Incredible service . Got my guitar fixed immediately and gave me one to use for a concert I had in the meantime.

My son has been taking guitar lessons and he is 9. We have tried karate,soccer,baseball,football, everything and he gets bored. THIS HE LOVES! and he is doing amazing. His teacher Peter is amazing! So encouraging and patient and works so well with him! We started with acoustic and will be trying electric next week! I couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly and professional service we have received over the past couple months.

Ill always love the environment of a musical instrument store, big or small. My local GC is a great place. Theres literally something there for everyone. The people are almost always a pleasure to deal with. I wish they had more staff available, as sometimes it gets jammed up and slowed down.

If you know exactly what you want, have checked their inventory online, and go in without needing the staffs help youre fine. I wouldnt sell to them unless it was a small item, and they were offering the 10-15% off another item and youre planning on something big. They will give you 60% of what they plan to list it at. Lastly, if youre going there to demo youll need to be assertive to get a setup that is representative of your rig.Theres a ton of better guitar shops. Maybe not with the extended 0% financing, or current selection. But honestly, the staff at this GC is as about as bad a they get, look elsewhere if you want support.

Not many options for music shops around anymore these days. I recommend if you know how to set up and take care of your own instruments. Otherwise if you buy here take your instrument to a qualified tech to go through your instrument and set it up properly. There staff is just young kids who try to he knowledgeable but are not. There instruments are usually not setup properly so much tough to sit down and get to know if you actually gel with something. Good luck getting through a visit trying to try out an instrument and battle for volume with the local guitar heroes who are playing enter sandman on 11. My experience buying online here is also no good. Nothing is ever on stock or in on time. This is pre covid so no excuses. But all in all its what it is. I still go. You can find some gems sometime and its not always a rough experience but it is a gamble.

I’ve had so many guitar center horror stories over the years but this store really did a great job helping me.I had purchased a Simmons drum amp and two months later it stopped working. The manager was great and she agreed to order me a new one. New unit arrived fast and easy.

Always have a great experience at Guitar Center. The pro audio section has a great selection! Everything you need for a home studio! The staff is pretty knowledgeable and does quite a bit to get everything you need at a price you can afford. I must say I am very satisfied.

We needed to get guitar strings for our kid’s guitar and brought the children with us. They had never been to a Guitar Center before and were in awe of the store. Guitars wall to wall and an area for drums. Even bough it we were there a bit before closing time, everyone was super nice to us letting the kids play the guitar and drums. We got what we needed and left before they closed.

Review of Pete at the repair center.I dropped off 2 guitars for signature setup, spoke with Pete for an hour and a half, cool guy. I let him know I was a newbie and know nothing about guitars, which he noticed with ease anyways. I was given a vague description of the service, but was told it was what I was looking for.A few days later, sooner than expected, Pete called to let me know my guitars were ready for pickup. When I inquired about the price and service, I received this information:- I was being charged for a platinum setup for each- PLUS STRINGS which should be included (total was told $85/ea)-My guitars were buffed with a blue bar (did not ask for that)- The price was greater than expected (Drop-off receipt said signature setup $50/ea) because he “spent more time” on them and said that one the battery was corroded on one and it was more $$$ to fix that, which it is not. Electronics check and cleaning is included in the signature setup.When I picked the guitars up shortly later, after disputing on the phone, I was charged a for the normal $50 fee for each signature setup, AND $11 for strings. The signature setup includes cleaning and polishing. When I got home, I could chip crud off the surface of each part of these two guitars. They were very dusty when dropped off but it seems all that was done was a quick wipe-down.Overall this was a very sad experience.Hopefully Pete will no longer have the opportunity to seek advantage of someone ignorant to his culture. I have been treated with contempt.

I called this Guitar to purchase a used Sanpera pedali found online. I spoke with Casey who I must say earned my 5 star review. Casey was knowledgeable, friendly, professional. She was very helpful. Casey took my order at 11am on Wednesday and on Thursday I received my item from UPS. 2 states away...Obviously Casey boxed it and shipped it immediately after I placed my order. I hope G.C reads this because they need to know that having a employee like Casey equals repeat customers. Thanks Casey

The employees are great. Even though they might play a different instrument they are very willing to help and try to get just what you’re looking for. The selection is very limited though. There were barely any guitars real bummer.

