I had a great experience here...Reid was a very good sales person. Transparent, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles...also, John the finance guy was also very professional. As we were purchasing rather than leasing the vehicle, he walked us through all the maintenance and warranty options available to us and the pros and cons of each. When the need arises, I will return to Tulley!!
It was a great experience buying from there just left with our new gmc terrain love it. We worked with Paul and he excellent very nice. Scott the loan officer was fast and efficient you can definitely tell hes been doing it awhile. Gave us some great warranty options and a very good interest rate. Would definitely recommend, you will be well taken care of.
Easy to work with. I told them what I wanted, that I was looking to trade in my car, and how much I wanted to pay monthly. After that I pretty much was on my way with a newer car. Tulley doesnt look at you different if you choose a $22k car instead of the $45k next to it.
I’m in the market for an X3 M40i to replace my Porsche Macan and today was my second visit over the past two weeks. The first visit was very awkward. The first sales advisor, Kevin, wouldn’t let me test drive, didn’t ask for my email/phone/or last name, and he overall seemed very disinterested. I left after 15 minutes of deafening silence.Because this encounter was quite strange and there were no available cars with the spec I want to purchase, I built one online and brought the code to Tulley today with the goal of discussing price.Fast forward to today—during my second visit—I asked the sales advisor what their best price was for my spec. In the spirit of transparency, I told her I was not planning on doing a sale today because I planned to get two other quotes (it makes logical sense to shop around as prices fluctuate significantly). The advisor went to speak with the manager. When she came back said, “the manager refused to give me a quote because we are not interested in starting a war with another dealership.” She was nice about it and I sort of understand where they are coming from, but this seemed like quite an aggressive response considering circumstances. This is unfortunate as my family has depended upon Tulley several times over the years, with overall very positive experiences. It looks like I will be turning to a new dealership, even if it means longer trips.Pros: good selection of snacks and beverage selectionCons: awkward and a somewhat rude
Experienced very poor service after papers were signed. Was told at least a half dozen times they would call me back yet never heard back on the issues I had. I could put more on here but keeping it simple.
I got a flat tire while showing houses in Bedford. AAA came out and put on a spare. While I was waiting my husband, who was at camp, called around to see who had the specific tire that my new Mazda 6 Grand Touring required. Tulley did. So, I drove there right away. On the way 2 different warnings came on. When I called Tulley, the member who answered, assured me that they werent warnings that I had to pull over for and that they were most likely related to having a donut on rather than a full sized tire. They were right. Tulley replaced my tire in a very short time and for less money than I expected.
Cant say enough good things about the team at Tulley BMW. Of course, I know they are in the business of selling cars, but more than that, they do give the impression that they treat their customers as family. Ive visited several times, both for purchase and for service and have always been treated in the best way any customer should be, with a smile and knowledge of the product. If you are in the market for a new or CPO auto, dont hesitate to stop in to see the team at Tulley. Theyll treat you well.
100% would recommend! Chad made the buying process easy! Very happy with my purchase & would refer others to work with Tulley Mazda.
Great place to get a new or used car or truck they help you to stay in budget and give you the best trade in for your car
These guys are so transparent youll be happy you did business with them. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Just walked out of here with a beautiful CX-30. Thank you Kevin, Toby and Scott!!
Easy to bring your vehicle in for work. They provide a super service and you can sit in a lounge to wait or be called when your vehicle is ready. GMC power
What an amazing experience I just had a Tulley. Seth Bridge was an amazing help! He is amazing at what he does!
Shrey was very helpful and professional. Great experience!
Have purchased two vehicles from here. Sales Rep Kevin was super helpful and no pressure, attentive and brought the vehicles to our house to test drive. Will definitely buy our next car from here as well
Everything went smooth as possible. I got all my questions answered.
I have to say, working with Jeff, Rick and the entire crew at Tulley Mazda was an absolute pleasure. They hooked us up with a great car at a fair price. The buying process was easy, fair and transparent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a really nice new vehicle in a no-pressure environment.
