Wonderful store. Quality items. Great prices. Excellent service. We found a lightly used sofa, loveseat, throw pillows, end table, vase, dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, and media console. We also found an entryway console, mirror and two decorative trays from the store connected to The Find. We purchased all the items within an hour and had them delivered a few hours later the same day! We were able to change the entire look of our recently purchased vacation rental in Naples Park, Florida in just a few hours. Excellent service.

Very unhappy and the way they do business is terrible. I was just in there and wanted to buy a leather 3 piece set for 7,000. This was at 4:00PM. Needed to go home and measure. Told them to hold it. Before I could get home they called and someone wanted it. Gave them my credit card number to hold it for 40 minutes.Called back to purchase and they sold it.Then they said that’s their policy and they didn’t charge my card, needless to say no refunds so I had to make sure but knew it would most likely fit. Terrible way to do business. I called back to talk to the manager /owner he wasn’t there and was to call me today. No call back.Very very unhappy. Will never shop there again nor will my friends. We all purchases a lot from them over the years. Never again.

The people in this store are so friendly and helpful! They were willing to show me around the whole store! I ended up with a table that is EXACTLY what I needed and wanted. Its the perfect piece for my kitchen. I highly recommend stopping in here to see what they have in store!

Went into the store today and found a really nice table and chairs. The salesman came over and said hello. We said we would like to purchase this set. As we were talking to the salesman some guy comes by and says I’m 99.9% sure I want that set. He walks on by and out of the store. The salesman says to us “he has been in 3 times looking at the set and he can’t make his mind up”. We said, we want it and are ready to purchase. I say to the salesman. “You snooze, you lose” and he says true. We continue to look around the store and the salesman comes by and says I’m sorry but the previous guy is throwing a fit and now wants the set. Also, store policy is to give it to this guy. Whaaaat? Store policy? Saw several items we would have loved to have but felt at that point - no need to spend our money here. Just moved in town. Hope this store is not a reflection of how we can expect to be treated.

FYI: the Find is closing this location in or before October 2019. Went in today and had a nice long talk with Linda. She is a Very sweet person! Most furniture is on sale half price, some is 80% off. The company is consolidating in their store 9 miles south on 41. We didnt buy anything but are probably going to go back and get a mattress. The mattresses are NOT on sale. But they are BRAND NEW. 😁

Went in to The Find in July while on vacation. What a great place! I asked before going in if they ship items and they said yes, perfect! They have a very good selection of high end, name brand furniture. Everything is very clean and looks brand new or very gently used. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this store.

Best consignment store we have ever been to. If you want current style furniture at a discount, you will love this place too! All the other stores in the area are full of old Tuscan furniture - and way overpriced. I thought prices at The Find were really fair especially since so much of what they have is good quality brand names. Its my go to store now!

Browsing at The Find Furniture Consignment in Bonita Springs is a better experience than any I have had at a supposedly upscale retail furniture outlet. The low pressure sales approach and knowledge of inventory and brand names was outstanding while working with Julie Hill. The items are beautifully displayed in real room settings. Will definitely return to see what new items have been added to their showroom. Highly recommend!

IMO, this is the BEST consignment shop in Naples/Bonita area. High quality items, current styles(not the items of yesteryear you find at some shops), attentive and helpful staff, cant say enough positive things about this place. Merchandise in this store is always fresh and next to new. This is an absolute must see if you are looking for quality furnishings and accessories for your home at reasonable prices.

My husband and I were on vacation when we ran across this shop. We fell in love with everything in there, mostly light colors and designer quality. We found a bedroom set that we had to have, the owner got us a quote we could not pass up to ship everything to Michigan. Everything came as expected and we love it! I find most things there to be nearly full price for used furniture. But its hit and miss. I found the exact chair I wanted for one fourth the retail price.

Wow! What a place! We furnished our entire condo in 2 days with beautiful, quality and tasteful furniture and decor. The owner Chris was extremely helpful and accomodating. The key to our success was Lisa Beringer. Having Lisa was like having an interior design consultant with us at every turn. Same day delivery didnt hurt either. Here is a quote from our property manager: By the way, be sure to tell Nancy that the photographer was quite impressed with her consignment shop furniture finds!! He said this must have been from a very high end consignment shop, its all great! He reiterated how well the bedroom sets fit inside the rooms.
