The cinnamon roll was AMAZING!! I can absolutely reccomend the baked goods. As for the bacon egg and cheese panini its was bad. Like gross limp bacon bad. The vanilla chai was also great but the bacon scared me the color was off and un edible. Id go back for the baked goods and chai though!

I feel bad writing a bad review because from what I could tell, the owner is pregnant. It must be stressful to run a business and go through the BS that restaurants that theyre dealing with right now.Yesterday I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich and an iced latte. For $6.00, the sandwich was exactly what I expected: not bad, but not amazing either.But the real problem was a the latte. Someone literally just poured coffee over a ton of milk - which would make it an iced coffee (maybe she heard me wrong). I know it was coffee instead of espresso because at the bottom of the cup was coffee grinds (which doesnt happen with a pulled shot of espresso.) I wouldnt have been too upset about that, but the coffee was burnt, like really burnt. The taste was so strong that I could only take a few sips before deciding to pour it out.I was really disappointed, and wont be returning. Best of luck with everything!

Place is still closed to sit inside which is ridiculous at this point!!! Service is very slow and they screwed up my coffee water and forgot the flavoring. I wonder what they will do when the weather turns colder and people are not going to wait outside. I will never be going back for sure

Food is ok if you get what you order, but they have terrible order management and poor customer service. An order management system and proper training would fix all these negative reviews.Most times my order is wrong and takes 3 times longer than they say. With the long wait you are often rewarded with a cold sandwich that was supposed to be hot because they forgot it was ready, or a Luke warm coffee.

The woman we ordered from was less than pleasant but the acai bowl was beautiful and tasty!

Loved this cute café! The food was delicious and the atmosphere cozy. Relaxed for over an hour... warming up and making plans for our next road trip stop. Would definitely visit again if I was closer! If I remember correctly... there was a wall that had people’s bucket list goals chalked on. Super idea!

I waited at least 40-50 minutes for my online order, and had to tell them twice that we were here to pick it up. Of the three drinks ordered, two were completely wrong. After telling them that we were here the second time, they grabbed our order that had already been prepared—thus, food was cold and coffee watered down—and mentioned nothing about the fact that our order had been place at 9:30 and they were giving it to us around 10:20. If you do happen to go here, just order there, for based on my experience as well as others, it does not appear that they are capable of handling both methods of ordering simultaneously.

I’m not one to write poor reviews but i was very disappointed in my recent visit. i waited almost 30 minutes for my online order. when i asked the status of my order, the workers did not see it. after patiently waiting, i come to find my order was made wrong. i’m very very disappointed and i will not be returning.

Amazing place, best baked goods in New England - couldnt beat the bagels and muffins while we traveled through Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York. Great service, amazing staff. Thanks so much.

Great place to grab breakfast and they also have a lunch menu. They have gluten-free options and have a delicious acai bowl filled with blueberries, raspberries and gluten-free granolas. They also have outside seating. Overall great place 😁

First time there my son ordered for me, we had a Acnia? fruit thing would recommend it.

Iced matcha was disgusting, looked and tasted like water. Poured it out on the grass when we got to the car. Never again. Will go back to Fuel coffee.

Great option for a morning coffee

I stopped in to pick up a sandwich for the beach today. Not the most pleasant. Got to the beach and found they’d given me the wrong sandwich. Won’t be going back.

Great spot near the beach. Love the avocado toast and iced chai. Easiest to call your order in and skip the line.

Cool decor and good pastries. Had a quick visit on a Sunday morning, good service. Had the house bold, it has a slightly bitter finish- decent but not great.

Blissballs are very good. Great coffee and friendly service. Theyve pivoted nicely to allow for COVID. Ate there two days in a row during our visit.

I honestly can’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. My friend and I both work in the restaurant business and are very patient people but this place made us both mad. Seemingly ran by teenagers, service was terrible and very rude along with slow. To top it all off the food and coffee aren’t even that good. Definitely overpaid and I would not recommend this place nor ever go there again.

Just stopped in to check it out live close by. It was an atmosphere for young crowd. 60s music playing, alot of college kids with their computers drinking specialty coffees and food. I didnt stay and have anything. Everything looked good. Seemed like a nice place.

First time here- 2 of us stopping for a bite. Good selection on their all day menu. 1 of us enjoyed the simple-but-tasty vegetarian chili with cheese, and the other a bakery item. Delicious iced chai, and all very reasonably priced. Staff is lovely and friendly!

Was walking on the wall today and already had my coffee for the day. (First coffee for the day) I didn’t think I needed another coffee but wanted something to drink. I decided to go to cool beans over Dunkin and wow that was the right choice. I had a strawberry banana smoothie, have, still drinking it and it’s so good like perfect the girls that are working today. Keep it up and this place will never leave Narragansett, I had a wonderful experience and want to thank all the staff for making me feel at home. Thank you Nicole and hope to see you around.

A great spot to grab a delicious grilled bagel sandwich! I also adore indulging in a muffin to go for later from time to time! When given the choice, I always opt for Cool Beans for breakfast on the go!

Im a coffee and tea lover, so I like to go to every local cafe I find. This one is not on my return list at all. Its cute! But basic drinks. Kind of bland and way overpriced for what they barely have. If youre going to charge more than Starbucks... then have product better than Starbucks.

Great place... They have plenty of decent quality foods, some of which are vegan/vegetarian friendly, and the service is super. If youre looking for casual fancy coffee or getting some work done on the laptop this is the place. Also their leather chairs are oh so comfy.

Atrocious customer service. I asked to use some hand sanitizer—which they’re supposed to provide per RIDOH guidelines—and was blasted with this response: It’s only for employees. There IS a pandemic.Just wow.

I love this place. Have a beer with your breakfast sandwich and surf the web. Good atmosphere for conversation and usually not that loud. The servers are easy on the eyes too.

The breakfast was great, and then followed up buy the Acai bowl later. Good coffee all day long, and a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to stay and keep working!
