Really great experience with getting an eye exam, finding a good pair of glasses and also understanding what is covered on my insurance. I really appreciated the time that the sale rep spent with me discussing different options for my lenses like anti-glare, thin lenses, blue light filter, etc. I felt very confident in my purchase and also felt like the sales rep helped best utilize what my insurance had to offer.

Brought my own frames and they were able to put lenses in that day. Have a new line of sunglasses that were amazing, grabbed those too. Evan was a fantastic service provider! He was very knowledgeable of products, pricing and discount plans that might be available for me. This location was very inviting and the other sales personnel were very friendly.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Laura, who helped answer my questions readily. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I ordered two pairs. Today I went in again, to pick up my order, Evan, another knowledgeable and pleasant young man, helped to adjust my new glasses and tell me about my lenses. I will definitely be back!

I just had a great experience at your store. You were pretty busy when my son & I entered the store we could tell they were busy..... we figured we would be waiting for a few minutes before being helped. Not the case at all!!! While a customer was picking out frames Evan came over to us and told us the process of picking out glasses using a tray and he said when you are finished he would take care of us. And he did!! Evan was amazing explaining everything to my son as he tried on his picks. I noticed while i sitting there every employee was smiling!!!! The store manager stopped by and introduced herself . Very professional!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience at this store! Suzanne and Evan are amazing sales associates, and I can tell they are also very genuine people. Both of them helped me to find the perfect pairs of glasses and sunglasses. Believe me when I say I have TERRIBLE vision, so my lenses are super thick and that can limit the options for frames that are available to me; when I found some sunglasses frames that I liked but that wouldn’t support my prescription, Suzanne found a pair that was very similar that would (and I ended up liking them even more). For my regular glasses, I gave sort of a vague description of the kind of frames I was looking for, and the two of them both instantly had an idea of the perfect ones for me, and they were right! Evan was also really helpful in helping me select the right lenses for me. You can really tell that they know their products, know their customers, and just generally know what they’re doing. The staff at this store were all kind and helpful. Special shout out to Magdala who helped me when I picked my order up and complimented me on how my new glasses looked on me — it definitely sealed the deal! 100% recommend this LensCrafters location.

Eye exam appointment within 1 day of stopping in the store. Staff was extremely helpful with selecting frames. Eye exam very thorough getting my new prescription exact. Due to getting photochromatic lenses, 5-10 business day to get glasses shipped to my front door. Not bad of a wait, Ive waited longer years back at another eyeglass store.

I broke my glasses and was pretty sure they were irreparable. I came in, immediately spoke to a wonderful blonde woman who reassured me she could help me out. Within an hour, my glasses were repaired (thank you hero, Evan!) and they helped me order replacement frames in case they were too wobbly for my liking. -All free of charge. They have my business from now on.

I was applying for a job and didnt pass the vision test. They got me in the same day! The doctor was wonderful! The salesperson was exceptional and worked hard to meet my budget requirements! My glasses were ready in an hour!

Amazing experience at lens crafters! Had an accident with the glasses where they got stepped on and broke. Walked into lens crafters, I was acknowledged and helped immediately. They took the glasses and brought them into their lab. 10mins later they where fixed and also no charge.

Awesome place to get your eye exam done and the sales people were super kind and adjustable to meet budget needs! Accepts EyeMed (was told they actually love EyeMed) and has very decently priced frames! Would highly suggest over other places as their prices are unbeatable!

Everything went well. The Doctor was awesome and answered all my questions. And while picking out my frames the associates were very helpful. Will definitely come back here. 1st exam visit was great with the doctor2nd exam follow-up a week later, the doc was great. However, I found the lens crafters saleswomen to be rude, aggressive, and dismissive3rd call to inquire about a text I received earlier in the week regarding my glasses being ready for pick up. The woman on the phone was rude and combative. The time wasted trying to tell me the only way to receive a text etc., is irrelevant. Just confirm whether my order is ready and move on.The store looks nice and is clean, but the saleswomens poor customer service is not worth me spending money with them again. Plus, the saleswoman I worked with did not give the best information regarding the cost efficiency between contacts and glass lenses

Optical wait time was too long. They need more help. Saying to customers it will be only a few minutes- not right when they know it will take much longer. My eye exam was fast- no complaints. My optical employee was great. The cost is what bothers me the most for frames and lenses-soo expensive.

Leaving after waiting 25 minutes past appointment time and no exam in sight. They apologize theyve been backed up this past week. I suggested they call clients to advise them so Im not waiting indoors with too many people while Covid is still an issue. I should have read reviews on this place before booking an exam.

Today was my first time going the store at Pheasant Lane mall and I expected the service to be soo much better but instead it was the total opposite!! The worst customer service ever. The staffs, Victoria and Lanh, looked like they didnt want to help at all and acted as if I didnt have any money to pay for my glasses. I literally just paid almost $400. Both of their attitudes was really rude and they dont look very motivated to work at all. I remember saying thank you in a very nice way before I left and the way she replied, wasnt respectful at all. Im very disappointed. Im also not the only one, my aunt went there three times to buy glasses and out of the three times she went, she didnt like her experience at all. Im not the only with the bad review, Im sure that there are many other people who experienced the same thing. Im just telling my honest opinions. DO BETTER!

