The man working the store was very patient while my kids debated through the many ice cream flavors and combos! The entire experience was unique, the kiddos enjoyed watching their ice creams be made. It was a little pricey for us being a family of 6, that’s the only reason I decided against 5 stars personally. If we’re in the area with extra money again we will definitely go back!

Took my buyers here after a long day of showing houses in the heat. I dont know what was cooler the experience or the ice cream. Great place to check out for adults and kids. The banana ice cream was the best!

So many options for our dairy free, gluten free family! We had a great time watching our treats freeze, amazing service too. The young lady that helped us was very friendly and helped us through the ordering process as it was our first visit. The kids are already asking to go back!

Great fun watching the kids and adults seeing the process for the first time!Ice cream was good.However, I was extremely appalled by the lack of safety equipment being used. No gloves, no goggles! Very dangerous for the workers and not in OSHA compliance. I am sad that I cant support this business because the product is fine and tasty. But the lack of safety for the employees is very scary.

This place is so neat!! They create the ice cream from scratch and you can select your cream base (dairy, lactose free, vegan, sugar free, etc.), flavor and mix-ins. There are tons of options available or you can customize everything yourself. It is made right in front of you and they flash freeze everything with nitrogen. It tastes great and it is a fun experiecnce. I highly recommend this place for everyone, especially kids. :)

Dont be swayed by the Shark Tank connection. This place is bad. Look for the nitrogen ice cream that has the Kitchen Aid mixers. Mine was barely mixed and the flavors are poor. Dont waste your $10. Just go to Publix, better quality for a better Price..

The staff was great and they have great procedures to handle food allergies. Excellent selection and great flavors. The only downside is the process can be a little time consuming so if they have a big line the wait can be long.

Really unusual but delicious ice cream production...awesome experience. You choose the ingredients that you want to add to the ice cream that is homemade and prepared on a sub zero nitrogen block. The end result is a customized selection of delicious ingredients that is priced based on what you add. My advice is to check it out and enjoy the experience. The interior of the shop was clean and very well kept. Something in the way of entertaining but very delicious 😉

By far my favorite ice cream in the world. Going here is an experience as well - watching them craft your ice cream right before your eyes. Extra fun for kids, but Im still delighted every time. My favorite is the original vanilla with cookie dough. They are open earlier and close later than most ice cream shops so you can get your fix almost anytime you have a craving. Reasonably priced for the quality.

We walked over for ice cream after dinner waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told that they ran out of nitrogen and couldn’t make any more ice cream. At 7:30 on a Monday. Needless to say my kids were super disappointed my 5 year started crying. On top of the disappointment though was the fact that the customer service was horrible. No apology at all and we thought it would have been nice for them to offer a coupon for our next trip but nothing. Not impressed.

Ice cream is pricey, the cups aren’t filled all the way for the sizes and very bland tasting. I’ve had better ice cream for the price.

Although we loved the experience of watching the process as well as all the various flavors that are offered I could only rate it 3 stars out of 5. We’ve been there 5 different times and found that the employees (all of them not just a few) never seemed to smile or enjoy putting on the “show”. It’s an ice cream shop; the employees should be projecting a fun experience. It just really didn’t seem that way. I’m in the industry and not trying to sound cheap but $8 for a small ice cream where I maybe got like 5 bites of ice cream is a bit much. I was expecting it to be pricey but that’s really pricey for such a small amount. Definitely won’t go back with so many other options in the area. ☹️

Terrible service, the 2 guys behind the counter looked like they hate their job, the one who took our order muttered 2 words (which I assumed was asking what we wanted to order) the other guy making the ice cream literally threw the cups on the counter, didnt say a single word to us which prompted me to say (to my wife) how rude they were being. Thing is the ice cream was just ok but we wanted to go for the experience, we thought our kids would get a kick out of it, but the bad service made for a bad experience. Save yourself the aggravation, there are many other ice cream shops around with better service and better product.

The staff is nice, and the ice cream is delicious. However, it is very expensive. You can purchase an entire half-gallon at a grocery store for the price of one item here. One star removed for value; one star removed removed because they have an offensive and unnecessary tip jar. They certainly charge enough for the ice cream to pay their staff a decent wage. No need to pan handle for more money.

Sub Zero ice cream on vanderbilt beach road a great desert experience. Great for ice cream runs or after a nice dinner out in the town of Naples. Upon entry the plaza is in a very upscale part of the town. the ice cream shop is very clean and very well layed out to appeal the customer. you will notice the huge nitrogen tanks upon entry. they method of ordering is very easy and fast. the employees are very enthusiastic to help the customer place an order and recommend flavors. when they go to make it they place scratch ingredients into a mixing bowl and shoot it with nitrogen while they mix and blend everything into a very personal desert for the individual. the price is pretty good for the service, method and quantity of ice cream.

We were there at 10:50p along with 5 other people that showed up as well (7 total customers) and the young girls working had already shut everything down and told us they were closed. They walked out of there at 10:55p and left. FYI to the owner: You lost 7 customers tonight because your staff closed up early! Will not return after this experience. We will go somewhere else that sticks to their hours.

I have a friend who works here. The reason the employees are so unhappy is because they get paid 8.10 (under minimum wage) and the tips they get are only 3 dollars for one night worked. The manager would take tips instead of giving all of the tips to the employees, which doesn’t make sense because they’re the ones working, right? Also, they never got breaks working 6 hours straight. That’s against the labor laws because most employees are under age and I can see how there can be some trouble for that. Based on how they make 1000 on a Friday night and how full the tip jar gets and how big some people can tip, it wasn’t a good amount of money for what they work.

What a neat concept. Made to order ice cream while you wait. This location has close to 40flavors to choose from, then toppings, regular or sugar free w/Splenda, not the cheap sugar alcohol. The owner was very kind to us while we were there, will definitely be back here.

Interesting experience, watching them make iced milk from a couple of squirts of milk. The flavor is good, but it is not creamy like ice cream. Not cheap either.

Went here because of the good reviews but was truly disappointed. Perhaps the process of seeing the nitrogen freeze the ingredients was the selling point for them. I ordered 2 medium sized frozen yogurts. It comes with one topping included in the price. They squirt out the different syrups into a metal bowl. I was shocked that the pistachio came out a bright kelly green color. The ingredients were artificial and tasted like sugary high fructose syrup. I ended up throwing away both after one bite. Not worth the $15.00

The cashiers only words were asking me if I wanted my receipt. No thank you, no smiles, looked down most of the time. For a business that is trying to differentiate itself using a fun environment, this sure missed the mark. Ice cream itself was average. Will not be back.

I have been a steady customer of your store in the Galleria in Naples,, Florida. Today I was served a regular size Subzero that was soupy because the attendant had the bowl sitting in another bowl of water, takes the bowl with the ingredients to a off source of liquid N2 and then brings back to mix in the bowl of water with the intent not to get the mix to cold so as to make the mixing easier.When I challenged him as to why the new procedure he said it is an acceptable alternative and dismissed my objection. The Subzero obviously was not subzero and was mushy ice-cream that was drinkable. If I want just icecream I could go to Basscome Robbins (sp).Wrong process, wrong attitude .... a wronged customer.... I suggest you fix!Don HNaples