Just visited the parts dept. For some accessories super friendly people had what I wanted joe was very helpfull
I recently bought a Mazda from Tulley and they were very accommodating. The deal they gave me was better than other mazda dealerships I had been to and they were more set up to deal with massachusetts customers. They also cleaned my vehicle before having me pick it up which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend them.
I have bought 4 cars here....customer service is good and the service process is top notch.
These cars are great on gas, very nice helpfully stuff, top notch tecnishens . Safe place to by a car .
1st service on my mazda. So good. Even the guy in BMW service was very polite when he gave me directions to the Mazda service area.
I have purchased several cars before. This time I decided to lease.By far this experience was the worst Ive had. Every single step of the way there were problems. To top it off 2 months later my battery died with no reason. Nothing left on overnight etc. Im hoping now that its charged it wont happen again and that its not something else going on. When I called I was told I could drop the car off on Monday but would have to leave it for the day while they run tests. No loaner car for me to use.I would not send anyone to this dealership.
3 Dealers on one lot. Plenty of choices. Mazda, Buick and BMW.
Nothing like dealing with money hungry dealers.
Not pushy, and no marketing speak! I bought a Miata from these folks and received an significant discount. I am a judgy, impatient person who enjoys whining about things, and Im struggling to come up with anything. I felt like I was driving them, and not the other way around. They answered all of my questions, communicated regularly throughout the paperwork process and made sure I felt comfortable, and entertained even.
I tried to ask a Salesman a question he told me I would have to come back tomorrow because they were closing
We bought two BMWs from Tulley. Always treat us excellent! Accommodating on service. Jeremy is exceptional from the service department! We will continue to do business as long as we are in the area. They are the first dealership in which we have bought multiple autos and will continue to do so.
Im not sure about the dealership side of this business, but if I could give their service department zero stars, I would. Utter disrespect for the customer, flim flam, and disgusting pressured upselling. Beware.
I recently purchased a certified 2018 BMW X2 from Tulley BMW in Nashua, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to Jim Beal, my BMW salesman, and the BMW sales managers, Val Goldenberg, Bob Marcoux, and Tomas Revetria. Throughout the sales process, Jim and the sales mangers did an extraordinary job of addressing my needs and issues which changed dramatically over the course of the sale. To say that I presented Jim and his managers, with some pretty unique challenges would be a dramatic understatement. TheTulley sales and service team have repeatedly demonstrated that customer satisfaction is more than cliche. Thank you all again for what I know was a very challenging sale. The X2 wasnt my 1st Tulley BMW purchase, and it certainly wont be my last. Thank you all once again for your professionalism and superior customer service.
Chad Cunningham was so helpful and patient with me, a very indecisive buyer. I am so glad I found Chad at Tulley! Such an honest family ran business Im happy to compensate. Their service team is also SUPERIOR! I will drive extra for them.
Got a loaner without any hassles. They diagnosed and fixed my car issue and found that it was covered by extended warranty. No deductible was applied. Courteous staff from a to z. Id call that a good day at the dealership!
Though I did not buy the car out here, I like the folks at the dealership. Professional and they know their cars and product pretty well. They will go an additional mile to serve their customers.
The sales department here is fantastic. They are not pushy or high pressure. It is the service department I have issues with. I had a issue recently with a check engine light When I called I was told to come right down. When I got there I was told that they had 50 plus cars to service and they could not look at my car until the following day. Which I was fine with as long as the provided me with a loner. The Service Technician I spoke with was extremely rude. He didnt want to give me a loaner and tried to convince me that the engine light warning was probably nothing. I had to argue with him and then eventually he gave me a loner and scheduled an appointment for me. I did turn out that my car did have a major issue that had to be addressed. Honestly if there was another BMW dealership I could go for service I would not ever go back here.
Awesome! Sales person was very helpful and friendly!
Great time buying my new Mazda CX5. Thank you to James, Don, Rick and John Murphy! Very informative and pleasurable buying experience.
Dealing with Joe MacIntosh at Tulley BMW in Nashua NH was a great experience. I factory ordered my latest car. Joe has superior product knowledge that made ordering easy. He kept me informed throughout the process and was always prompt responding to requests or questions along the way. On delivery, BMW Genius Reid Tulley went over every detail of the car. Thanks to a great team at Tulley BMW.
