If I could give 0 stars I would!!! My daughter sent me strawberries to be delivered. I was home the entire day yet they claimed to have come twice. They did not ring the doorbell if they did in fact come. Then they call my daughter saying I wasn’t home when I was. She verified the address was correct an gave them my number to call when they arrive. They said they would send someone out again and they would call when they arrives. No one came! Next day they tell my daughter they where coming and would call. They did arrive and they called when arrived. I get my strawberries and they are mush! The papers the strawberries are in are wet and dripping. These things are not cheap and it’s just unacceptable service and quality. I will be contacting corporate because I have sent many of these arrangements from other stores and never had an issue.

Yesterday, we ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday which is today. At about 5:00 the delivery guy calls my wife saying he was knocking on the door a lot and no one answered so he left. She asked him if he could just leave it on the porch and he laughed and said hes way past there. So I call my mother and shes been home all day and said no one has knocked all day. After, I call the delivery guy myself and let him know I know he didnt knock on her door and he got rude and said that he cant see well at night and that hell deliver it tomorrow. I informed him that her birthday is today and I ordered and expected delivery service today. The guy was extremely agitated and rude and acted as though I was ruining his night and told me in a very rude tone to call the store tomorrow and just cancel the order. This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating paying customers this way. They are supposed to provide a loving and caring service that people can rely on to deliver their loved-ones a meaningful and thoughtful gift on their special occasions. Do all of yourselves a favor and avoid this store location and entire business in general. There are many other similar companies that would be happy to have your business.Update: The owner, Kyle, told my wife the next day that he would refund us half the price and make a fresh arrangement and have it sent out. At about 5:00 at night the order had still not been delivered so my wife contacted Kyle again and he said it wasnt out with the driver yet to be delivered even though they closed in an hour. She told him just to to cancel it and refund us all of our money. We will never get an arrangement here again and will tell others to avoid them as well.

I made an order on May13th to be delievered on May 14th to my mother in law. She works from home, the 14th i received an email stating delivery was unsuccessful. I called to see what was going as on as she was home all day, no one knocked on the door no one called her phone. The lady I talked to said the delievery was on the truck at 4pm and the guy will call the phone number listed when he got there.6pm comes around my mother in law never got a phone call, no one knocked on the door.At this point they are closed so i waited until today to call and see what was going on. Ive now talked to them 3 times and they have tried to deliver 4 times.. No one came to the house, not one phone call.I call this morning and the lady says the delivery guy should be to my mother in laws house around 11am around noon it is finally delievered.I talked to my mother in law. She said she only recieved a card and the strawberries. I paid an extra $40.00 to add a bouquet of flowers. I called for a 4th time to see why they didnt drop off the flowers. The lady said oh our florist never dropped off the flowers for your order.. Okay? I talked to them 3 times they didnt mention that they did not have my entire order. The lady argued with me up and down and finally refunded me for the flowers that was in the order.This is my first time using edible arrangements, I thought it would be easy seeing how i live an hour away and work long hours i figured why not pay someone else yo deliever for me? Unfortunately i will not be using this business again.

Good place when you want to send a gift to someone

I had a delivery scheduled for the 26th and the driver called and left me a voicemail saying they attempted delivery but the recipient was home the whole time and never had anyone knock. They left the message saying to call them back or the store. I called him and texted and called the store and they did not answer. The store is closed now because they waited until the last minute to deliver and they are closed tomorrow so I have no idea when this delivery will be made.

Everything was beautiful and delicious. Ordered strawberries that said “get well” and flowers for my friend’s mom who was diagnosed with cancer. She loved them so much. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Order was completed in a very timely manner. Will recommend to everyone I know!

I ordered an edible arrangement for a family member in different state and it was an easy process through the website. I contacted the store directly to reschedule delivery. The arrangement arrived fresh, beautiful and tasty. My family was surprised and thrilled. Thank you very much for a job well done!

Received edible fruit basket. It was beautiful and full with all kinds of fruit. Piinapple flowers were delicious as were chocolate covered strawberries. Would definitely recommend this product. Well worth the money

I literally just made an order for Chocolate covered strawberries over the phone to be delivered to my wife and I was really impressed with the customer service. I happen to be on the phone with a gentleman named Kyle who happens to be the owner of this fine establishment and he was very polite. What really impressed me is that he was able to get a delivery for me within two hours to surprise my wife at her work place. Also, he got extra browny points because he spelt my last name right over the phone one shot. I will be making future purchases with this company.

I have ordered from Edible Arrangement on Main Street in Nashua twice now and both times the sales associate that helped with my order was so pleasant and helpful. My orders were both delivered quickly and the arrangements were fresh and delicious. I will definitely be calling them with all my future orders.

Great customer service. Mix up at the hospital that the arrangement was sent to, but everything was taken care of without a big run around blaming whos fault it was. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

I worked with Daniel right before the Christmas holiday- not only did the 9 arrangements come out really great but the service and patience that Daniel displayed was just phenomenal and just what I needed to get this project done for my clients. He was even able to take an order for an account in New Jersey and another one in Virginia. I received emails and phone calls from everyone that received the arrangements and they were all very impressed by the service from your company. I was very pleased with the arrangement that we bought. It had everything in it that was shown on the website. Pick up was very easy. Fruit was fresh and they put it in a box for easy carrying and placing in the car.
