My first A/C service with J.P. Brett & Sons and my experience with technician Ray was great. He explained each step of the maintenance process and was willing to answer all the questions I had. I was happy with Ray’s professionalism and attention to detail. I am happy with my selection of this company for an air conditioning system service contract.

I have used Brett for a couple years now and am very happy with their work. Their rates and quality of work have exceeded my expectations. So far their technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable and timely.

Called them to take a look 6 year old 3 ton Bryant air handler at my mother in laws that had a burned out blower motor. Guy came out and told her it would be over $2,000 to replace the motor because the installer didnt properly register the unit for the 10 year warranty. When questioned about it, he said that was just for the motor, not the entire air handler! Paid the $100 service call fee and told them we would get back to them as that seemed way out of line.Called Naples Air Conditioning. They came and replaced the motor, and got everything working for under $250!I do not understand how this could happen. My mother in law is 84 and she had hand surgery earlier the same they stopped buy. I would had to think that is was more than just incompetence and that they were trying to take advtange of someone.

Ray was amazing and so thorough! He took the time to explain not only how my system worked and what needed attention, but how I could keep it running well. His attention to detail was much appreciated. I highly recommend Ray and this company. They are a family business that understands how to offer good service at a very reasonable price! I had a gentleman named Ray today who I had once before and liked. He is professional, personable and thorough.I feel comfortable with him and would like to request him for my next visit. I have been with Brett since I bought this apartment apx. 7 years ago and he is the best one so far.thank you.

We had a new air conditioning unit installed 2 years ago with a new thermostat. The unit stopped working so we put in a service call. The problem was the thermostat. The technician was extremely nice and apologized for having to charge us a 99. charge for coming out and then an additional 145. charge to repair the thermostat! He called his manager, Carlos, to get the charge reduced but to no avail. Carlos then called us and he would not budge one dollar on the charges. When the technician thinks you are being overcharged and the manager wont do anything about it, I call that bad service!!! 244. for a thermostat repair is ridiculous! I do not recommend this company!

Jamie came in for our bi annual check. Very professional. He took the time to explain a lot of whys so I had a better understanding about it. They keep us up and running with maintenance plan. Kassie is on top of things when it comes to.our account. Way to GO Brett!

JP Brett & Sons has been our go-to AC Company for many, many years. In fact, we first called them in 2010! Since then they have been providing excellent service to our customers and arrive immediately to fix our issues. Homelax provides home watch services in Naples and nothing is more important than having a quick and professional AC company on hand. Anytime again!

First time using JP Brett. Ive heard a lot of horror stories about AC Companies in SW Florida so I was on my guard. Ray from JP Brett visited us. He was on time, professional and very technically competent. He explained everything he was going to do in advance. When a suggestion arrive for a small repair above and beyond the maintenance call quoted, he covered it in specific detail. It was a good experience and a good value. I own a small breakfast and lunch restaurant in Naples. This weekend our AC went out on Saturday night!! The restaurant was 91 degrees on Sunday morning when staff arrived to prepare for opening..... what was I going to do? I spent Sunday calling around AC companies pleading for them to come out and help. Sunday is my busiest day, we have a small patio, but seating inside was going to be a big no no on Sunday. Most guys were busy and couldn’t come out, one even promised to call me back and I stupidly put all my eggs in that basket. 3 times on Sunday they promised and once on Monday and I’m still waiting !!Then a regular customer recommended Bretts AC “ I know a guy that will help you out, they won’t let you down they’ll definitely come out if they can”So he rang JP Bretts, came back to me in a matter of minutes and said, “they’ll be here today” and they were, I telephoned Coleen at the office to confirm, she was so polite and helpful. He’ll be there she said, and he was! Diagnostics, delivery of a part and the repair and it was all done in just over an hour and a half.Very professional company, excellent technical knowledge, great customer services. Brett & Sons were phenomenal. The A/C unit failed on a Monday. A quote was given on Tuesday for a customized fit and accepted on Wednesday.Friday the System was installed by two very courteous, efficient and professional service people. They cleaned every work area immaculately and system are performing perfectly. They are highly recommended.