Idk whats changed over the last 5 years but Ive been in this location more times then I ever did in any prior year! Bought a new guitar almost a year ago and the staff remember me everytime I go in, and were able to share jokes and stories and I always learn something new! This is the best crew Ive ever seen in this store! I dont want to buy guitar gear anywhere else now!

Went to this for soft snare drum case, specific drum sticks and case of cymbal tools, and found what I was looking for. In addition, found a used 20” Zildjian ride cymbal which was a bargain!Great prices, and exceptional service.Wonderful shopping experience!!

Horrible service! Went in with cash in my pocket to buy an electric bass, amp and gear. Staff was too busy talking to each other to notice me. Chased down an employee and asked him to help me find something that would suite me. Evidently I picked the employee who new less than me, and I dont even play yet. Left disappointed and empty handed after realizing he went on to helping other people.... Ill look elsewhere. Big thanks-for-nothin to the guy with the High-Top Vans and high-waters.....I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get into playing music. The staff are no hope at all. This play could use some adult aged musicians.

It is fine when you try to grab strings or buy anything you want on the shelf. If they are listed as a dealer for guitar part replacement and you have to order through them since GC is the authorized dealer.

I have been to this location, several times, and I cannot say a bad thing about this store. The employees are helpful, and generally, you can find someone to help. The in store selection is usually top notch. Even in the midst of this global pandemic, Guitar Center Nashua is holding it down. I walked in, and subsequently, exited with what I needed for Pentecost Worship Service. Hoorayyyyy!!!

After spending almost 2hrs here just to pickup 2 powered speakers I think Im going to just keep ordering off line. I had called a day ahead of time where I was driving almost 3hrs to get here. There was one guy behind the counter with 3 customers waiting for stuff while at the other end of the store 2 or 3 other associates just stood around. This Guitar Center has a very tiny lighting area and the pro audio room was a mess. I give this a two star only because the guy behind the counter was friendly and at least tried to get us all out quickly. Of course this is the second Guitar Center I have ever visited and still had issues, Im starting to see a pattern here. Unfortunately Ill be shopping online before going into another Guitar Center.

Alright. Daniel is amazing. He spent literally like 2 hours showing me different guitars and helping me pick one that sounded good for what Im looking for, helped me find an amp, and all the guitar accessories. He even tuned the guitar I bought for me. Very informative, and helpful. He kept my price range in mind and helped me pick out my first setup. Ill definitely be back for more guitar stuff and perhaps some lessons.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lengths they went to make right the terrible experience I had with the Martin acoustic I bought here. They gave me an awesome discount on purchasing a new guitar - hopefully I will have better luck with my new Taylor than I did with the Martin - a brand that has gone down hill in my opinion.I definitely appreciate doing business with a vendor that stands behind their products and makes the effort to make sure their customer is satisfied at the end of the day.

I dunno, lots of people seem to knock the place. But I live having a local music store with a wide selection of everything I want. If they dont have it, they get it. Very good selection of used gear, too. Ive gotten some great deals that way. Maybe Im just lucky in the locations I frequent, but Ive never had an issue with service. And they have some pretty knowledgeable people, I do my research, but theyve got people there who use the stuff. Ill be going there as long as theyre around. Hope they can stay in business m

Went to buy a keyboard for a reasonable price. Waited about 10 minutes for the keyboard/ piano specialist. Pointed me to a great one in my budget, not pushy to spend more than I wanted too. He loaded it into my car as well! Great experience

The employee that helped me was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain some of the basic aspects of guitar shopping. He guided us to a good entry level, child sized guitar and explained why he recommended it. He got us set up with the accessories we needed and asked us to come back if we had any issues. 🎸

Guitar center has many different instruments both new and used. The salespeople are very friendly and intend on people trying the instruments. Nice atmosphere and very helpful.new booths to record or jam.

This is a pretty decent place. I enjoy browsing the stock of what they have. My only wish was as a music store they had a selection of various instruments beyond some of the strings and drums. however that being said the staff is awesome and the selection of books is stellar for that. I plan on purchasing the Shredding music books for the guitar.

Worst guitar center I have ever been too. No inventory, no one wants to help. Short staffed. I tried to buy a 4,000 dollar guitar and the manager Casey(my dogs name) was so rude to me I bought it off line instead. This woman was so disgruntled I may never buy something from a guitar center again.

