Beatrice the sales associate was very helpful with my shopping needs. And Beatrice was very patient and understanding what I needed.

Very disappointed on their customer service. We purchased our wedding bands from Sales and the sales lady recommended to go every 3 months to clean and inspect the diamonds on my ring. And we stopped today. Oh well, the lady who was behind the counter had no interest on helping us, since we were not there to purchased anything.. Not very polite, super short and I know she lied when I asked if she checked my ring for loose diamonds.
