Took my car there for an inspection and got quoted 1.6K for repairs before the car can pass the inspection. They told me I need to change all 4 tires, brake pads/rotors, wiper, brake fluid etc. etc... I was pretty sure that the thread on my car tires is well above the safety limits. I decided to take another opinion and got the inspection completed with just rear break pad change. Would not recommend if you are going there for an inspection.
I started going to Midas a month ago and have had great experiences with them! They are always there when my car needs maintenance and are very friendly and professional. I feel comfortable at the shop and they always show me an estimate before performing any services and are very nice people. Jose is great and always makes good conversation while I am there. I am very lucky to have found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic!
Went to this Midas to get a truck checked out that we were thinking of buying. Thanks to this awesome team, we saved 10 grand on a rusted junky truck, that we didnt end up buying. They were prompt, flexible, and showed us exactly what to look out for. Jose and his team were great. Would definitely come back.
I stopped going to Midas a few years ago because the management keptchanging and they were not very nice to deal with anymore but today, I had to run in for a quick assessment and I met Jose and he was AWESOME!! so super nice and checked out my car for me even thought they were slammed. Truly appreciated I it!!
I went in for a tire flat repair, friendly service. Jose is very kind! Wish there would be more people like him and Cowboy in this world that actually likes working at there job. Thanks again MIDAS...
I had visited this Midas several times over the past year. They have done some jobs, such as oil changes and replaced a power steering pump. These jobs seemed to go alright and the guys up front were fairly helpful, albeit not always the most professional in their communication. I did not have concerns until recently when I went in for a state inspection. I had brought my car in to be dropped off after calling because they didn’t want people in the waiting room, which i understand given the pandemic. This was a bit of an inconvenience, since this job only takes about an hour. I went in to find someone sitting in the lobby anyways waiting for their car, but that’s none of my business. After finally getting a call back, I was told my car had failed inspection because the rear brakes are almost gone and the front ones aren’t far behind. I was planning to do some other maintenance the following week with an ASE master tech, so I declined having them do that since I could get it done myself. He then added to the list that I needed brake/clutch fluid replaced (planned already), coolant replaced (done at 100k, not 60k on my car), and the tires need done with an alignment (tires are getting close, but an alignment is not necessary at this point). I declined any additional service and said I would pick up my car and come back after completing the work. This is where things got interesting. I picked up brakes to replace the front and rear pads and rotors with a certified mechanic friend and we went to work. When inspecting the brake pads from the rear, they were found to be only about half worn with at least a couple oil changes time worth left of life. I wasn’t happy that this caused a failed inspection, but I wanted to be sure it passed and went ahead and replaced the pads and rotors anyways. I was told by the master technician friend that at about 3/8 of an inch these should not have failed inspection. After finishing, we moved to the front to find that they were even less worn and had barely even worn past the rounded edge portion of the pad. I left the front brakes as they were since they were clearly in good condition. I was now furious that Midas would have the audacity to tell me that my rear brakes caused me to fail inspection because they were bad and even more upset they told me that the front ones “aren’t far behind.” I looked up NH inspection specifications and found that 2/32 of an inch is the legal limit for when brake pads should fail. I decided to save the brake pads from the rear that I replaced and to go in and talk to the manager. I went in with the pads and asked the manager, who originally took my car in for the inspection, if he was an NH certified inspector, to which he replied that he and his mechanics are. I put the brake pads on the desk and asked whether they should have failed an inspection with the pads. He then had the gall to tell me that “yes they should” with no reasoning for it. I stated the NH state specification and said that I would either like a refund or a re-inspection free of charge. I had to debate with the manager and stated that this type of thing is slimy business practice and quite unacceptable. Eventually he agreed to waive the re-inspection fee but I had to leave my car there and it would be done in a couple hours. I agreed and had my wife pick me up. After half of the day had gone by, I called for a status update and they said it was about to go in and they would let me know when it was done. After not hearing anything for another few hours, and knowing they closed in less than an hour, I called again to be told “oh yeah, its been ready.” That was just insolence at that point. I went and picked up my car. I share this story for two reasons: 1. I will never return to this Midas. 2. I have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge and was able to catch this dishonest behavior, but most people are not going to know any better and would be cheated by dishonest behavior. I hope that this helps whoever actually read this whole thing.