In general Im not a fan of Guitar Center. I prefer the old school Mom and Pop Style of Music Store. The Nashua guitar stores the smallest size Ive ever been in. Its Hit or Miss as far as getting an informed salesperson as well. I think they have a high turnover of salespeople. Guitar repair guy is been there for a while and seems to know his stuff.

As beginner I purchased my first guitar from this shop. One of the staff members helped me choose the guitar. He also played it for me so that i can listen to the sound of the guitar. After my guitar was ordered they also help me tune it. Overall great experience.

Guitar Center Nashua is a great place to find everything you need as a musician or aspiring musician. I was there for an hour and there was only 2 maybe 3 employees on that night. The store was very busy. The staff was still able to help me and answer my questions and ultimately help me find what I needed. Store was closed by the time I actually left.

I loved the guitars! I just got mine and their help was amazing! I do recommend it being more of a better enviorment when you walk in. The style of the store isnt as modern. Either way I still loved it, I am just saying for maybe future costumers who might want that extra factor.

Some stores you just put up with clueless employees because you know, deep down, that this is just a paycheck. Guitar Center isnt like that. These guys know and love music and guitars and know all about the products in the store. Tell them what youre looking for and they know right away what you mean and whether theyve got it.

I was looking to purchase an amp for my husband for Christmas. After much research, decided to go to Guitar Center. They had the amp in stock. The price was great, & the staff was very helpful.

I had a great experience here getting help with picking up a new guitar and amp. Was able to play whatever was there and they helped me out with ordering used from another store as well.

Picked up an amp got the wrong power source Devin and Phil were extremely helpful taking the time to help me to find the correct one before I left these guys are great come see them if you really need anything, very knowledgeable very good customer service, very professional. The portly red-haired gentleman however was not much of a help at all he gave up before he even started. Go see Devin and Phil will take care of you

Always a good place to stop by and check out some new toys. I have been a customer for years spending 10’s of thousands of dollars here. Usually you can find a knowledgeable person to give you some insight into what you are looking for. If you haven’t been in here before go check them out.

Purchased an item online and went to nashua location to pickup, when the item was brought to the register the box was beat up, I asked if this was previously opened and was told no, when I had him open the box the item was missing the power supply among 2 other items. Come to find out, every one of these items in inventory were returns or floor models, but not marked as so online.Pretty deceitful sales tactics, safe to say I will never shop at guitar center again.

I got to rip the drum set and my friend played alongside w the guitar! 10 stars. Also the staff is very knowledgable of their products!

Buyer beware. Don’t pay with cash if you think you might return something. They will only issue you a check if the amount is over $200. Even if they have the cash on hand. The guy at the register (Brian 053936) just took $1000 and still no cash refund. No where in the store is there any information that states they have a cash refund limit and the cashier that accepted my cash at the time of purchase did not make any mention to this either. Also, there is no mention of this policy on their receipt. How is someone to know?The manager was too much of a wimp to come out and tell me himself that he couldn’t give a cash refund and sent Brian out with a check. Instead of looking around and possibly buying more I immediately left the store. There were things I was interested in looking at and possibly making a purchase, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.I haven’t been to a guitar center in a long time and now I remember why. Maybe I’ll visit again for their going out of business sale

Since Daddys closed gc has the monopoly. That aside they do ok. Often crowded and tough to get service they are the only place around that will definitely have what you need. Dont be afraid to haggle with these.......

Staff changed completely, selection cut down more than half, not even strings barely in stock (everyday every time no fail), I have no idea what the heck is this store still doing in Nashua, it’s absolutely useless. Please support other independent stores, because they actually have selection and better prices.This goes for all guitar centers: they break or “miss” your merchandise if you buy online, not just me this happened this last Halloween but it’s a weekly topic online on Facebook pages about guitars that broke or went missing when purchasing online

This is a good guitar center location for sure. They have more left handed guitars than any other location Ive seen. Granted they dont touch Sam Ash in terms of of selection of left handed guitars. At least they have some.

Offered me $350 for a $1000 bass that the Manchester location gave me $600 for. Overpricing a used pedal, theyre asking $329 and its only $299 NEW. I will never be back to this insulting store. Go to Manchester instead.

Cool place with lots of great instruments to try out! I wish it was larger, sometimes its hard to find things but there are professionals around to help. I bought drummers gloves.