They know my truck and they keep it running great. But in addition, they have a reservation system that makes setting up an appointment easy and convenient. Plus their waiting area is very comfortable, not a bad place to spend a little time while getting service!
Excellent service. The staff takes its time and really listens. Knowledgeable.
No one even cast a glance my way. I saw a few cars I was interested in buying for my teenage daughter, but went elsewhere after not having been greeted or even asked if I was being helped. The lot was organized and the prices on most cars were available, otherwise, I would give this one 1 star.
I couldnt of asked for a better first experience buying a car! Gloria and the entire BMW team at Tulley were super helpful and dedicated time to finding me the exact car I wanted. They made the process so seamless! I never knew car buying can be so easy. I definitely recommend going to Tulley for your next car. Thanks Gloria!
I purchased my vehicle from this dealer and had it serviced there for several years. I just hit my 30k maintenance expecting to just get an oil change. I was informed that i needed front transfer case, rear differential oil replaced and a brake fluid flush/fill. I wanted to wait till my next maintenance so I could verify it (never had this service done on other vehicles Ive owned) and was told that if anything were to happen I may not be covered by the warranty (maintenance is required), so I reluctantly agreed. Found out later that it was not required service on my vehicle . Will not trust this dealer again for sales or service.
It was seamless working with Gloria Prosper @ Tulley BMW of Nashua. She worked with me via phone and email to secure my next lease through the pull ahead program. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. I personally liked the no pressure tactics and appreciated her working with me pertaining to my cost expectations as well as my busy schedule. Thanks!
Highly Recommend Tulley Mazda!!!Customer Service is AMAZING!Johnny K sold me a CX-5 in September 2015 and he if I have a question, he replies immediately.Their service department is also great...I just cant say enough of Tulley Mazda!I would definitely purchase another car from Tulley Mazda, I recommend everyone to them!
Bought a used car from there, and I have to say - I will never do business with them again. Lies and deception is all they can offer. Made a deal with them for a specific interest rate, along with payment per month. Went there to pick up the car, and was made to wait over 2 hours while (as the salesman stated) they had to finish up the paperwork. After over 2 hours of waiting we were brought into an office and told that they had to shop around for financing and that the rate was going to be more. When I mentioned that we were promised a specific rate, and payment amount, they basically denied ever stating it. Worst buying experience ever. Had to fight with them to get them to get the payment down to where it should have been.Only got 1 key with the car - even though the sales rep stated they had both. To make matters worse - after being there for over 3 hours, we got home, and found that they never gave us our temporary registration! Called the Finance guy and left a voice message - never returned our call. Emailed the Sales rep, and again, never responded - poor, poor customer service.Avoid these guys like the plague - unless you want to deal with their aggravation.
Great parts receivables dept!
I brought my 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback in for service to be done with them, they did an outstanding job not only keeping me informed about projected prices, times, and parts availability but when i got my car back it was as clean as a whistle! (which is actually pretty dirty if you think about it but nevertheless it was in immaculate condition) all the components that were put into my car were put in correctly and everything was put back exactly the way it was, i will not hesitate to go to any of the Tulley dealerships in the future for not only cars but service. The thousand dollars i spent was well worth every penny. quick and speedy, with outstanding quality and workmanship.
Thank you and huge thank you to the service department! Thanks John Peavey!
Improvements w/soft skills amongst workers would be appreciated. Im seriously considering taking my service needs to BMW of Peabody
Outstanding
Had a great experience at Tulley! Jose was the man... no high pressure techniques, answered all of my questions and was timely in response to emails. I would recommend Tulley as a whole and would absolutely recommend Jose to handle your car buying experience. Got the car of my dreams and will be back again!
Very friendly and on top of everything Great cars
Tully is one of the best car dealerships around. Their service is top notch. I won’t buy from another dealership after buying from them.
Have seen it looks verry good
Theres not a dealership out there that can match Tulleys customer service. My sales rep, Johnny K has jumped through hoops over and over the years for me and has always put me in the right car, which is why I continue to shop at Tulley. (Had a bad experience with another dealership which further proved Tulleys worth and merits.)For me, Tulley has had a proven track record and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Johnny K for another excellent job!!
