BEWARE!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH UNIFIRST!!!They think they are entitled to your business and money regardless of whether they are giving you good service or not. Our manager Joe only will try to fix things after we had enough of their lack of service. Called numerous times to complain about our linens arriving dirty and Joe finally stepped up when I said this partnership is not working we are walking away from it. It took us finally saying enough is enough for Joe to try and save an account. Apparently us calling and complaining about dirty linens was not enough for Joe. It then took weeks to close our account. They will bully you and say you are not allowed to cancel with them without paying them for the remainder of the open contract.IF YOU ARE NOT PERFORMING, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY BUSINESSES MONEY.They PREY on small businesses. When we asked to close the account this was Joes response.As stated above, I need the name of the supplier you are going with before I can process the cancellation.Joe says he NEEDS to know who we are going with and can not close our account out until we tell him. HA!Now they are sending their attorney after us saying we need to pay them $10,000 for breaking a contract due to POOR PERFORMANCE. SO AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My experience with Unifirst has been absolutely horrible! We used them for several years and I began having billing problems and mostly delivery problems. After my many attempts to reach my account manager who we knew directly went unanswered I cancelled our service. It wasnt so much the problems as the lack of care and concern for our grievances and satisfaction. We have Cintas now and are sooooooo happy with them.

These guys are absolute snakes. If I could give them less then one star I would. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT do business with these people.
WIll not go back. When Delaney Linen went out of business, we were transferred to Unifirst. We used their industrial and cleanroom laundry services and they laundered our garments (NOG). Bottom line, they have lost over half of our garments, stained them, replaced some of them, but are inconsistent and fix the problems only some of the time. Our driver was a great guy, but they are just too unreliable. I cant run a business with half of my scrubs missing.
We switched to Unifirst for lab coats and uniforms 7 months ago for our staff 3. There has not been 1 week that our delivery has been correct and clean. Most weeks lab coats come back with ink stains, some weeks you can see that pants were dropped on the floor and run over with a cart, weve had gunk ironed onto clothing as if something was on the press and the operator just kept pressing the clothes. The bottom of lab coats look like they are dragged on the floor. This week our driver showed up with just pant, no shirts no lab coats. And they dont care. Ive called, e-mailed nothing changes and my messages dont get returned. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Totally a case of you get what you pay for. If they cant handle a customer with3 users what do you think they will do with your order if you have more employees? Run far and fast from Unifirst. I checked references before signing the contract but it didnt matter. EVERY SINGLE WEEK THERE IS A PROBLEM. EVERY SINGLE WEEK.

They are deceptive, slimy con artists. Terrible service and very sneaky. Not people you want to do business with plain and simple. Take my advice and use any other company but them. Look around the internet and you will find similar reviews of terrible service, and people being sued for thousands of dollars for not renewing their contract.
If it wasnt for the driver Carlos they would have a hard time with me but the driver is number 1
