Theyre Friendly, Fast, Helpful, everything youd want. They know where stuff is, they nearly always have the part(s) you need, and theyll even install wiper blades for you!Im young, but I grew up with a mechanic Dad so Im not a complete idiot, regardless, they dont treat me like a kid who doesnt know anything. Highly respectful and professional environment. 10/10

Helpful and good prices on oil and oil filters, air filters, the basics. Just dont bring in the AutoZone coupons that inevitably come in the mail. Really throws the staff(and the computer) for a loop.

After two years st Orielys because a group of three employees disrespected my wife when she went in to ask a simple question, I decided to go back and give them a shot because their prices are lower. I was treated respectfully and served quickly. Upon returning home with 380 dollars in parts to redo my entire brake system I found that the parts did not work on my car. I returned to ask if I had the wrong parts and was told “ no they must not have made the part correctly” but my pads did not fit! I asked if they had a different kind of pad that may be thinner and was told “no that’s all we have”. Returned all my parts and returned to Orielys where they APPARENTLY MATCH AUTOZONE PRICES!! Stay away from this autozone it’s a joke. Go next door.