Great dealer. Bought two Mazdas. Straight forward to deal with and focused on treating customers with respect. An update, since posting we bought a certified pre owned Mazda 3. Tulley is such a class act that they actually put the car in the show room and drove it out while my wife and I took possession of the car. Really nice touch even though it wasnt a new car.
I have gone through two leases with this dealership and have received excellent service each time. Their service department is excels- far better than any I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next car or who needs their current car serviced.
Tulleys is a highly reputable place for not only buying new and pre used vehicles but also for their exceptional work in their body repair shop. I had someone who ran a red light and I was hit into a light pole. Tulley Automotive collision center was the only place I would let do any work to my car and it came out looking brand new. I have always been treated kindly here and would recommend for buying cars here or using repair services.
They need to give more deals
I have my mazda for years and Ive been to many Mazda dealers for service. Tulley Mazdas service department is the best Ive seen so far! I was running low on my coolant and wanted to buy a gallon at the parts department. They ran out of new ones so topped off mine for free!! They even offer to top off my windshield fluid. I will definitely come back next time for maintenance.
Always the best. Great prices but more importantly great service. Bought 3 vehicles here in Nashua, NH.
Friendly service
Screw these guy. Dont even waste your time with them. When you go to the bank for a deposit might as well consider it sold from auction even though you had a deal.
Great place got my vehicle detailed looks like new.
I did a lot of research on the car i was looking for. I found one at Tulley for a far price. Called, made an appointment, and met the salesman. He had the car ready to go for a test drive when I got there. We sat down and I gave him a price I knew was just a little low for that car. He came back with a price 200.00 above mine. Still very good for that car and any other offer I had gotten from other dealerships. Signed the papers and out the door. VERY HAPPY!!
Choosing another Mazda3 was a no brainer. I am now leasing the brand new 2014 Mazda3 Hatchback. I am happy with the price and customer service. The only complaint goes out to Mazdas supply and the wait to actually obtain my car. I couldnt get the top two colors of vehicles I wanted. Tulley tried there best for a few days to find the vehicle in my preferred color but couldnt obtain it. The process was a little longer than I would of expected so I am happy to give Tulley a happy 4 Stars.Although, my sales representative Andrea would get 5 stars for consistently updating me on the process, providing me with refreshments, and teaching me about all the new options in the 2014.
My wife and I were looking for a cross over SUV. We went to Tulley Mazda and were immediately greeted by Derek Horgan. Derek was able to find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. We had a lot of questions for Derek, but he was able to answer them all even the ones he did not know he was able to hunt down the answers and relay them to us within minutes. Overall great experience at Tulley thanks to Derek. Even though he stated he was new to the company he was able to explain our options and the vehicle features without missing a beat. Overall great experience and I would recommend to family, friends and any others that want a superb expierence
Really good service department. Just dropped off my car for recall, he alerted me that there was a service due that they could also take care of, gave me a free loaner car, and snacks for the road.
Dealing with Dave and Rick on my new GMC 2500 was fantastic. Great pricing, well explained pricing and financing, no pressure optional services and a very fair trade value. This is my 7th vehicle purchased through Tulley and Ill keep going back.
Service was exceptional, above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Jeremy Tatem for taking care of my X4 as always!
I recently had my car serviced at Tulley Mazda. I can not say enough wonderful things about their Service Dept. From my first phone call to the moment I walked out with my keys I was treated by a kind, friendly and professional staff. I truly felt like I was in good hands when I left my car with them. I got my car back a day earlier than they had estimated and my car was washed and vacuumed!!! Having car troubles is stressful enough but the exceptional staff at Tulley Mazda made me feel at ease. I couldnt be happier!!
