Came in looking for a part and the sales rep was extremely helpful, but the old man sitting at the computer made for an uncomfortable and irritating trip.I called in the day prior with what I needed, and was told it would be here today. I came in today and while talking with the sales rep we were interrupted twice by a heavy older gentleman who first stated No, I dont know anything bout anyone calling in for a partSo I started the whole process over of explaining my issue and the part I needThen he interrupted us again to say We need the serial number still for the part. Thats what we said on the phone yesterday. At this point the heavy man takes over for the sales rep, but does nothing. The sales rep walks away to help another customer and Im left standing there alone. 10 minutes later the sales rep comes back to me and asks so does he got you covered? We both look over and the heavy man is on the phone eating a sandwich. I think Ill just get that agco machine instead this time

Great place to buy a mower and trimmers etc.

They helped me with a price to replace my deck. never heard back if they would donate for a benefit.
