Good bargains every day. Always a line to get thru cashier. Good stuff cheap. Wood glue,gloves,coffee,pickles,paper products, seeds,garden supplies, bird seed,reading glasses,batteries, and a bunch more . All stores have been good to get a bargain .

I was looking for needle nosed pliers and they didnt have them. The tool selection was extremely limited. The store overall was good. Wide selection of everything at really low costs.

I hadnt been to one in a very long time. Went in to look around & theres so much to look at! & The cashier I had was great, super nice & very helpful!

Comfy store. Met very nice lady stocking the shelves who knew just about everything in the store. Asked for the advertised round point long handle shovel, but not in stock. Dont know when theyll arrive. So...no luck and called another Ocean State store. Same answer, nothing on the shelves. Doesnt look good for advertised items.

Lots of bargains! I had a hard time buying just what I needed! I bought an air conditioner. Yes I know its April but I live in NH where it snows one day and then we have a heat wave the next day. So now I am ready. They had at least 3 different kinds of a/c. Different strengths and one was a portable stand alone A/C. Great place! Staff friendly. Great bargains in all departments. My go to place for seasonal items since they stock well.

Hit or miss on products but some great deals. I got a nice beach chair that listed for $90 at Target for $40. Tough to beat that!

Place needs a couple more associates and some solid management. But if you can overlook the Rumage sale ascetic then some deals to be had.

The service people who worked on the floor were very very rude and not helpful. There was pallets of boxes in every other aisle so you couldnt get down the aisle with your carriage or get two things on the shelf.

Employees are friendly.They are quick to call for assistance if the lines are long.

I called twice today at 6:45 pm and waited on hold and nobody answered both times. I was calling to see if the store still closes at 7 pm.

The thing I hate the most about this place is that is closes at like 7, even during christmas time. The last few times Ive gone the lines were very long and they didnt have anything I went in for.

Large variety of herbs and spices. You will find low prices on ingredients for many recipes. Check out weekly ad for great deals.

Horrible experience. Employees are rude to customers and they don’t know how to handle a line. A cashier (lady) talked to me like I was her kid. If they don’t know how to treat customers during this difficult time they should stay home. Some of them need to take a customer service class. Will never go back. Rather to pay more and get a better service and treatment

This place has pretty great prices and selection. However, if you see something you really like or need, you need to snatch it up the first time you see it because they very often only have a lot of items one time and run out quickly!One downside is that they sell a lot of clothing, but do not have dressing rooms.

Awesome place

My mom loves going here. its not far away from where we live, and employees are friendly. but there are some set backs. this store does not have regular everyday snacks. this store also has things that are WAY over priced, that you could get at a target or Walmart for a much lower price. other than that, its a good place to get a quick snack, and its in a plaza next to other stores or company that you would know of. this is a good place.

I absolutely love this store I love getting stuff for the pool in all of the pool tools toys there. So much cheaper than other stores. I also love the selection of summer outdoor stuff. I made a play area for my daughter in the backyard and got all of the stuff for it there. Also, good selection of dog beds!

This is exactly what Nashua needs downtown. Many low income people live and work in the downtown area. Ocean State Job Lot is the only affordable place to buy new clothes, shoes and rugs. A Salvation Army thrift store is in the same plaza and is the only other affordable place on Main St for these items. Many shoppers dont drive or catch rides with family members. Amherst St and DWH are not designed to be safe or convenient for pedestrians. Ive walked the length of both, theyre dangerous to anyone not in a car or truck. Job Lot is also a fun place to shop because the products are randomly available and fairly randomly arranged. There are fun and funny surprises. The employees are very kind and friendly. It is comfortable to shop there.

Man, this place is fun! I couldnt believe the selections available from which to choose. I even found a shade of color of acrilyc paints I need for my current painting. Theres a different atmosphere there than Wal-Mart. Affordable fabrics from India and other exotics. Cant wait to go back just for the enjoyment of it. This is one store where I enjoy window shopping without any funds for making purchases.