Very rude attitude and bad service. Insult customer.I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. After I cannot find the wheel lock and they told me I also need rear brake pad change, I decided to get the wheel lock from dealer first and do all those works next time. The guy “Jose” started to insult me and be very mean. Will never come to this shop and will tell all my friends of this bad experience.
Jose is amazing and super charismatic! I went in to get a new tire for my car and it was done quickly, professionally, and everyone was super awesome and nice!
Went into the shop to get a tire plugged. Jose and Brian and other staff were extremely helpful. My family and I were in and out within a couple of minutes. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you very much!
I needed my brakes checked out and Brian and the guys went above and beyond to diagnose the issues and repair my brakes and performance routine maintenance. Brian and Jose have impeccable customer service and seem like real stand up guys. I will absolutely be going back when I need my next repair. Thank you so much.
Jose and Brian were very helpful today, They have been doing service on my rav 4 for years. I needed a tire repair today and they got me immediately as always. Thanks for the tire repair today guys!!
They were quick, affordable. No hidden fees. Jose was really professional and kind and personable.
The oil change was affordable. I was accommodated last minute. There system was just too slow and it took a long time to put my info going in and at cash out. They dont seem to have any type of efficient set up to get customers in and out compared to other places.
Had an emergency car ran out of oil. Literally putted into Midas no appointment. And they helped me out with emergency oil to get me home. Thanks guys u r the best .
Jose is the best! NH living made better!Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
My car was making weird noises. They took the extra time to make sure my car was safe and everything was working properly. Diagnostics was thorough and the service was above and beyond! They took the time to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on and worked with me on pricing. Will definitely be making this my go-to mechanic going forward.
Jose and the staff were extremely nice, wonderful service. I’m definitely going back to this location just because of them.
Made an appointment for state inspection and after waiting for 30 more minutes I asked to find out that my turn will arrive when the vehicle inspection on progress is done. What make an appointment then? Just take walk-ins. One guy even went ahead and compared himself to a doctor saying when you go to a hospital with an appointment do you get to see the doctor right away?
I had a flat tire and they got me in for a repair within an hour despite being very busy. They took care of me! They were professional and did a great job.
Do not use for annual inspection! Quoted me several thousand dollars in repairs in order to pass. Kept pushing the Midas discover credit service in order to finance the repairs. Decided to get a second opinion and was able to pass Inspection with less than $100 in repairs
Tried to do state inspection, the receptionist Jose was extremely rude . they failed my car for a 6 months old wiper blades. took the car to a different place after less than 30 minutes and the passed the inspection . this place is a complete scam. safe your money and time and go somewhere else
I have been visiting this store for the last two years for various services such as oil change, breaks, etc.The price and Services are excellent.Jose at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. Our first stop for sure
These guys are amazing! I had a such a fabulous experience here! No one likes to sit around and wait for their inspection sticker but the laughs, and exceptional customer service will definitely be the reason I come back next year! Good luck guys! Thank you for everything!
Car trouble during the Holiday season is never without its stress. Thanks to Pat, Jose & Team at the Midas DW Hwy location, my day was turned around quickly and I found myself back on the road safely in minimal time... and with a smile on my face to boot. Really good guys - all of them! In customer service, one of the greatest challenges in dealing with the public as they file into line with unknown moods and attitudes is to manage their expectations while working to establish a positive reputation to be remembered. To manage the public with humor, understanding and genuine concern is difficult to say the very least. Well done guys! So very thankful for you all! Blessings and Good Health to you and your families as we enter the New Year!
I requested an appointment online and they were able to see me same-day! I went in for an oil change and state inspection. Unfortunately, my car did not initially pass due to safety (faulty/leaking front struts and broken sway bar links). After talking with Pat about my options, they were able to take my car in that day to fix it so it could pass inspection and get a sticker put on. I had my appointment at 12:30 p.m. and had everything fixed/replaced by 3:30 p.m.! Pat and Jose in the front office were great. Super funny and personable, and were very straightforward with all information. Since I was on my lunch break when I went in and did not expect to have work done, they even arranged a ride for me back to work so I would not have to take PTO. They really went above and beyond and made the whole experience pleasant. Also, after driving off the lot, I noticed a couple dash lights on that werent before. I called Jose the next morning and he had me come right in to fix them, no appointment needed. They had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend the DW Midas! I definitely found my new go-to mechanics!
Great experience!! Pat and Jose were both excellent with their costumer service as well as working on my vehicle in a timely manner. They explained to me in detail which type of oil would work the best in my car and even gave me a discount. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family!