This company offers the best comparable prices in Collier County yet offer the same quality service as larger companies like Conditioned Air(I witnessed their installation process as well). I had 2 technicians come out for my complete installation. They put out coverings wherever debris might fall and were very mindful of my surrounding property and my children running around. They worked together to get the work finished in a timely manner. Ariel and Andrew were absolutely courteous techs and very professional. From the sales person all the way to the manager and techs they worked on my behalf to make sure our system was well set up and we were getting what we paid for. I couldnt recommend them enough.

My AC unit stopped cooling last evening although the unit was still running. I called Brett @ 8:30 this morning and spoke to Colleen who was cheerful, courteous, and professional. Less than 3 hours later I had the good fortune to meet Jason. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly, efficient, and professional. He had my system up & running in no time and explained to me in detail exactly what was repaired and replaced. I believe the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Brett AC!!!!! I haven’t spoken or encountered one single person at JP Brett that doesn’t take pride in their job. From our calls with Sue (too notch customer service) to each and every technician we’ve had, they all do their jobs as though they love what they do. It’s refreshing. Timely, professional and excellent service.

My wife and I had JP Brett out less than a year ago to repair our air conditioning, they charged a flat fee ( I understand that part) then last month our fan went out again. My wife called them back out before I got home from work she was charged the same flat fee plus an additional 95$ I spoke with the service supervisor who stated it was common practice to charge like that, I informed him I have been a service plumber for almost 30 years h promptly hung up. I cant say a good thing about the entire company would never use them had I known the tricks they pulled on people expeclya woman

I was having problems with my AC unit not cooling my condo give them a call and they came right out and repaired the issue great work

I am very disappointed in Bretts. Ive used them for years but will not be using them anymore. This past week, my ac stopped running and I was very concerned about the impending hurricane so I had after hours service. The problem was a simple clogged drain line. The charge was $334.00, which included a $135 charge for after hours service and $199 to unclog the line. The tech was here for 30-40 minutes. The charge was totally excessive in my opinion. To me, the sign of a good company is to come through in times of great need and not price gouge. Coincidentally, I had a separate ac problem two days ago- on Labor Day weekend. I contacted a company on Home Advisor and the tech came right over and resolved the problem - and only charged $95.00. He spent the same amount of time as the Bretts tech and it was a Saturday. Im not someone who likes to post negative reviews but feel it is warranted in this instance.

My 32 yr old air conditioner finally went out . I called Brett & Sons. Jared had us scheduled to have a new unit installed within two days. Ariel and Elizardo did a excellent job on install. Elizardo was very helpful with questions I had. Ray with the help of the two installers did a good job on cleaning the ducts. I am very happy with the service I received.

While I have not had experience with their technicians, I left a message on their website contact section and received no reply. Brett Air Conditioning has to take 1st place for the worst radio advertisement of all time. Using what appears to be several very young grandchildren reading the advertising copy, it took me dozens of times listening to the commercial over several weeks to figure out what the name of the company was and get a phone number (mentioned only one time very quickly,) let alone comprehend what else the children were saying.

J P Brett & Sons is very very responsive - they always pick up their phone and they quickly dispatch a person to either give a quote or do a repair. We are very impressed with their responsiveness - fixed our AC within 2 hours from time we called to completion of repair (failed capacitor). And later when we questioned why the part cost was not covered under warranty, they followed up very well and made good on warranty (same day!). Kudos to Colleen and Carlos in service dept.

Brett installed our system 3 years ago. It has worked well. During an annual system check they noticed an opportunity to improve on the original install of the plenum (where unit attaches to blower). Brett sent out a 16 years veteran to make this change. They have been prompt on answering any calls. Thanks to Devon (install manager) for your proactive actions. I wish all companies operated with this level of customer service.

We have used JP Brett air conditioning maintenance for many years and they are always so professional. Our last air conditioner lasted over 15 years and when we decided to get a new one, we knew who to call.Very friendly staff from sales to install and know our new Trane unit is in good hands with their annual check ups.Side note, we had a small problem with dust on the vents. Made a call to Devon and he was at our house the next day and found the problem immediately. Great response time, product knowledge and customer service.

Called for emergency Trane service at 8:00AM Sunday morning. Was told tech could come at 6:00PM in the evening. Not what I consider emergency service.

Extremely pleased with Brett & Sons. I was without air overnight, called in the a.m. & a technician arrived within 2 hours. John was friendly, professional & solved the problem quickly. What I feared was going to be a unit replacement turned out to be a relatively minor part issue. I was treated with honesty & respect, & I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Brett!
