This was the BEST T-Mobile store I’ve ever been in. Timmy was extremely helpful to me answering my many questions. Leo was also very helpful. If you have any problems or questions this is the store to go to!!!!
The manager is NEVER here at the store when you need to get stuff approved. The staff call her to ask when she will be here. You have to then arrange your schedule around the managers time frame…You come at the time and she is gone by then. Like does she even work?! Comes back as if she is under the influence of something. This is the second time dealing with this manager Jenny. Its always something to try and get my stuff as a costumer taken care of. Like hire people who actually work and are willing to help the costumers. Jasmine, was very helpful and knows her stuff. But still not able to handle what i need done without a manager.

Jenny and Hector were amazing to us during our visit. Jenny figured out the problem we were having in setting up our account for us.. everyone was very nice and amazingly helpful!! 10/10 recommend!

The associate was absolutely no help and just said my phone was out of date thats why it drops calls and has text issues. Its a One Plus 8T 5G purchased 3 months ago! The reason for the 2nd star, is that perhaps the other employees are better
Worst service everrrrrr! Had to buy a phone while on vacation. The guy helping me did not give me my charger before I left. I wasnt too concerned as I figured Id pick it up before I went back home. Well, the store was not open for whatever reason. Tried to get them to mail it to me, but therewasnt anything he could do for me and was going to label my property as abandoned, which is very much a lie. Thank you for nothing, T-Mobile!

Hector gave me excellent service and helped me with my phone lowered my bill and switch my sprint sim card to a tmobile sim card for better service and less dropped calls.

Learned about getting a cell spot booster to help correct a very poor signal in my home.
I came here at 1:00 pm there the door said they will reopen at 1:30PM even I see team member inside then I waited for 39 min outside and other clients no one come to open the door after 1:30 PM they all looking at us laughing.
Matt was amazing helped me buy a new phone and answered all my questions and concerns totally recommend coming here.
Very disappointing. Only two customers and three employees. We waiting and no assistance. Store was also dirty inside. This location has lower reviews than the others locations for a reason. T-Mobile coverage is limited anyway so this location made the decision for us. Switching to another carrier.

Definitely our corporation is considering switching all the accounts from tmobile to verizon. What happened today with Dr Puente in this store is very unprofessional. make Dr Puente travel 16 miles, because he called the store and someone told him that if they had the product and when he arrived he did not have it is a total disregard. It can be considered misleading advertising. Terrible this place.

This store gave me great service after the T-Mobile customer care via phone and online screwed everything up: lines, activation, billing.... Jose was helpful the first visit. On my second and third visits Bibi helped me for about three hours total correcting ALL the problem caused by the online and overseas call centers (which they had not gotten even remotely right after 8 hours on the phone). She made sure all of the issues were addressed and that hundreds of dollars in errors were credited. Make sure you avoid the T-mobile phone support and billing at all costs and go to a highly rated store. I went to another highly rated store in another state and they also helped me correct another set of errors by the customer care call center; if you want to be a t-mobile customer this is the way to go. (Do not try to save money online--just dont if you value your life energy and time.) The only reason I am a t-mobile customer today is due to the help I got at this and one other highly rated store. Thanks guys.

The manger Felix is a very terrible manger. He’s very much rude. And very disrespectful. And I wouldn’t get T-Mobile ever after my experience there. I’m honestly glad I’m staying with Verizon. I honestly think someone higher should handle him.

The employees really cant do much here for you. The girl said to call them to fix problem, then the support from the Philippines says go back to the store, then the gal says she needs to wait for her boss to get in, then dissappeared into the back and went home.
When I went into the T-Mobile store I had a horrible experience with ana she doesn’t know anything and she got my whole account wrong I had to go back into the store to talk with Felix but he just told me to call customer service because he couldn’t do anything . Why have people working If they are helpless . Like basically telling me to screw my self . The other manager from here before was way better

Terrible attention, I asked for my money back since April and nothing. They publish in the free market, they reject the purchase and have it consigned by Nequi and then they say that they cannot make the shipment because of the weight of the product, I requested a return and they do not respond.When will my return request be resolved? I sent the mail with from June 17 with all the information and nothing.
