Redoing my bathroom. Everyone said this is a good place to get parts.. this is not my experience.. first of all not a single price on anything so its impossible to get pricing unless you want to spend 3 hours with a sales person looking up everything.. then they cant even lable the finish on the product.. some look similar how am I supposed to know if you dont lable it?? Do not go here this show room is a joke....

The most incompetent supplier I have ever dealt with. Avoid the showroom at all cost ! The warehouse people obviously hate them and will not give you the time of day if you ordered through the showroom. Get the numbers and order yourself or give to your plumber to order. And for god sakes do not order anything involving electricity !!! Takes weeks - meanwhile my electrician got it the next day after getting held up for a week waiting.
