Clean restrooms and very clean showers. Roomy drivers Lounge and clean laundry room. The Petro has your standard hot and cold foods and drinks. They did have a few things that I dont normally see like specialty dog treats and local wines.

Not your typical Corporate ran Petro. No Iron Skillet here. They have a diner attached and food in the hot case. I have the 2 entree dinner with Pork, Veggies, and Mac+Cheese, and the meal was horrible!! Taste like cardboard with seasoning. Absolutely horrible food.Only reason for 2 stars is they do have a big huge parking lot for trucks. Showers are decent at best but nothing like a Corporate ran location.

Shower ducked super hot then super cold, been driving all day hungry no restaurant. Had a chicken quick thingy looked like food was left out all day the fish was black they also had a quiznos stupid sub sandwich place all I want is a good sit down get a steak or a chef salad.....

Restrooms are meh. Parking was half empty after 6pm & easy to maneuver around. Diner can make some good breakfast & affordable to get too.

No more buffet as corporation to cheap to hire someone to keep it clean. No reason to stop here now as every thing else is very overpriced and food selection is very limited and overpriced, as well as small portion in relation to cost. Better off going couple miles further to mom and pop outfit.

I used to like this place. Ate lunch from the Deli many times. Now their employees don’t wear masks, even though the sign on the door says everyone has to wear one. Guy behind the counter not wearing a mask. Woman working in the Deli breathing all over everyone’s food not wearing a mask.I guess I’ll get my fuel over at one of the other truck stops at this exit, where I can hopefully get my lunch without a side of COVID-19.

Nice clean truck stop, restaurant has a small menu but great food at reasonable prices.

I absolutely loved this place me and my boyfriend are first time truckers and this place had everything they even have a doggy wash plenty of food options and we hope to come that way again

I stop here often, though mainly to wait on a driver or to use the washroom. The interior of the store is well laid out and always looks clean. They often have fresh popcorn! The washroom has always been clean with no Ill odours. You can find most anything you may need while traveling. Ive seen neat canes, belts and other things that are cool or often necessary. The parking area is well laid out and lit. It doesnt smell bad like the parking area of many other truck stops.

We had dinner at the 50s diner. It was fantastic they even had cloth napkins. Good service and good food. At the same time we were having our oil changed they also did a good job. Five stars for petrol.

Do not come here for a wash unless you like the people at the front desk waiting your time giving you a receipt. Guy was out there doing the wash and two ladys at the front desk insisted that I wait for the wash too be done too get a receipt. Its pretty ridiculous here! Wash was already paid for by my company yet they insisted that i wait for a receipt till he was done washing it. What a joke.

Always a great experience here at the Petro. The overnight lady was pleasant and attentive to me and other customers. Definitely a place I enjoy coming back to.

I gave it 3 stars inside was a good vibe...but the shop not so much ...they want to charge u $118.00 an hour to wash out a potato floor load ....yea nope.....just ended up doing it myself...only took 35mins...they told me it would be like an hour and half....this is not a real petro its just using the name and benefits of the petro......

Reserved parking handled by the shop, so after fueling and pulling up to get my receipts for fuel and reserved parking at the fuel desk I got to walk over to the shop. Guess I needed the exercise lol! No bottle of water like all other Petro-T/A as I was informed they are privately owned. Nice enough people and I’m hoping the reviews on the breakfast at the restaurant are correct.

Cashier more interested in socializing. Locals coming to use washer and dryers. None left for drivers. Shower was changing temperatures every 2 minutes.Not impressed with this Petro.1 good thing. It has a dog run.

I liked that Petro! Pull-through parking really helped me, having double-trailers. And the store had a unique feel to me. The cafe was good food, good prices. Ill be back, you should too!

Most Petros are acceptable... kind of a mid-range on a scale of 1 to 10.. dont let that stop you from checking them out though

Yes, awesome showers and its a nice change from taco Bell and subway, sometimes thats all the pilots offer for food choices, stiil good though but the change is nice.

This place is usually pretty busy. There is a decent number of parking places. However it always fills up. A decent number of fuel pumps, but only a hand full have def, they are labeled on the over head. And if you get there during normal mid day business hours, there is a Harley Davidson dealer across the street.

Your location: Petro Shopping Center in Napoleon Ohio.Ignorant and incompetent staff.I waited 39 minutes for the staff to clear a $100 com cheque. When I started the process they told me it would take about 5 minutes.One staff person appeared to be training another. The expert told the trainee how to go through the process and to follow up if they didnt get confirmation within 5 minutes.Having felt assured that the Com-Check process was well underway I asked the ladies if they could hold onto the cash when the confirmation came in and went across the store to get some food.Around 10 minutes into the process I returned to the cashiers desk and asked the expert staff person if she had my cash. She said that the confirmation hadnt come in yet. I asked her to follow up and find out what the holdup was.This apparent expert went in circles trying to pick the right option from the Com-Check Support phone menu. When she finally reached a live person, she attempted to follow the instructions given to her, to no avail.It was more than half an hour after the process started when I finally asked what options were available, (cancel the request? Hand write the confirmation code? Or what? ). The expert responded to my question by telling the phone support person to cancel the request.I left there, 39 minutes after we started the com-check process with no money and a cold lunch. None of us are perfect but to be that incompetent and then blame the customer for it is pretty low.There are a lot of other fueling options in Napoleon. I highly recommend steering clear of this Petro.

I usually stop here at least once a week. This was my second visit this week and I stopped for a shower. I walked into the room and had a fly buzzing around. Got ready to shave another fly. By the time I was done shaving and showering I must of killed half a dozen small flies. Six small flies no big deal. Then I realized I was in shower three which is separated from the kitchen by one wall. Now I knew where flies were coming from. Makes me hesitant to purchase food from the hot counter. Still going to stop and fuel and get coffee probably no food though.

