Very helpful with setting up my recirculating DWC and figuring out which fittings and hoses I needed. Also very fair prices. Very informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Im pretty sure this is one of the only hydroponics stores left open in Southern NH and I can say confidently that it isnt any coincidence. Every member of the staff is always above and beyond, instead of trying to upsell you they choose to provide the advice that would be best suited for your garden instead of profit margin. 5/5 stars for over a year of consistent transactions.

So happy I found natural roots when I moved to Nashua. Most hardware can be bought on amazon and shipped one day, but when it comes to nutrient supplement and soils, sometimes you simply can’t wait and this shop has everything you could ever need in an emergency. Soils are also usually in stock and much cheaper than buying online and paying shipping. Highly recommend.

Not the largest collection of Grow Supplies but they do have the best components for your grow, drove up so I could grab some Hydroponic supplies, only about 15 minutes from me into NH, from Massachusetts. Extremely fair pricing. I needed a grommet I didnt see that they had behind the counter and without even asking, one of the two helpful guys tossed it over to me, he knew without me having to ask, which was refreshing. I exchange general conversation with them they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Its tough to find a grow shop with knowledgeable staff members, I didnt really have to think much. It was refreshing theyre tucked into the plaza right off daniel webster highway next to market basket and across from the pheasant lane mall. Overall shop seemed very tidy and didnt have any of the grow media smell most shops do. Definitely will be back for my other growing needs when it comes time for that.

This company is fantastic! Their knowledge about the industry is at the highest level. I called in and talked with Ken, he was incredibly helpful. The part I needed was unavailable so Tyler the manager called me within 15 min and continued to help me source what I needed as well as give me a ton of additional information that will help me moving forward.Ive been in contact with a ton of hydro stores with horrible customer service and poorly trained employees who think they are doing you a favor by selling to you. Natural Roots Hydro blows their competition away. I will be using them from now on and highly recommend them.

I want to start off by saying that Natural Roots Hydroponics is hands down one of the best stocked hydro stores in this corner of the US. This store has gotten me out of 2 quick pinches, having the EZ cloner 48 site available and having a Toms trimmer in the middle of Croptober!!!! Tyler is awesome and really detailed on info, I think hes the owner and doing a great job running this store in crazy times!!!

Another great experience. The clerk was very knowledgeable about all the items in the store and how to get the best out of what you have. When I explained my problem of growing thin leggy plants he asked several questions before suggesting a new grow lamp. He covered cheaper solutions first, asking about the soil I had, temperature and if the plant was getting any other light then my plant light. No pressure to purchase. The clerk mentioned how they grew lettuce and such themselves, so it was nice having someone help me who didnt view this as just a job.

Mike, the guy I always seem to get is awesome. Super nice, helpful and willing to hear me out with my indoor growing troubles and successes. I normally don’t even give reviews never mind 5 stars but he also had his dog named Mojo in the store so I couldn’t not review them... I mean the dog was awesome !

Just spotted this place as I was driving in nh. Walked in and noticed they had a huge stock. The two guys working were quick to help me and give advice on different growing methods. Great customer service! Man that helped me had great work ethic. They left me with some handouts and magazines for future reference. They will be opening a new store very soon, I cant wait to check it out. Thanks guys!!

Just discovered this place today, great selection of equipment for gardening both indoors and out, so many items I could never dream of finding in a big box store. Nice organic seed selection too. The staff is extremely helpful and really make this place worth traveling for. This is definitely going to be our go to store for equipment organic supplies from now on.
