Glass Design designed our door when we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. We absolutely love the finished product. It really changes the whole house. Melissa was very easy to work with and very pprofessional.

Our experience was with the Glass Design store in North Naples. We were met by Melissa who was very friendly and understanding of our desire to choose a large mirror for a niche that was elegant and unique. We chose a design similar to something published in their brochure; however, we modified it to make it our own. The Glass Design artist captured perfectly what we pictured in our minds eye. We had to wait a little longer due to the current pandemic, but the entire experience from initial sale, measurements, design approval and installation all went extremely well. We would highly recommend Glass Design!

Very pleased with my experience at Glass Design. Waited unusually long time since store was closed about 3 weeks due to COVID-19. Once open they sent a person out to measure for my shower doors, unfortunately guy measured wrong, so had to wait again. Finally Installed and they are beautiful.

Delays have constant and now they are here today to instatll the door and they measured wrong. we ordered the door 2nd week of August. so discussed will not recommend they have to come another day and now we have to cancel our appts to fit them in.

One of the best vendors I’ve worked with lately. Also want to note that we had two separate orders; seamless shower door and bathroom vanity customized mirrors. Sales and Quote processes were very personal, listened to our needs and priced competitively. The installation schedulings and deliveries were excellent as they called and showed up promptly. We needed to replace our front door system (door, lites and transom) after Irma. We decided to upgrade our look. Michelle DeWitt, the Naples store Design Consultant, was experienced and thoroughly professional. She helped us directly through the process. We ultimately purchased a H-rated door with a beautiful stock tropically etched insert w/impact glass. Both the transom and lites were redone with clear impact glass. Michelle strongly recommended the pre-painted door and lites. That was a perfect call! We are very happy and proud of our new front door entry. We highly recommend Michelle DeWitt and her team.