Great crazy deals and prices

This store is cool for discounts on some decent things.. but I have to say, its an extremely confusing place to shop! At least this one... On 300 Main Street Nashua NH. I have found some really cool products for a reasonable and/or low price... Unfortunately, I dont like to shop there too much because its so messy and disorganized, that you could know exactly what you want to purchase, but itd take forever because you would never know where to find it in the store. I understand that this is a store that sells merchandise at a discounted price, so maybe its normal that they typically dont carry the same products all of the time. I rated it a 3 out of 5 because its still a cool store.... If you have some time to kill and want to look for things in strange places.. lol... I like to get some if my dogs treats there... Theyre a good price! And most pet merchandise is in the same vicinity...

Love the bargains at this store! I have gotten gym wear for $5_$10. Many departments including non-perishables. Gluten free food and baking ingredients.

Yeah Not too satisfied about my visit today.!! The Main reason Why is Because I was Charged the employee surcharge with my Purchace which I 100% DID NOT know about until AFTER I got home and looked at my Reciept. 😡😡 So first of all I was charged close to $5 more then what was on the tag which said $16.99 and I was charged $20.39, then I had a 16qt bag of Potting soil that was marked $3 and she charged me $9.17. I personally think that If you are going to have something like this employee surcharge you should actually give the customer the CHOICE on whether or not they want to participate in it, or at the VERY LEAST make sure the customers know about it. Cuz I was VERY UNHAPPY to have to walk all the way back to the store to Have the price of the Purse And the price of the soil fixed. I understand that Your employees are working to make sure that customers have a place to shop for things during this PANDEMIC, but They ARE NOT the only ones who need the money. I work at a restaurant and we DEFINATELY do NOT spring An EMPLOYEE SURCHARGE on our customers just cuz they dont wanna cook dinner. I whole heartedly believe you should give the customers a CHOICE of if they WANT to participate.

I love this store for all my inground pool needs in summer.I save some serious bucks buying all my stuff here. I also love it has most items I need so I dont go pay more for them at Walmart.

So much fun! Never been to an Ocean State Job Lot before. Unbelievable selections! I had no idea. Its a store like no other. Ocean State Job Lot has just about everything imaginable. And I cant believe the prices and how inexpensive the items in this store are. I went in just to look around and came out with two bags of merchandise. Its nothing less than amazing both in size of the store and what it carries. If for nothing else its fun just to walk and peruse around. Seriously, they have everything.

Great store with amazing bargains and friendly and helpful staff. The variety of product is almost mind-numbing. Terrific prices on coffee! Why buy it anywhere else for more? A super place to shop if you need anything for your home or your life - and who doesnt? Excellent location thats very convenient and easy to get to with plenty of free parking. Dont forget to visit their stores in Milford and Peterboro.

Sometimes there are some excellent deals and sometimes there are none to be found. The bathrooms are fairly clean at this location.

This is a great place to find a deal. They have odds and ends, and fair prices. The store itself is a bit clustered and can be tough to navigate around all the stuff in the Isles but the prices are worth it.

I used to love shopping here...I will no longer shop at ocean state job lot on main st in Nashua. I walked into the store to buy a few odds & ends. As soon as I walked into the store I was followed by the Manager Cheryl. I noticed her following me throughout the store, watching me. I asked her if there was a problem to which she just laughed at me and said Im doing my job... I asked to speak with her manager to which she replied that she was. I then asked her for her bosses number and she told me that she wouldnt give it to me and that I would have to ask the service desk. She then walked to the front of the store with other employees and pointed me out and was laughing and pointing at me....I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AS LONG AS CHERYL IS EMPLOYED.

I purchased a pair of socks for $2.99, wore them once and they had holes, so I brought them back. First I will say that the front end workers were very nice and proffesional. They called for a manager to approve the return, and this it where it went ALL wrong. First the manager spoke in a tone to the people who work for that clearly said she was beng bothered and had better things to do than help her workers and a customer. Then she basically called me a liar, saying the socks were not new. Real ugly tone. All this for a $2 return. I will never, EVER set foot in this store again, as it was the WORST customer service I have ever recieved. Dont shop here!