The Quiznos is now a Fifty’s style diner! Great Coney sauce, huge order of onion rings! Really nice!!! Great job Petro!!

Not the biggest truckstop in the world. It was clean, and I was not parked in early this morning. That is a big plus. Showers were small and kind of old school. The parking lot was clean and not full of the normal garbage left in trucks tops. I was able to find parking there at 7pm local time. Id stay there again.

Really nice folks that work there. The place has pretty good food too. Great place to stop if youre traveling.

Well maintained, clean with a large interior. The fuel island is expansive where parking after fueling is concerned to the measure of being in the upper five percent above the rest. The asphalt is decently kept up and the pot holes are at a minimum IMHO.I frequent this location amap.

Decent Truckstop with a 50s themed restaurant. Showers are ok not great. 90 percent free parking which is always good

Pull thru parking. Love it! Staff was great. Polite, and courteous. The store had everything i needed. The Diner was GREAT. Had the American Road Breakfast. I recommend it. Excellent quality. 3 eggs, sausage pattie, bacon, ham, toast or pancakes and grits or potatoes. Food was not covered in grease and oil, and was obviously cooked on clean grill. All was very fresh.

I had a premium PM done, the service was good, the truck needed gear lube, $85 for less than a gallon. Be warned!

Recently added American Road diner. Has 1950s feel about it. Vegan friendly good service. Delicious food. Open early, 6 am.

Staff usually very friendly. Was disappointed this morning. Young girl cashier never even spoke to me. More interested in her phone. Im helping pay your salary so do your job or get a different one. Other that that its a good place to stop.

Whenever Im going to be close, I try to plan my day that Ill stop here. Even if its just for a 30. Food is good. Service is great. Ive had repairs done here several times. No extensive waits. The shop ppl know their job and do it.

Loved the roadside diner. Best omelet Ive had in a truckstop in awhile. Waitress was super nice and friendly.

The diner here is nasty. Condensed soup, onion rings that are all onion skin not actual onion and the mushroom burger has no burger at all. Sadly disappointed. And to think I spent my hard earned money on this substandard food. Service on the other hand was excellent.

Cashier got off front register came to the food area, put some hand sanitize on his hands and started fixing my order. I noticed he has his whole thumb in the food box placing the food on his Thumb when i said something about it he said he used hand sanitizer. Using hand sanitizer is not a substitute for soap and water then i notice there was no sink in the food prep area. Health violation

Plenty of parking. Clean facilities and good food. Added bonus of a dog park for those of us with canine companions.

I think this is an awesome Petro! The cashiers are really friendly and the shop personnel were great! Keep it up! I will definately stop when i can..

Second time stopping here. The shops are super clean and the staff gets two thumbs up. A great place to pull off the highway for a pitstop.

If you reserve paking here do not expect it to be open when you get their. The petro has nothing to do with the parking lot. They say the garage does but they close around 7 and dont come back till 7 am. So their is no one to help. Will not be bothering with this place again

They got people in tire shop rude as hell. Went in the morning to get a sausage biscuit the woman made it and left it back there in the kitchen had to wait over 30 minutes to get it. Do not recommend this place.

I stopped and got my oil changed. There is a $5.00 up charge for rotella oil. Also I was informed after I questioned why prices have went up $25.00 since my last service they raised price across the board for filter up charges. I asked if I had any of these filters and was told no. So I guess we all are subsidizing certain engines now. Also the kid that changed my oil doesnt know that Cummins motors are supposed to self prime. Cummins says not to fill fuel filters. I told him this and he still did it. So then my truck wouldnt start until I primed it the way you are supposed to. After multiple attempts of trying to start the truck threw a rail pressure code. Another technician told he he didnt have the proper computer to clear it. They dont have all the computers that the regular petros have. I used to have a lot done here but service is getting worse I do not recommend this shop.

This is a large truckstop but in the small scale, angled slots are kind of narrow so you have 2b careful when backing. The sun is right in front of your celluloid in the afternoon when you park this means that in a hot summer day you need to have a sun blocker on your windshield or your truck will turn uncomfortably hot & your AC will struggle to keep your truck cool. This truckstop doesnt have an Iron Skillet restaurant but has a fried chicken place & a classic American burger restaurant that closes early so if hungry & late well... good luck! Despite that the building is not as large as other Petros it has all the services (Showers/restrooms/laundromat) just dont expect to wash your entired month worth of laundry on this place because few machines are available, I mean you can but you might get someone mad for hogging down all of the machines & might take you the whole day to accomplish that. Repair shop has only 3 bays but counts as 6 because theyre long, there is a dog area on this place so you can let your dog exercise a little & do its business just pick after it & dispose properly.

Good for people on the go wanting fast meal when on break for lunch also good to customers.

I stop there twice a week. spend a whole lot of money there never seen a manager or been greeted by the manager! Workers are great though.

This place is a joke. The staff is friendly but the management is AWFUL! The store is ALWAYS filthy. I used to be a regular there until I saw a rat in the Deli area. When I mentioned it to the Deli manager Ramona she was very rude with me about it and basically called me a liar. Speaking of Ramona she has no business being a manager. She treats her employees like garbage and I have actually herd her threaten one of them with physical harm. Dont waste your money here. The pilot across the street is much nicer.

Although its a Petro it has its own unique design & features. They have interesting baubles for sell that I dont usually see at other Petros. They have a Quiznos (also unusual). They have plenty of parking, and theres a full service TA shop that does trailer washouts. Theres even a Pilot next door.

They have a good amount of parking especially being out in the middle of nowhere.

This fuel stop is a very clean fuel stop the employees and staff that are here are always very friendly willing to help good hot food selection donuts and brownies and coffee everything is good here
