirelessly getting the job done. We quoted four local floor companies... She was fair and diligent.

Huge selection and Amazing people!

Judy and her staff at Floor Meisters are beyond compare. From quote to finish, it was as easy as could be. We shopped around and the pricing from Floor Meisters was over one thousand dollars less for the exact same PLV.They worked with us on rescheduling due to Covid and when we were ready, they put us on the schedule 1 week later.The installation crew was professional and courteous, even when we added two extra rooms. We were so impressed with the flooring and the install that we added a bathroom and the kitchen. Amazingly, Nico, Dan and Walter still finished the job on the original date that was promised.I cant say enough about this place!Thanks Judy and crew. We will recommend your company to everyone!