So I returned my sunglasses twice and been there 6 times and all I want is my money back it’s been over 3 weeks what’s the problem? I call the store and she has to call me back to find out the problem. She said 15 min I bet my life she won’t call back . I get it you can’t make sunglasses so you need to refund me !!!

Very poor service at this location. They have messed up my exam timing in which I left work mid day and once got to the location they couldn’t keep the appointment and wanted to reschedule.Then after having order replacement lenses at the time of scheduling my appointment when I called 3 weeks later about the status of them they informed me they never ordered the lenses.I’ve used many other LensCrafters locations with no issue but this one is the worst by far. Ever had issues with other locations.

I went to 5 local eye optometrists and they all told me I had a 1 to 7 day wait for an eye exam, plus 1 to 2 weeks for any ordered glasses. I came in desperate after my glasses broke and was met by a very professional and friendly staff. They provided me an eye exam, new glasses, and introduced me to contacts in mere hours... (which are amazing after wearing glasses for 24 years).The process was very quick, affordable, and the staff was extremely efficient and supportive. Hands Down..Amazing Staff. Hello, terrible customer service . I purchased my prescription glasses less than a year ago from this location . A week ago my temple On my glasses fell off . I came to the store and spoke to the manager Laura . I explained her my situation that I am late to work and this is the only pair prescription glasses I have . She told me that they can’t fix it my glasses due to the frame screw . I asked what is my options and they told me I have to buy a new pair. I already paid $500.00 and it should be under1 year warranty. Laura told me that it my fault because I open and close my classes a lots of time and it not covered under warranty. I am talking about Versace frame . Luckily I had my warranty that I purchased from the store. The only problem I have a deductible of $50 plus the frame that I have, is no longer available so I have to pick a new frame and pay the difference. I picked less expensive frame and still have to pay $ 50.00 . The manager Was not trying to help me and she was very rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was wary of a big chain, but my insurance was paying, and I was able to schedule as a same day exam online. Getting an eye exam and new glasses here was one of the most pleasant shipping experiences Ive had in a long while. Every member of the staff was courteous and extremely pleasant. I felt no pressure for a sell. The doctor was normal and enthusiastic. I got real answers about the look of the glasses I chose. Even with the store being very busy on a holiday, it was just really nice. Some frames were more pricy, but they helped me find a great deal on some refurbished frames. A pretty wow experience overall.

It seems the management of this branch doesn’t care too much about hiring professional staff. Read other reviews about them! I went to the other branch which is only few minutes away from this one and they were perfect.

The doctor was great. However, the customer experience was HORRIBLE. After my eye exam, I was told to be waited for help when I said that I would like to get new glasses. So I waited around for awhile and they never came up to help me. They actually went to help the people who came after me. I have never had bad customer experience at LENSCRAFTERS anywhere else until here.

I went in for contacts and glasses received a trial pair for contact lenses, I went a couple weeks later to pick up my glasses thinking I was getting my contact prescription as well. That wasn’t the case I was never told to come back for my contacts never received a call they took 175.00 and I don’t have anything no contacts no prescription. I’ve been using this place other locations for a couple years and my first time at this location that I felt robbed, customer service was horrible and for me to get contacts I would have to pay again.

Seemed less than motivated to do his job and call up to get my prescription from another LensCrafters. I had a wonderful experience here - late morning on a weekday. Quick, courteous service; young man who checked me in and did the digital portion of my eye exam was friendly, knowledgable and happy to answer my questions. Loved Dr Tarr - great job explaining aspects of the exam with which I was unfamiliar; knowledgable and empathetic. Susan was great getting my glasses just right, and calling when they were ready - just over an hour. I passed the time enjoyably browsing at the Barnes and Noble across the parking lot.

I usually get my glasses from a local eye doctor but I needed to get glasses as soon as possible so I decided to come to Lenscrafter. The service was great, they helped me a lot in choosing which frame would best suit me and which lense I should get. Reason why I am rating them only two stars is because they have horrible customer service through the phone and never contacted me about my glasses when they said it would be ready day after purchase. I drive here today (about a 25 minute drive), thinking that my glasses would already be finished, because they were backed up at the store so they couldnt let me know if my glasses were ready over the phone. Guess what, they were never even made and they told me I would have to come the next day. I spent good money on glasses of which I couldve gone elsewhere to purchase and wasted a good amount of my time. Will not be buying anything else at this location.

If you’d like to be spoken to in a way that makes you feel the shame, guilt, and worthlessness of a paying customer, then give THIS LensCrafters your business!!! Within ten minutes of entering the building for my eye exam (which they were 15 minutes late for), I was loudly scolded for not placing all the frames I sampled into the tiny tray; I was yelled at to put my mask back on (while trying on said frames); and I was reprimanded for sitting in the wrong area by a receptionist that more resembled a robot than someone who should be in the hospitality/healthcare industry. This place made me feel WORSE about being blind, but lucky for me, I couldn’t see any of them clearly while I was being treated like a human cataract.