Good service. Not the best location for access
I called in for an inspection and asked if there was anything available within the next 20 minutes because sometimes midas isn’t that busy from going to the Amherst street location. The person that answered the phone basically laughed in my face... like sir that isn’t professional get it together. I will continue doing my business at the Amherst st location. I encourage everyone else to do the same.
Extremely rude. I used to go to Midas for all of my repairs when I lived in Toledo. But when I moved here and needed work done, the man at the front was cutting me off and yelling and when my husband and I decided to just leave he started yelling that it was about money and overall was extremely rude.
I brought my car for tires replacement and state inspection. The front desk staff is unpleasant unfriendly dont make you feel welcome. They could not sell me the tires that I wanted from there website instead sold me some more expensive tires.Came back to pick up my car.The guy at the front desk told me that it failed inspection because my throttle body wasnt working properly that it needs to be replaced, it will coast me an extra $800 to change the part.I refused and had the car checked by an other mechanic. The throttle body is working properly there is no need to replace it.The battery was weak so I had it replaced. Then drove the car for 2 weeks and checked my obd2 codes, no faulty codes, no engine light on.I went back to Midas yesterday to redo the inspection, the guy wanted to charge me again the inspection fee.Really!I will go to another place for the inspection and will never go to Midas again.I will strongly recommend people not to deal with Midas.
I never recommend midas nashua
Do you worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Brought my car in they failed it, had the issue fixed. Brought it back after them canceling my appointment three times. Then when I picked up my car today they told me there were more issues in the course of one week going by. My car was driving just fine and when I picked it up it’s chugging. I do not recommend going here at all. The guy in the front is so rude and disrespectful. They did nothing but make my experience hell.
Had a great experience at Midas today. I have never visited this garage, but after my wife had a good experience and raved about the customer service she had during an oil change and other small services, I decided to give them a shot.I called mid-morning looking to book a front-end strut replacement, oil change, tire rotation and state inspections for ASAP. Told me to come on down as soon as I could and he could take care of it today. NICE!!!After discussing a quote I was given over the phone a few months back for the strut replacement, they tried to look for it in their system with no success. They responded as any good manager/company should and with no questions asked, booked me for the price I told him. WOW!! The customer is right for a change! Another garage would have given me the run around and raked me over the coals! Great work in delivering customer satisfaction. As promised, they called me as soon as the work was completed. For some reason, that seems to be a challenge at most garages, but not here. I have already told a few people to give them a try and so should you. Very impressed!
Paid for an Inspection Sticker and after the car passed inspection we then realized I did not have my registration with me. I was told to return within 30 days with my registration and I will not have to pay for another inspection. Came back within 10 days and was told By Jose that I now how to pay an additional $15 fee. After I questioned another employee, I said that I will need to see that in writingAnd once I said that the fee was no longer charged. Going back to the original inspection by Jose. I was also told that my 1 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee needed new windshield wiper blades to pass. As luck may have it? I prefer Rainx windshield wipers on all of my vehicles and had just put them on a week before my inspection and I had the receipt to prove it. So please clarify if I am wrong feeling that I was first trying to be over sold on a product I did not need and why one person told me that I wouldn’t have to pay another fee when I returned with my registration yet Jose said I did. From what I have read, the initial inspection should not have been performed or charged for since I didn’t have my registration with me to begin with
Pat and Jose made my day, once again. I love that they are open early and always with a smile. Not only did they make me feel safe with all of the social distancing laws, but they also made my experience a pleasant one. The price was better than expected and the service was fast and efficient. I always recommend friends to go see them and I will always go back!
I had an excellent experience! They were able to take the vehicle right in, even without an appointment. Very friendly, professional, and did great work. Had the vehicle out quickly and was back on the road in no time!
I went for a state inspection and I felt like they just gave excuses as to why they couldnt help me. The guy was probably alone on a Saturday so he didnt want to do much and there was a line of two cars, probably for oil changes so maybe this facility should add more staff on the weekend if they want more money!
I just moved to Nashua and decided to choose a new place as my mechanic shop. First time here, everyone was super nice and they help get my 2001, hardly running Honda Accord back into shape! I appreciated all the work they put it, especially Pat and Jose who treated me and my mother like weve been there before. Glad I could find somewhere reliable for the forthcoming future.
