Great place! Tractor Supply is a great store for shopping for Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and Festivus presents:-). Take your dog shopping for his or her gift at Tractor Supply as well. Whatever kids, adults or animals are in your life, Tractor Supply is the place to supply them with what they want. I recommend the candy!

This is not the first time I received exceptional service at this location. The front cashier always gives a warm welcome upon entering the store. We are helped every time we go in the store. If the item is not in stock, the employees have helped to get us the item we need. I ordered 2 stealth cameras online to pick up in store. We had no problem with curbside pick up but when I got home the items (not the stores fault) did not come with batteries and sim cards. When I called the store the manager helped find the items for me on Amazon and refunded the amount they would cost back to my card because I told him it was a 40 minute drive one way for us.! Just recently, Brett went out of his way to get extra fencing that my husband needed from another store and had it waiting for us when we got there. Brett was extremely helpful when we picked up our fence posts as well. He went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Brett is reliable and a man of his word. We only wish this company had delivery or a way to rent trucks for us to deliver the products ourselves. Other than that, we have had a successful shopping trip every time we went to this store! After calling to make sure that they had propane and tanks I drove 40 minutes to get there. Upon entering and asking if they had the tanks, the cashier said that they had tanks, but no propane! I asked him if there was a Hannah working there since she is who I spoke with and he said yes. He then called her (she must have been out back) and asked her if she told a customer that they did have propane. Not sure what the answer was, but the cashier apologized and I left. Awful customer service. Will not go back.

My family and I introduced a puppy into our family. He is a purebred Doberman and he was 3 months old on his first visit to Tractor Supply, and only his second outing to a public place.As we were walking in, we were met with a very wonderful employee who praised at how beautiful he was and how gorgeous he looked. She also shared a picture of her German Shepherd/Malinois mixed breed dog. The reason why she had brought this up was because she had noticed that our Dobermans ears were being posted from an ear crop procedure, which is an AKC standard for the breed of Dobermans.The second employee that we encountered was at the very front at one of the registers. A much older woman wearing glasses with short curly hair. Verbatim, she said, Oh no, you had your ears done, how terrible, I bet that hurt a lot and then she made a tisk tisk sound, implying that it was a bad thing to do, like a child having done something wrong.I understand that everyone is going to have their own opinion about everything, but her expressing her opinion at that moment, in front of my children, was extremely inappropriate.Not your dog, not your problem lady.

My biggest problem with this place is I walk in with one item I need and cant help but leave with 20 things. My wife will no longer send me here alone, apparently I need a chaperone.

First time at this tractor supply. I was looking for something specific and called the store with the sku number to make sure they had it. They told me they had two in stock. When I got there, I couldnt find it. So I asked an employee that was stocking shelves. He basically just pointed toward the back wall. I get back there and nothing. So I saw another employee and asked them. He guided me back toward the front and they had different stuff that I wasnt looking for. I told him I called and they checked the number and advised there were two in stock. He very quickly dismissed me and said well this is all they have. Needless to say, I do not appreciate the dismissiveness of the employees. I really dont appreciate being told something is in stock if they dont have it. And I cant even get them to check the back when I was specifically told they have it. So I guess I will be ordering what I need online and I will not be shopping at tractor supply anymore if this is how they do business. Ive worked retail before I know this is not how things should work.

Does not treat their employees properly. There are a select few of team members at tractor supply that actually care for the company and care for the other employees. As far as management goes that place is nothing but a joke.

This is the second time I place an order online and I called the store and they assured me that the delivery will be done the same day I call 4 o’clock and they say the delivery will be for next Monday that’s the second time horrible horrible horrible

I love everyone there and love the lil baby peep peeps and wittle duckys..always grabbing em when they got em! I love their boots well use they havnt gotten a big selection like I wish and it needs to be updated for sure but I love that they have the special dog foods for one of my pitts and carry all my pets needs poultry too

They have a propane fill station. Staff wasnt friendly, at all, but they filled my propane.

Great place to find what you need at a very reasonable price. From fencing products to beekeeping supplies, Its all here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this store for all your farming needs. Great for around the house projects as well.

The customer service at our Naples, FL store is AMAZING! I called the store to see if they had a size 8 in a purple paisley womans rain boot I was seeking and they took the time to search their database and floor stock to find it!! No other big box store that I know of would ever had done that for a phone caller. The men who helped me were so kind and considerate - I expected them to moan and groan about having to search out a specific boot, but they were gracious and helpful! They agreed to hold the boot for me until the next day. THANK YOU!!

This location is fantastic, with knowledgable and friendly staff. Ive had different individuals help me figure out how to raise ducks, what system would best protect my garden from critters, and a myriad of other problems.

