What Customer Service is all about. We stopped in to find out if they would screen for our slider screen that needed repair. They do not do this service but took a lot of time with us explaining and giving us the companies that do. This was exceptional since they were not even getting a sale from us. EVERYONE was helping and I saw how they treated a young woman that had come in before us. Same GREAT respective service. I am writing this review since this type of service is hard to find these days. TOP NOTCH in my books! Thank YOU!

They dont answer the phone, so you have waste your time going in person to ask simple questions (has my stuff come in) when your order does arrive they dont call or text to inform you,so you can schedule the job and make a god damn living

Used to be a great place but expansion and changes in manufacturing have killed this place. Very unreliable now, no answers and quality has suffered.

The new owners of this company make too many mistakes on orders. We had to get an order of windows fixed 4 times!