These guys did a great job with my 2013 Veloster. The beginning didnt go very well. My first conversation with a manager was contentious and it may have been because of me but it did not go well. After Pat took over, everything just went swimmingly. He was friendly, explained everything well and gave me a great price on my brake replacement. I was so happy I scheduled another appointment for a couple of others services for my car. Thank you guys for the help
This Midas location has the most professional service staff that I have ever experienced. They are focused on value delivered to the customer based on customer needs at the time, and many options are available to save even more. If you need service designed to fit your needs instead of the needs of a repair shop, I highly recommend this location. I did and couldnt be happier.
Since moving to Nashua I have only ever gone to these guys-I don’t even bother with the dealership anymore. Pat is the best!! He always takes cares of my car with any issues I have, and he always educates me on the best way to keep it up and running. Won’t go anywhere else.
Just an update on my last post.... I have since tried to get an appointment on their site to have my Serpentine belt replaced and they did return 1 call as I was at work when I was making the appointment but since then Ive had my car repaired somewhere else as I tried to make numerous appointments and no one got back to me after the first time, I would still get my inspections done there but thats probably all after my last experience.
I wont go back to them again. i was a good customer there for 20 years and they changed mgmt. their new people dont care about older customers and have no idea or care about working with people.
They have great deals and coupons here and wait isnt so bad
This place was absolutely a joke I highly recommend NOT going here. They were rude from the start, they only want your money. I brought my car for a simple inspection they said my break pads had to be done in the FRONT of the car, so I got them done and went back to get it re inspected. They failed again for other stuff a week after I had already just got there for only the break pads. Now the rear breaks and the strutts? I picked the car up said I will go somewhere els. I now cannot drive the car past 20, it shakes and does not drive the same. They are a joke and will never recommend them.
Jose and Midas is my go to place for all my car needs. I never feel pressured, they explain everything clearly and concisely, and are extremely professional.
Good place for oil change. Jose little too pushy for my taste.
Pat and Jose as always I appreciate what you guys do for me and honestly, sitting in your shop today, watching and listening to how people treat you guys it guys blows me away, it reminds me of how hard retail really is. Its a thankless job full of abuse. But you guys remain cool and and stay gentlemen no matter what, and that takes skill.Much deserved and long over due, THANK YOU!
This is a horrible team of mechanics that are just trying to get your money. I took my car in to get it inspected and an oil change. My car was there for 4 hours and finally I get a call telling me what had to be done. They wanted almost 500$ for front breaks! So I told them no Ill pick it up and do it myself. The guy said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there about 20 minutes later my car is still up, they guy is talking down to me. So I try to tell him that I know I can do it myself and I just cant afford that much. I finally pay and get my car. My break pad in the front of my car are fine. My tires have 0 wear on the edges, and Im not sure they changed the oil in my car because they did not reset the oil change light in my car. Dont go there. Go to a different midus. This team is unreliable. I finally took my car to a different shop and told them the story of all this, they said I was not the first. Im happy I took my car out of there fast. Other midus locations are good just not this one.I made an appointment weeks ahead of time, and still had to wait 4 hours for just an oil change and I was told I was not allowed to wait in the lobby. But when I came in to get my car there were tons of people in there waiting. All the positive reviews on this must be from staff and saff family. Dont go here. Dont let them sucker you into thinking you have to spend more than 250$ to get breaks done. I did my front breaks myself changed the rotors and it cost me 150$ these jokers wanted 500$ for just front breaks. Horrible staff, this place is so bad I almost want to hold a sign up warning people about them.
Although, you can make an appointment online, you still may wait 2 hours for your turn. What is the point is scheduling anyway? You better off walking in.
Needed a same day fix and no one was taking walk-ins. Came here and they took me within an hour. Quickly found the problem and fixed it. Pat was great and very helpful, all the staff super friendly. Definitely will return for any future problems.
Jose at the Nashua Midas was super helpful! He stayed two hours after he was supposed to go home just so he could take the time to explain everything about my cars maintenance. Such customer service like this deserves commendation! I will always take my car here!!
My experience was incredible! Pat and Jose got me in earlier than my appointment which was already last minute. They were very professional with great personalities. Will definitely be back!
I went for an oil change today and it was nothing but great! I got my tires rotated for free as well. Pat and everyone else made sure my car was good to go and were very helpful. Everyone there was friendly and it had a great atmosphere and they did a great job. It was my first time going there but it definitely will not be the last time! I highly recommend going here.
