This place needs help! Literally. Stuff is barely stocked, big uboats in the aisles. Coolers had spilled food in them, I can only imagine the smell, thankfully I didnt open it! This is the new trend at this location. They overwork the employees to the point of not having enough to handle stocking issues. The clothes are barely stocked. Its a very sad store. Plenty of beer on hand tho! Done with this store. Please get it together so I can come back and actually enjoy the store again!

Staff is always pleasant, friendly, and helpful!I enjoy shopping there. Reasonable prices; a lot of fun items to choose from!Shawn, is a man that wears many hats. He is at the front of store, back of store and everywhere in between.He is very respectful, friendly, inviting and is very, very helpful.Whenever I have several heavy items, he carry’sthem to my car! I have shopped here a few times and the staff have been kind and nice

This store is sometimes fairly-well stocked considering the pandemic.However theres a few things that are consistently disappointing about this certain location.First of all, a lot of the members of management can be pretty unpleasant and unhelpful at times.Another thing that is often occuring is that many products are placed completely where the dont belong or on shelves with an incorrect price marker below them. Even further, sometimes products will be placed in a clearance section, but when you bring them to the register you often find the product to not be marked down at all. This is very annoying, and wastes my time and energy.To me this makes it harder to shop and takes some fun out of the experience. When I shop its very important to me to know the prices of products before I check-out because Im on a tight budget.Lastly this location often just seems to be in a state of disorderliness in general.Because of that, I only shop there once or twice a month at the most.

My experience at this family dollar is always amazing the staff members are always super nice wicked friendly and helpful!!! Over all ten out of ten going there I recommend this store more then any others!!!!!

The clerk didnt know what he was doing and the manager is a jerk . I would never go there again

I love the store and most experiences there are good. However I do not like a attitude when I use the 💯 satisfaction policy. One person there makes it pretty clear that its a bother even though I show 💯 respect. Another person is always good.

Good customer service.

The prices are alright. However the selection isnt very good, they always have carts full of product to be stocked that they nevet get to (the same cart of stuff has been in the pet food isle for nearly a week) and the attitude of most of the employees is less than acceptable. Theyre usually borderline rude.

Contactless pay wouldnt work so the cashier used her personal credit card, give her a raise please

This store was a 5 star until I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and no milk or bread.. Tue.. not a weekend but a Tuesday.. that is m essed up . Take better care of your customers!!! You have some of us, That walk there expecting to find certain simple things. But when they are not there we just cant run down to the Grocery store and get them. No Car !!! Not in winter.!!!!.

Good household items for cheap prices. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is because most times I go there, I can barely move around to shop because they have tons of merchandise waiting to be stocked, but hasnt been and blocks the aisles.

It is terrible that the cashiers do not give you change and they claim and get angry they are stealing change from customers

Everytime I go to this store there is an issue. Either they dont have sale items out on the day of the sale or they over charge you and then they cant figure out how to fix their mistakes. Its always a mess and the staff has no idea what theyre doing. Take my advice and take the short ride to the Pelham location.

Seeing the floor dirty and items, not a clean neat or organized Family Dollar needs more employees to pickup and keep the place clean and easy to help walk through.

This store is incredibly ride the store manager was yelling and swaring in the store around my 7 yr old child. No wonder they cant keep employees. She cant keep her composure as a manager. Horrible service.im reporting them to corporate

Very messy. Since the so called remodel the place is dirty and a mess, it is a hazard to patrons. Boxes and crates everywhere and has been for months. Music was very loud . Its to bad the store used to be clean and organized. Its time for management to step up.

Bad area, long lines due to under staffing, waiting in line for 15-20 min every time you just need to grab a couple things is just not OK.. Store is on the dirty side, if you look you can find some hidden gems. Not a bad place.

If I could rate one star I would my experience in this store today was horrible I was waiting in line while an associate Keith proceeded to accuse a man of stealing and tell him he looked shady before this incident happened I had actually talked to the man because I had saw him looking at hot wheels for his son he was looking for a specific one and they didnt have it so he proceeded to leave the store Keith on the other hand kept on harassing him and followings him at one point I overheard Keith say to then man Ill quit my job right now and take you on I will never and I repeat never shop in this storeagain as long as that man works there

Staff is terrible, especially a woman named michelle extremely rude and lazy, management allows employees to act this way. One item was in the clearence section that didnt belong there instead of politely correcting us she said It is not my job to put back items customers misplace after claiming she is a manager, then Swearing, threatening and yelling at us followed by 2 other employees surrounding us making ignorant comments and making us uncomfortable. I informed the manger I was going to call corporate I was told TO WATCH MY BACK AND THAT I WILL BE KNOWN AS A RAT When we tried to get the store ID number over the phone to leave a complaint with corporate I was quickly hung up on and told it is none of my bussiness. one of Employees also seemed to be high on some sort of drugs. Very unprofessional

Cheap and easy place if you have limited money

Replace thus management right now they are so rude and very lazy. The employees fired them. I waited ten minutes in line there was one sales girl. She was with her baby girl feeding it and refuse to serve there customers

The management need to be replaced at this store. The workers are rude and lazy.on saturday 7/5/2014 me and my wife were waiting in line along with about 20 other,only one register was open. after repeated call for someone to open the second register one woman spoke out. she only said what was on everyones mind when the manager told her she would not be aloud to make her purchases, and that she needed to leave the store. I will now travel the two hundred yard to dollar general. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

This store is so unorganized there are boxes in front of shelves. And you cant get to items. I bought two bags of chocolate and they were both nasty so dont buy chocolate.

Starting to really look like a store, products are actually on the shelves. You can get down the aisles. U-boats are few and far between.
