I had purchased a piece from a different shop that didnt come with the bowl piece I needed and they were out of the size I needed, so I visited Lotus to find one. She was so sweet and helpful, we found the perfect bowl piece for my glass! We even had fun trying different ones out, I look forward to seeing Haley (again, sorry!) next time I visit 🖤 She made my day 100% better

I absolutely love this place. Great product. Welcoming and helpful employees. Only reason for 4 star is the Wall display of glass has LED light directly behind the glass product which basically blinds you and make the product hard to see. There is also way too much stock, It really distracts from the individual beauty of each piece. otherwise great store.

As somebody whos been vape curious for a little while but havent ever actually tried anything was extremely pleased when I popped in for some lighter fluid and a couple menial supplies when Noah, the man behind the counter was patient with my questions and clear lack of understanding with all of the products and items for sale throughout this storefront. Ultimately Noah helped me identify the best products for my needs and the whole interaction was friendly, professional, helpful and exceeded all my expectations, thank you!

Disabling contactless is a violation of both Visa and Mastercards policies. The technology is not exclusive to Google Pay and Apple Pay, but works with contactless credit/debit cards as well. I will give you one week to reenable it or I will be reporting this business to the card networks.And of course, Ill take my business to places that dont discriminate against all because of the actions of a few.

I came in original for one thing and an employee by the name of haley I believe help me and showed/demonstrated different things. I ended up leaving with so much fun stuff then I had anticipated. Lotus Vape of Naples has a vast selection of product and if your lucky you will visit the same day their manager Nessa is working as she is what makes this place so special! She runs a tight ship and is extremely professional, knowledgeable on all products and truly makes the experience of shopping here unique and rememberable!! Stay away!!This place is a joke cannot even back the products they sell for 2 hours. Paid $32 for a Juul starter kit which is $12 higher than most places. That was only 2 hours ago and I called and asked what they could do and I was told they can do nothing. Better off buying online that way you can exchange products that might not work and get a much better price. This is why stores like this should be out of business and probably will be if they do not change their business practices. Had to order one online after that one did not work and it costs 14.99 with shipping so much for supporting that local business.Yours Truly,Frank Dimartin

Really bad customer experience.Tried purchasing a device called Randy Trek 2.0 and the price was marked at 79.99 and online 69.99 the little blonde person said that his “Pakistani Boss” sets the prices I said okay? What does that have to do with it. Then after going back and forth another employee which was very nice but had little or no product knowledge as well as the blonde person and if he/she did he/she was genuinely sarcastic and condescending and mostly passive aggressive. They told me they drive 1.5 hours to work there and they don’t know their own products? Back to the point of this the other guy that was nice but more subservient to the blonde person. The guy with the long hair went to ring me up and said the price was now 89.99 plus 3.85 interest on the total sale for the device. So not only did ring it up higher they then kept trying to cash me out. What is going on here is this price gouging ? The owner needs to get involved before he loose his license . Not to mention I have a lot of friends that own stores just like this from Miami to north Carolina I will make sure they all know how Lotus Vape and Smoke operate: The owner should not allow disharmony in his store because of miscommunication the blonde person should be terminated that person is bringing down your sales and energy fire that person and you will see your sales go up. That blonde person is ruining your reputation.

The green haired girl behind the counter was smug with me when I tried to purchase pods for my vape. The items were out of stock and I then asked when do they get their delivery of the stock I was looking for. Her answer was again a smug random.Hey green hair girl, I tried to give you my business and I apologize for interrupting your conversation with the bearded dude behind the counter. I am sure your conversation was much more important than me spending $40.00 on vape pods & e-juice.I found a better alternative for vape supplies on Pine Ridge Road. Less expensive. Very professional.I wont be back.

Horrible management. Shop here at your own risk. They sold me a defective device. I requested an exchange. They said no. I asked to speak to the manager. The blond male said he was the manager and he wouldn’t exchange the device. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager told me the owner would tel me to get out of his store. Don’t shop here!

Passionate and professional service. Worth your hardest of earned dollars to work with actual company representatives and receive legitimate, time tested products. All of my questions were answered and there was no upsetting pressure for an upsell.

They are super helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

They have everything from glassware to vape mods, atomizers, juices, & my personal favorite pod systems. I would shop there instead of the other store that I can go to but the high prices keep me away from the shop.

The best smoke shop

Just bought a nectar collector...super unhappy. Going into lotus I made them aware I am a new user of nectar collectors, that being said they did not give me any information on the piece I was buying and also sold me the piece with the wrong attachment so when I got home to use it after once use the end piece fell out and burned a HUGE hole in my rug. When going back to ask for help they tell me they do not have replacement pieces and I have to go somewhere else for help. This place sucks and there staff has little knowledge on there products....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TREASURE CHEST OVER LOTUS.

DONT BUY LOTUS VAPOR GARBAGEBought a Buzz Lemon Grapefruit disposable vape. Got all the way back to Marco Island condo to try it out and it didnt even hit straight out of the package. Absolutely no vapor at all but the light would come on when i would try to draw from the vape.Looked up the price of this vape online and i paid twice as much.Will never go back to Lotus Vape and Smoke Shop

I visited the Lotus a couple of days ago and the ladies behind the counter were very friendly and patient and helpful. Truly an awesome experience. Plenty of options for the beginner to the most elite of connoisseurs. They have something for everybody. Look forward to going back again.

I think they have a great selection and I think the staff does want to help, but twice now Ive walked out with a different juice than they claimed to have handed me-- I know its my fault for not looking before I pay, but its also not much to ask for them to read the bottle before handing it to me! Its also just overpriced here... Its understandable to go here if youre in a bind, but mostly everything here can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Went into this smoke shop the other day and was helped by Nessa. She was super knowledgable about the kratom and helped me get some for my boyfriend. She was very sweet and kind unlike the girls in there who are rude. Thank God they got some one decent in there.

Terrible customer service. Bought a vape, the battery compartment wouldn’t stay closed 5 days after purchase. Would not replace or give store credit which they clearly have a sign stating they would give you store credit. Just wanted one that worked. Clearly had no other damage but they stated how do we know you didn’t cause the damage. They did not hold up to their own store policy. I would not recommend Lotus Vape and smoke shop in Naples. Julia was our sales person.

Their return policy is very unreasonable in my opinion. I bought a 510 thread battery here that was broken and didn’t turn on when I got home. I don’t live close to this shop and I needed a battery that night so I went to a Treasure Chest nearby and got a battery that worked. When I tried to return the broken battery here they said they couldn’t offer me a refund or even store credit, (even though I had my receipt) just an exact replacement of the one I bought initially.I will never be returning to this shop..There are plenty of other smoke shops around the area with more laid back, understanding policies and far more laidback and friendly employees.

First time shopping at this store, i’m not sure if she was having a bad day but it was probably some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Moody, condescending, and didn’t seem to care. I was prepared to drop some serious money & try a few new products. I may give it one more shot.

By far the best place for your vaping and smoking needs. They have all the new gadgets that other places do not carry with exceptional customer service. The best vape shop that I ever been into, I now normally go to Lotus for my e-liquid and coils. Most of the time I am in a rush when I go there right before work and there is always someone within moments of walking in which is a major plus. Definitely deserves my five stars.