I came in thinking I would have to replace at least 1 tire, Jose and Phil were quick friendly and professional. On top of that my issue turned out to be minor and I wasnt even charged!
5/5! My service advisor Jose went above and behind what I could have asked, these people will do everything in their power to make sure you leave happy with ur decisions. They were considerate and very well priced, I couldnt have asked for a better service. Will be going back as a regular!
Great people who went over and above what was expected of them
Jose was very professional. Got my car in the same day I called, and they were fast servicing it. Good prices as well.
PAT, Jose and Josh were so pleasant and quick. They did a great job on all 3 of my 🚗s.
Very busy shop. Manager Pat was extremely friendly and helpful. Was able to fit me in when they were busy. Great team. Recommend this location to others, youll be very happy
Do not take your car to this place. Employees were rude, pushy and using foul language in the store. It is clear that this store needs better management to improve customer service. None of their employees were wearing masks despite the city of Nashua having an ordinance that requires employees to do so when in close contact with others. They stood really close to customers despite not wearing a mask. They tried to tell me that there were many things wrong with my car to find out that they got my car mixed up with someone elses. Then once they found my actual cars report, they tried to overcharge me for simple repairs.
Pat thank you for you help and patience. my family and I were in a tricky spot and you took the time to help us, and make us feel at home. We all truly appreciate it.Customers For Life!!!
Came to Midas for a state inspection sticker on a car I had just purchased. I was failed, told that my power steering had a leek, that I had to get my steering rack and pinion and my sway bar removed and replaced. They quoted me $1700I took my star down the street to Cambrays to get a second opinion- they told me that there was absolutely no damage to the rack or any issues with power steering. The only actual issue with my car were two bulbs that were out, both of which Midas missed. Dont trust anyone at Midas- they even showed me the damage that was nonexistent. A total scam
Honest to god I walked in here fully expecting to argue about getting the cheapest oil. I was going to tell the person working here I have 20 dollars to my name and can only get an oil change so don’t try to convince me to get a whole car makeover. To my surprise the man working told me I could get a free oil change if I applied for a credit card. I was declined and he still gave me the free oil change. So instead of trying to shake the money out of my pockets like most mechanics do he actually helped me out and I needed it because Christmas time is here! So thank you Pat and Alex for actually caring about your customers!
Had an appointment for 1 for an inspection sticker and waited almost 2 hours. Needed a serpentine belt put in the first time and they failed it. They wanted over 200 in order to get a sticker on. I bought one myself for $28 and did it myself. I would never recommend them for any service to do on your car. Very rude and very unprofessional
Your the best, you guys always look out for me and my wife and kids and I love that about you guys, you always make the time even last minute and that means so much to us. i wish I could do more then just a review, a long over due review... but I also tell everyone about you guys!!!!!
Pat was amazing and very professional. Ive had previous issues at other mechanic shops and after dealing with Pat he was very honest and down to earth. I will now only be going to Midas in Nashua! Will definitely recommend to others!
Its hard to find a shop where the workers are completely honest and dont try and push you into buying things you dont need. Pat and Brian are amazing and will work with you on everything, and answer every question under the sun just so you feel comfortable with the experience. Theyll walk you through what parts youll need at what stage without being pushy, and even reccomend cheaper alternatives. This is the only shop Ill be coming to from here on out, thanks guys!
Love these guys. Ive been coming here for years. They never try to upsell you something that your car doesnt really need. Thats what makes me trust them when they do tell me my car needs something. Wont go anywhere else.
No wait no worries Pat is awesome 👏
My car broke down while visiting Nashua from out of town and I was lucky enough that it happened right in front of the Midas on Daniel Webster. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly and had our best interests at heart unlike many mechanics who like to pull the wool over your eyes for an easy buck. These guys had us back on the road within an hour and a half and discounted the services due to the fact that we were short on funds. They definitely impressed me and won a new customer for life!
Jose and Pat are good guys gave me a very fair price, some excellent savings, and great service. I know where I’m going for all my future car needs!
You are all fabulous, I adore each and everyone of you!! You were all beyond helpful and polite and made a crummy situation fun and I thank you for that! I will be back any time my car needs a fix and I will be spreading the MIDAS word to everyone I know! You made a believer out of ME!
You guys ALWAYS take such good care of me and my daughters, how many years it has taken to find a place thats TRUSTWORTHY for me and my girls. But you always put things into perspective and options, I love that. And you give me credit with 1 year interest free to pay it back. Thats perfect right now.