Rented a small trailer for 4 hours. $14.99. The deal of the century! I dealt with Ralph from customer service. He was excellent. A pro. And willing to take the extra effort to make this experience as smooth as possible. No complaints at all!

Bought a big heavy item. They helped me get it out to my truck and load it. I think I got a good price and employees were friendly and helpful.

I prefer Rural King to this Tractor supply. Usually Tractor Supply is the cheaper, most convenient option, not in this case. Its located far out there, doesnt have a large selection of inventory and is very pricey for what they have. Very small store, younger, unhelpful employees, overpriced on pretty much everything...I pay $2-3 more for everything here than at Rural King in Bonita.

Like always staff is friendly and helpful. I tend to spend more time here than Id like because I always find something I didnt know I needed until I see it.Lots of clearance items and crazy sale prices, you just need to spend some time looking around.

Customer service is non existent! Product knowledge is a joke. Limited employees working. Waited an hour for one warehouse Employee to fill propane understandable ... He was busy already, I was happy to wait. When he was finished and I thought I would be helped with the fork lift on my $800 purchase. I was told there was another truck coming and he could not help me in between deliveries. Honestly I dont blame the warehouse gentleman.. I dont believe he knew I was waiting in the store for an hour. I lay the blame on the female employee who seemed to be more intrested in what was on her phone then helping customers.

It didnt go very well at first, there were no baskets available, when I asked the young lady at the register about basket she rudely pointed to the doors and told me to go look for one in the parking. The kicker was I had my Service Dog with me because of chronic pain. It is hard for me to walk. Though another woman helped me and got me a cart. I love Tractor Supply, but this rude employee should not be a person at the register.

Normally love it, however we were so dismayed at the lack of care during Covid-19, no shields, no masks, no worries. We WONT BE BACK

Shop at Tractor Supply often for Equestrian supplies, horse feed and dog food. The hardware and tool selection is very good, and staff is very helpful and knowledgeableThe clothing and boots offered are very good selection, and there are often sales for even better pricing.I recommend the store and chain to my real estate clients who move to the area.

Horrible customer service. Managers are rude and never ordered an item I was told months ago had been ordered. The three people I spoke to claim to be a manager there, but none was helpful in the end and I’m still not sure who is in charge. My husband have been customers for years. I can’t believe the lack of respect and service. Unfortunately I had to give at least one star in order to write a review.

Horrible customer service, when you ask for help they lead you to a computer. They just walk away I guess the computer is going answer my questions. I wanted to buy a certain kind ammo because Wal-Mart has stopped selling ammo I like, which is 7.62x39. Tractor supply doesnt carry it, If Tractor supply wants to make more money start getting more different calibers of ammo in. Work on customer service with your employees please.

My experience at tractor supply company in naples was amazing. I went in to buy 6 things of oil for my truck and a took box amd an axel for my trailer snd there was a young man under the name liam warren that helped me thru every step if the way from loading my truck up to helping me find the correcr products that I need and he had a smile on his face happy to help me the whole time. I go in alot to buy supplies and I see him running aroumd like a mad man. He is a very hard worker and deserves raise. Maybe even manager position. Keep up the great work Liam thank you for all your hard work I will for sure come back just thanks to you.

Boyfriend and I went into this location looking for some new work boots for him. It was 8/20/18, around 8pm. We were so happy to have found some Ariat work boots on a display that read $114.99 sale price. It was the only boot (right one, with no box) as they keep the left ones in the backhe back. My husband went to the cashier. An older women with bright red hair & asks to have the left boot since we want to purchase it. She comes over to look for it? and I point out the sign that said they had the left ones in the back. She just says shes new and doesnt know so she called for help. The next women to come up, middle aged, dirty blonde hair & with glasses comes over and takes the boot and throws it with other ariat boot styles and tells us she has no more of the $114 style. She then says that customers come and destroy everything? my boyfriend just wants the left boot. She continues to scorn the new employee? and yelling at us that she doesnt have the $114 style which we dont care for we just wanted the left boot from the display. I asked why she had to be so rude and the new employee? scorned me about the long day theyve had, all their workload, & everything they had to deal with as if our business was a bother to them. She then continued to tell me that if I wanted to come work there? and didnt stop talking til we walked out the door. As a consumer this was the worst customer service Ive ever received. We didnt buy the boots even though we were happy to pay FULL price.

I just left the Tractor Supply in Naples I came after a bag of steam rolled oats only to ask for help from a employee names Tony his reply no I dont got them and no I aint ordering because I have to order a whole pallet and then just walked away so then I went to the cashier and asked for the Managers name and all she could tell me is his first name is Austin I dont know his last name Im like really and he is the manager. All I can say is this is the reason Rural King is in business I have been a customer there for a few years but I will never go back
