I had to change my review. Reviewed for money off before I even got my car honestly and I’m not impressed. 800$ what I brought it in for isn’t even fixed. Sounds worse than it did and etc. we will not be doing business here again.

I brought my car in on 8 July 2019 for State inspection. They have a specific offer that if you leave a great review on Google you get 10 percent off any repair under $250. [Of course, if they didnt provide good service, who would want a 10 percent discount?]

Excellent local shop. Joe took the job on short notice. The least stressful auto repair experience - no BS, no up-sell, just laid out the options and the job was completed as described ahead of time with some extra finishing that was not part of the specs. Professionals who take pride in their work - highly recommended.

I think the most pathetic thing about this establishment was the phase, I guess a couple years back, when it changed its name to J is L (Jesus is Lord) Auto, advertised on the local Christian radio station WDER 1320 AM, and gave everybody the very false perception that they were staunch Christians. Im fully aware that there are different stages of maturity when it comes to being a Christian, but its obvious, as with annual State Inspection Stickers, these folks arent even trying to give their hard-working patrons a break with their prices. Can you say, hypocrites? Moral of this Story: Just because someone tells you that theyre Christian, please go ahead and investigate their reputation anyway.

Probably the worst body shop in the area. I came here for an estimate for body work for my car. This guy did his best to break the already broken hood of the car. Luckily the Honda 2nd latch still kept it open without potential hazardous situation when the hood will open when you drive thru highway. Very expensive in their estimates and they are just 3 guys in the shop. Please try to give correct and honest estimates and try to explain why you charge so much.

I went to J&L Auto for a State Inspection Sticker. I met the owner Joe and he was extremely polite and very nice. He and his son work together and its a family owned business. I am a female and the owner was very respectful to me. I am going back to get my universal joints replaced by J &L auto this week. He gave me a very fair price for the work. I am out of work and have been for a year now, trying to find a full time job and he was very sympathetic to my situation. I love honest, sincere people and he seems honest and sincere to me.

Family owned business, and I used to go here for state inspections. Never had any issues. Any work that needed to be done they quoted, and when I agreed got the job done. Never had any complaints about their workmanship.

They will rip you off, look elsewhere by the all the nickle and dime they charge could of put a down payment for a newer car. And look for prices of the parts too since apparently the mark up is 60%

Took me in with short notice and diagnosed my cars problem quickly! Friendly people as well :-)

I took my car to these guys and not only did they charge me double what my estimate was for but they also scratched my car and then spray painted over it. Later on in just a couple thousand miles my car had leaks because they way overtightened bolts on seals; cam and crank seal leaked first. Then it was oil pump and rear main seal. This was a simple 4 cylinder engine rebuild mind you. My experience? Lots of money out the window, had to go somewhere else to fix the lousy work JisL did and very disappointed. Good Luck readers.

This shop is terrible i brought my truck down for an ac charge first the guy tells me that the high pressure line is leaking which it was absolutle not leaking firthermore the line he pointed out was a low pressure line not a high pressure clearly he has no idea what the hell hes talking about then he tells me the line is 180 plus an hour and a half labor i called the dealer myself the line was 40 bucks and im not stupid the line takes 20 mins to do then after fixing the line that was stll not leaking he tells me i have to wait a week just to get my system charged dont go to this guy he is a complete scam artist