I’d like to start by saying of all the Midas shops/lube shops in my area this one is probably the best. However, about 2 weeks ago, we brought our Honda Pilot in for an oil change as we had a long 6 hour drive coming up in the week. They performed the oil change and their multipoint inspection. To where they notified us of a leak at the transmission/transfer case. This was not news as we knew it’s been slightly leaking for a long time. The vehicle was picked up and brought home. It was driven for a few days. Come time to make our long trip, I decided to check all fluids. Particularly the transmission fluid due to the leak. To my surprise the atf was just slightly touching the dipstick. This was checked under proper checking conditions of full operating temperature on level ground. I figured the leak had gone quite a long time without checking and perhaps the 600 mile trip we took the week prior really did a number on it. So I looked under at this leak that we were told “not a big leak and anything crazy”. I found the lower rear end of the trans and the transfer case completely saturated in atf! I could even see drops forming. This leak was much worse than described. I was concerned why they did not check the fluid and if they did why it had gotten so low. So I went out that night and bought some atf and topped it off. Early the next morning we made our long 6 hour trip. When we arrived I decided to check the fluid again. It was extremely low! Now I was very concerned why this leak was so bad and all of a sudden. So I crawled back under and took a look. Now, for about an hour of driving we were on dirt road with dust everywhere! So it made it pretty easy to see where the fluid was coming from. The sand had stuck to most of the damp areas and I could see the most saturated area where it seemed to be coming through was at the drain plug. So I took a 3/8” ratchet and went to tighten it. To my surprise it was loose! I was able to turn it about a half turn before it was really even snug. About a full rotation to where I felt it was tight enough and then gave it a final snug. Topped the atf off again. Made the drive all the way back home later that week (vehicle sat the whole time after). When we got home I check the fluid, it was still full! So this leak was at the drain plug. Now, that pretty much gives 2 scenarios. One: The techs here at Midas decided to pull the plug briefly to verify fluid or perhaps pulled the wrong plug momentarily and didn’t tighten it back up. Maybe a simple mistake. Two: they intentionally loosened it to allow the fluid to seep at a high rate to cause alarm and gain a transmission job at their shop. Either way, this makes me very angry. I know from experience working in a shop particularly on Honda/Acura for the past 3 years that these plus do not just come loose! I got the feeling they were trying to swindle my girlfriend and her Honda Pilot into a costly transmission job. Either by replacing a seal or by the trans failing due to no fluid. All I can say is I’m glad I caught it, and I will never return here even in a oil change pinch.
Really great people with an inviting environment. Thanks a lot to Pat for fixing my car, will definitely come back soon!
Came to Midas for state Inspection. They will fail you no matter. They will provide you with n number of things not right in ur vehicle. In my case they mentioned they mentioned front brakes need replacement along with fluid. When asked about the price they mentioned $480.I was doubtful about their intentions as I got my vehicle serviced couple of days back. When I confronted them, they offered discounts, came down to $400 with some card etc. When I said, I will take my vehicle, guy turned very rude started saying why didnt u go inspection at dealership, u have excuse for everything etc.Worst experience, worst workers. Would never suggest to use their services.
If you don’t think there are any more honest auto mechanics left out there, I encourage you to visit this location. Pat and his team will undoubtedly change your mind. Honest, fast, friendly and professional—great atmosphere and quality service!
I was there for state inspection and they lost my number plate sticker and blamed me that I didn’t put sticker on plate my self the manager Jose was very rude and didn’t even admit that his technician lost it does anyone knows about NH LAW about plate sticker that its owner responsibility to put on i am going to check on web anyway i am not going there in my rest of the life manager Jose didn’t listen at all and never admitted that they lost my stickerStay away from this place
Midas is my go to place to get my car serviced. They have a great team there and Pat always does an excellent job—professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Midas to all my friends and family.
Right from when I pulled up I could take a breath. Bill greeted me and my 3year old at the car. Offered us a place to sit and enjoy the cold beverages they had waiting. They then speedily repaired our flat tire and placed the spare tire and the jack etc (which I left lying in the back after swopping tires) back in it’s place.Dealing with a flat is never fun, but I walked away smiling and in time to pick up my son at school 😅
Rude service. Quoted a $2100 service for a rattle that I got fixed for $60 at another auto repair service.ZERO stars
I drove down from Maine to the Boston area to buy a car today. Shortly after buying the car I heard an awful wheel bearing noise so I took it to this Midas having had work done there before, all visits good but this one took the cake. After being quoted above my price range I asked if I had removed the bearing myself if they would press the new one, me being on the road without a hydraulic press. They agreed to my terms and fit me into the schedule on a busy day. Because of them my wife got her new car home safely. Thank you Midas for going above and beyond!