I purchased a vehicle on January 11, 2019 and my vehicle still isn’t registered today January 21, 2019. The dealership was amazing before the purchase, but after that they have neglected me and have failed to put the same efforts they did into getting me to purchase the vehicle, into registering my car.I’ve had to call multiple times to check on the status of the registration and every time it was another issue that came up as to why the car was still not registered. Not once did they call me to tell me to fix the discrepancies, but Instead they wait on me to call to find out why the car isn’t registered yet.On Janurady 21, 2019 I called 7 times to speak to a sales manager and left voicemails. Sales manager never called me back. Instead of taking two seconds of his time to speak to a customer who’s clearly having a problem “due to the 7 phones calls” He chose to ignore me instead because of a snow storm. I quote from my sales agent “I apologize for us not being responsive, all of us have all been outside, away from the phones, doing snow removal all day. It’s not that we don’t care because the sale is done, we just had a big storm and it takes a long time and all the sales staff to clean off all the cars.”I asked my sales person if I can be put as a priority to register my car due to my long wait time and his response was “Unfortunately the other runners are busy so we have to wait for the only one doing registrations, who gets back around 5:30”. So be aware they only have one “runner” that does registrations so if your an out of state buyer your car won’t be registered in a timely manner. Due to this experience I will never buy a car outside of my state.
Great inventory. Service and Staff
After having a few sales reps watch us walk around the lot without offering up any assistance we finally went in and asked. The only gentlemen that approached us was not very personable and didnt even offer a test drive, instead he had us sit in the car and then looked at us silently. Mind you we are both professionals and in our late 20s early 30s so it wasnt like a couple teenagers looking to test drive a sports car. The next day we went up to Werner Mazda and had an excellent experience right from the start. We will be buying our CX5 from Werner.
Excellent service, for GMC products, informative staff and provided what was needed. Standard price for automotive services.
Top notch Mazda dealership ! Knowledgeable. Helpful. Nice guys.
Great place to buy or service a GMC.
Very good place, awesome service and knowledgeable staff. Best car of course, love my 340i xdrive.
I just want to take a moment and compliment Tulley Mazda on an outstanding car buying experience! Johnny K was professional through the entire process with the best price on my new car as well as my trade in. No slight of hand or awkward moment talking to his manager. Joe, the sales manager was friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up my new CX5 it was in the show room with balloons and a pretty sign showing my name as the new owner. Yay Tulley!!!!!!!Having had some awful car shopping experiences in the past I can confidently say my next car purchase will be at Tulley and I will highly recommend them and Johnny to friends and family.
On Spring road ... Across from Rev coffee... Mostly German cars not the cheapest face but they fix things that other shops missed on my car. And when they are done your car is fixed!!!!!
This review is only about my experience with Tulley Mazda and may not reflect how the other parts of the Tulley Group (BMW, GMC) conduct business. They give you a very attractive quote online just to drag you in to the dealership. Once you are there, its a totally different story. You gotta start all the negotiations from scratch, first with the sales guy and then with the sales manager and the final quote they give you after numerous back and forths, is nowhere near the one they gave you online. Just terrible way of wasting peoples time.
Helpful and curtious group of people here. Plus BMW. Very nice German ingenuity.
Very helpful and informative! Way better than the last dealer I leased from.
Mike my sales rep had a no pressure, high energy attitude which made me want to do business with Tulley. Erin Sullivan also did a fantastic job staying in contact with me during my search for a new vehicle.
30 years ago, (at age 27),I bought a 1983 Buick Skylark from Tulley. It was a lemon from the start, and most of my experiences with Tulley and that car were not pleasant to say the least, and I didnt want any more to do with them. I recently aquired a 2009 Buick Lacrosse from my family, a took a chance and brought it to the local Buick dealership (Tulley) for in-warranty service. Yes, things have definitely improved! Dustin Castella was very polite and professional. He called mea couple of times to advise me on how things were progressing, and when it was ready for pick up. Now it is running fine. Yes, I will bring it back to Tulley for service. Thank you!
Nice folks, great service
Quick and competent service! Clean and accommodating waiting area!
