I have used Sew Shore a number of times for various purposes. The owner, Jason, is one of the most giving business owners I have ever met. He truly cares about his community and giving back to it. Most recently, Jason took care of our team shirts for a 5K fundraiser. Not only did he do so on short notice, but he donated the entire shirt order to our team. He is AMAZING! Horrible customer service! They made a mistake embroidering multiple polos. After speaking with the owner, he said that I needed to read the liability clause in the contract to see that it was my mistake.

Prices arent bad. Didnt have a lot of chef options but this location is near the hospital. The other location had a wider selection.

They do a good job... Most of the time. We have had to return twice for embroidery mess ups but they fixed the issue. They are not fast when it comes to turnarounds so plan accordingly.

I was very pleased with the logos placed (embroidered) on shirts United did for us for a Conference .. in fact we received several complements from attendees while wearing them at our booth. I was quite pleased with Jasons confidence and results - we relied on him to get the specifics correct - Uniteds service and effort to accommodate our very short time line.

I went to purchase scrubs from United Uniforms for an internship and ended up purchasing two sets, one set of Greys Anatomy Spandex and the other Cherokee Infinity. I had a loose seam in the pair of Greys scrub pants and sent an email to United Uniforms. Within minutes, I was in contact with Jason Marshall, the owner/president of the company. He provided nothing but exceptional customer service. Within a day, he sent me a UPS shipping label and instructions to send the scrubs back to be repaired. The day my package was received, I received an email that they were able to fix my pants and later that day, I had a tracking number for my pants again. Upon receiving my scrub pants (all fixed!), Jason had also included a Sew Shore t-shirt and a Greys Anatomy tote bag. I highly recommend United Uniforms for any of your uniform needs!

Ive had three experiences with the shop on Immokalee. My first experience was 5 starts, no doubt: the owner happened to be running the store that day and was extremely informative on his stock and other popular brands. I had dropped off maybe a half dozen scrub tops to get embroidered. My items were done exactly to my specifications and I was notified within three days that my tops were ready for pick up.My second and third experiences were polar opposites of my first. I dropped off a handful more scrub tops and discussed with the young woman what I wanted for colors and design. After three weeks of waiting (I called after the second week and was told they had several larger orders that needed to be fulfilled first. Literally was told that, as if my measly few items were of no importance.) After calling, they told me the finishing touches were being put on my order. What finishing touches? The embroidery literally is the finishing touch! When I arrived to pick them up, the thread color was not what I had specified. When I made the employee aware of this, she said this is what you order, please sign here that you approve. I let her know I did not approve and she told me there was nothing she can do about it. Whatever, at least the name and degrees were spelled correctly.I figured the second round was a fluke and I needed embroidery for my annual scrub order. I dropped off 6 tops, was greeted kindly and was well taken care of. One thing that is a bit of a hustle is the fee associated with scrubs not purchased through the store. The employee even asked me did you buy these with us? Cmon man...Long story short, it has been over three weeks since I dropped off my order and no notification or update. After the first week, I called and inquired about my order, letting the employee know about my second experience and that it seemed as if they previously forgot about my order and just wanted to be sure I was taken care of. It mustve been the same employee as before as she told me that they have a lot of big orders and that they are unsure of when they will get to mine.

I was very pleased! Jason was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back. And refer all of millennium to go as well.

Ordered some uniforms for work from this location. Unfortunately due to their limited stock I thought it would be best to go in here with the product codes I was looking for which I found in their online catalog via their website. Had difficulty viewing website on my phone so had to use computer but all went well. Found some great items.After a 2-3 week wait period my new, and embroidered, uniforms arrived. Arrived quicker than I anticipated and the staff was super friendly. When I was talking to staff about sizes between brands there was not much input that the employee could give me but made up for it with her friendly personality. Once picking up my scrubs I was informed that I was underchearged and that I would have an additional $50 to pay unexpectedly. That was a bummer but I cant go without uniform in my work setting.The uniforms ordered came in exactly as Id hoped; crisp and well fitted. I will be back in the future and enjoyed the kind staff here so I DO recommend it. Just keep an eye on your pricing as everything is still done on paper with pen. (I think that is how the first employee made calculation errors on my grand total. That, and my hospital discount was not applied appropriately according to the 2nd employee when I picked up.) Still, dont be weary just check your receipts. They seem to be helpful so Im sure theyd have no problem with looking further into that if it concerns you.