Told me my differential was real low and it wasnt but had a repair tag to fix it after getting a oil change
WOW! What cant I say about these guys. One of my trucks was working down in the Nashua area and it started making a really bad noise, after we left the customers house. I didnt want the truck driving 30 mins back to my local shop, so I had my tech pull into the closest place. There my tech was greeted by Pat, I spoke with him on the phone and told him our situation that I needed to get the truck back on the road asap due to appointments we had scheduled. He assured me that his crew would get us back on the road in no time. They found the issue really quick, almost as soon us they pulled the truck in the bay. The emergency break was stuck on! Not only did Pat and his crew get us in and out within about 30/40 mins tops. We didnt miss any of the rest of our appointments that day. These guys are very professional and super easy to work with! Thanks again Pat for helping us your a great guy with an awesome team!!
Brian and Pat are the best. Service is exceptional, professional, and courteous. I recommend this place for everyone . They rock!
Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Pat and Brian are a pleasure to deal with. Best priced inspection service around too.
Amazing service. Very friendly! Highly recommended!
10/10 Amazing customer service!!! They made my car drive like it was brand new. They were honest and very personable. I will for sure to bring my car back for any future repairs.
Always great service! I want to single out Pat Paulo for going above and beyond on Tuesday 12/16. I drove in the snow to Nashua for work when my low tire pressure indicator alerted me. I filled my tires with air at a gas station, but the indicator was still on. I was in a bit of a panic: I was already late to work and didnt want to try to drive back to Manchester that night on snowy roads and low tires. So I pulled into trusty Midas in Nashua and talked to Pat Paulo. Pat agreed to look at my tires; he immediately pulled my car into the shop and filled my tires. I was there for less than ten minutes, and he got me back on the road safe and sound. Thank you Midas and particularly Pat for your wonderful service and consideration!!
Predatory business practices. They lie about services needed on the car and use intimidation to try to create urgency. My wife was by herself and they would not stop trying to make her pay over $2000 for repairs. Beware! This is a scam and unprofessionalism at its finest. Scare tactics used.
Pat and team were great! Highly recommend Midas Nashua for all preventative maintenance.
Extremely accommodating, helpful and easy to work with...been twice in the last year, same excellent service - great advice without being pushy. Mike and Jennifer run a good business here and have met/worked with several technicians; they ALL have polite, professional, respectful manners. Give them a try and write your own review!
The worst place in the area to get your car state inspection. They pull you in for cheap 25$ inspection, will take your car apart and push you to get laundry list of repairs which you dont need. This guy gave me a bill for $1200 and mine was newer Honda with 30k miles on it. More salesmen than any good mechanics. Bunch of crooks if you ask me. Hope they get their act together else pretty soon their license will be canceled.
Made an appointment and when i got there was told it would be 2 hours before they could do the oil change.
Had a really good experience tonight at Midas. Made an appointment because I had plastic hanging under the front end that kept dragging and when I got there they took my car right in. Brian knew exactly what was wrong with it ( he had the same issue with his nissan )and fixed it right away!! They didnt even charge me. The guys were super nice and professional. I highly recommend Midas on Daniel Webster Highway. I for sure will return to this location with any future car needs I have! Thank guys!
Good service. I walked in on a Saturday due to a sudden car problem. The center took care of the car in few hours and I was able to attend my nephews birthday party on time. Thank you!
I am 66 years old and I have never left a google review in my life. But i would not be able to forgive myself if i didnt tell everyone how Patrick the manager of the store treated me.He took the time to explain everything to me multiple times, he took me out into the garage part of the building and introduced me to the man that was my mechanic, they both then showed me with patience what was wrong with my car. I thought my whole car was falling apart, i thought the repairs would be thousands of dollars, but it wasnt, it was so much less then the noise it was making made me feel it would be. You know, the louder the noise, the more it costs to fix!!Thank you so much Patrick and Phil, its so refreshing to truly feel like you can trust the people who fix my car. I will always come back here. Thank you
Been here many times always had a good experience Pat and Jose are always gentleman and treat me very well!