Update: Looks like there was a miscommunication. I initially inquired about a 2016 model, so they had been quoting prices for 2016 model even though I specifically mentioned 2017 model in the text conversation we were having.Original:We agreed on a price for 2017 Mazda 6 through text messages. When I go in to do the paperwork, they offer me the 2016 for that price instead of the 2017. I show the salesman the text conversation I had with internet sales rep, he calls the manager, and the manager refuses to honor it. Manager comes back to me with a quote that is $1200 more than what we agreed on for the 2017 model. In addition to that, they wasted my time without outright informing me that they would not honor the price. The sales guy came up with an excuse that the stock number I gave them was for 2016 (I did not even give them a stock number). He later pressured me into taking a test drive instead of getting the paperwork ready. The manager introduced himself as Manager for the sister GMC dealership and informed me that the Mazdas manager was conveniently on vacation. After coming back home, I checked their staff page and he is the Mazda sales manager. And the internet sales rep I was initially in touch with did not even offer an apology when I called her out on the bait and switch tactics.
I spoke with Derek to get a new key made and had a few other questions.. he was very abrupt and pretty unhelpful. Not great customer service.. I had a new key made for $60 and it was not CLEARLY explained it would only get me into the door and not start the car for the $60. And that would be another $100 to program it to actually work. I would rather call AAA to get me into my car if I lock myself out. But AAA wont start my car for me-_- I would go elsewhere for Mazda service. Wake up guys, customers keep you in business not you sitting on your high Mazda horse and upsetting customers
Very helpful and they know their stuff
I bought a “certified pre owned “ Silverado from here 40,000 miles ago. This vehicle has been one thing breaking after another, most recently the ac unit(very expensive) an now the transmission which just came out of warranty 3000 miles ago. It has burned oil (2 quarts every 4500 miles)since I bought it which tulley service said is normal, so I went with it, always shifted and slammed gears which I told tulley service about and they said is normal, leaked anti freeze which I brought back and they fixed when I was there to get an oil change, they broke the ignition while they had it and I had to pay the warranty deductible for them to fix it. This work took 4 days and while they had it did not fix another recall on the truck, so I had to go back again. This has been a nightmare, 17 months and 40000 miles later I need a new truck. Bought a gm because they were supposed to be the best, bought preowned because they were supposed to be in near new condition, bought from tulley because they were supposed to be a very reputable dealer and service company, I have never been so wrong. Look else where.
Very friendly and knowledgeable Salesforce with a excellent selection of all brands of vehicles.
Fair and honest dealer. I was treated like royalty.
HORRIBLE DEALER!!Their CPO Vehicles had cigarette burns in the seats, candy stuck between seats, and other very visible issues that clearly do not meet the Mazda CPO Standards; I would really give trusting their CPO Certifications another look before signing anything. Not to mention, they are OVER PRICED! Oh and heres the kicker on that one, the ONLY vehicle they could not lower the price with was the ONLY vehicle we were serious about purchasing. All pricing aside, they told us they were working on cleaning a vehicle we wanted to purchase so we waited all day for a call back to come see it again. Turns out they never started it cleaning that day as two (2) other people were set to look at it; thanks for mentioning that and costing us another hotel stay for nothing! To add insult to injury, they sold a vehicle within 20 minutes from us setting a time to come see it and us arriving. No way thats possible unless they already had people looking at it while making the appointment with us.Thanks for wasting our time...
Andrea was excellent to work with she was extremely knowledgeable about Mazda products and helped me decide on a vehicle that fit my budget and needs.
We had a very pleasurable experience purchasing our GMC canyon without pressure or steering, Dave Breault was easy to talk with and extremely helpful in our decision making. We highly recommend Tulley Automotive and Dave to all our friends.
Great service!
I cant say enough bad about my buying experience!
You know, John Peavey and his excellent team of highly skilled techs at Tulley GMC in Nashua NH are the only people I would ever trust to receive any type of critical work for my 2008 Buick Enclave CXL. I knew John when he was just a Tech, and now, the leadership and training he has provided for this team has made them simply outstanding. They always take the extra steps to ensure my vehicle conforms to proper specs, and will make the attempts to square things away properly and resolve difficult issues to my satisfaction. As an MIT grad with a double masters, Ive placed myself into a classification thats exceptionally difficult to please. However, John and his team come through time and time again. I continually recommend this dealership for service on a regular basis. BRAVO!
Went for state inspection - got fast and friendly service as always. Very pleased.
