A great motorcycle shop. I had a strange exhaust issue. These guys kept at it until they found that someone had previously done a hack to the job head coupling. He priced the job at a 1/3 I was expecting to pay. This is now my bike shop.
Good job well welcoming easy communication honest with what you looking for
Employee was nice enough. Prices seem really reasonable.
These Guys are great, while traveling from afar during bike week 2020..snapped a speedometer cable on my old, but well loved motorcycle. Calls To many local shops, yielded no quick results. But a quick call to Mark, saved my backside from any potential speeding tickets. These guys have a stock pile, fast, polite and courteous service.
I thank my instinct for looking up reviews of this place. Looked at a car, was decent for the price, but something felt off about it. I declined the offer but seeing previous reviews I feel very lucky I did not purchase a $2000 lemon. Notice how he doesnt reply to any of the SCAMMED SALE posts....fishy...
I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike I made a purchase agreement for a 2004 Saab. Mike guaranteed me that there’s nothing wrong with this vehicle and he drove it to my home left me with the purchase agreement and the title and went on his way after I driven the car within a mile it was already falling apart he swore to me that this vehicle is perfect. This vehicle needs over 3000 thousand to repair and now he will not return my calls and all I am asking is for my money back. If you want bad service and people who lie talk to mike he’ll gladly try and steal your money like he’s trying to do with mine.
Looking to get Scam!!! Come to Drumhill Cycle. We promise to scam you till you got nothing left but your underpants. Waste of time and money for a car that will cost you 3000+ to fix. Dont come and buy anything at this place. They will straight up scam you.for you money. Everything will look good but inside everything is broken and need replace.
I believe its one of the owners that i talked to was very helpful and helped me out with every question i had i got my shipment within 3 days to florida these guys are great people i had a great experience with them i cant wait to go back home to maine sometime and visit them he was awesome and friendly thank you again all i will definitely be back buying the rest of my parts from you👍🏻Keep up the good work there
Mark is the man. I’ve done two vintage Honda motorcycle restorations and every time I come in for parts he’s been super helpful and provided parts at a fair price. I’ll be back soon, thanks man!
If I could give this place no stars I would, I bought a car from mike I told him that I needed a car that was in good condition and is safe I was expecting a baby and he told me that the car I was buying was perfect to drive and I ended up finding out that the car was not ok to drive it couldn’t even pass inspection and he told me that his guy would pass it I waisted my money and wanted it back but it was impossible to get in contact with him the sub frame was rotted out and it had electrical issues the roof would leak water when it would rain but the water would be this brown sludge the car would shut off at low rpm he also promised me a clean title and it was a salvaged tittle DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM
Bought a 2003 Toyota Avalon from Steven, great customer service and knowledgeable mechanic.
Drum Hill Cycle is incredible! Their used parts are awesome, they have everything so it worth the price they are asking. I had my bike serviced there twice now and the work and the price was great. Thank you to John and the crew.
Don’t waste your time here. Owner is rude and they charge way to much for junk. Go to dealer better parts better prices!
Saved my vacation. Went above and beyond to get my bike back on the road.
I bought an engine from Drumhill cycles in 2016. I have a 1996 Katana 750. The first engine they sent to me had really bad low compression in cylinders 1 and 2. The warranty stated that I could return it within 30 days free shipping.I ended up paying for shipping there and back. I got the replacement engine and it was a 96 gixxer engine that fit my bike but would have needed major clutch reconstruction to work on my bike. I contacted Drumhill about this and they informed me that they couldnt accept the engine return due to the warranty expiring.First of all, if you sent me the wrong engine, the warranty should be irrelevant, You sent me the wrong damn part period! I will never buy from these people again as their customer service policies are unfair and unprofessional.Mark/Mike, cant remember his exact name is not a good person to deal with. Im so disgusted with my dealings with him and Drumhill that I have the right mind to drive the engine up to New Hampshire and dump it on their front door step with a big F you sign attached.I belong to a motorcycle forum where my input is greatly relied upon by a lot of bike riders and I have informed all of the members to not use Drumhill cycle for any used parts. If they come to me to install a part they bought from Drumhill, I will refused to install it.
Mark at DHC is the man. #1 and only guy I bring my bikes to. Very affordable and reliable. I always recommend him to anyone that needs some work done, especially on sport bikes. Conveniently located and turn around cant be beat!
He is a good guy.evey bike I get I see him first .his working on my gxzr 750 .right now .....love drumhill cycle
They found the part I needed quickly and the price was fair compared to other internet sites.
Dont buy a car there. Not sure how the motorcycles side of things are..but make sure you take a close look at the car before you purchase. Bought the worst lemon of my life from Phil..Buyer beware!
Quick and cheaper than what was online.
Great place, guy is awesome and really helpful
They have a nice selection of used, beatup parts, but their PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. I wanted just a headlight bucket to a 2006 Suzuki, they had same bucket off 1996 model, wanted $125 WAY TOO MUCH. They are charging close to dealer new parts $140. I found it on Ebay for $30. THIEF PRICING
My husband had been in contact & let the company know we were coming up to look at a car they had advertised. We called before leaving our house because we live an hour away. When we arrived, the car was still under snow!?!? What is that? What a waste of time!
Great selection and good service.
I have been looking for parts for my bike every where and drum hill had everything I was looking for thank u guys
I call for a part for an 1981 Yamaha the dealer was telling me it was almost $400 bucks I did some research and found drumhill cycle they found me a new part for just a little over $200 bucks and he even met me on a day they were closed so I could get my parts and get the bike back together. As far as Im concerned that is awesome customer service when I need to get something else I will be calling them first.
Had the part I needed pulled and ready for pick up.
PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! He lies about everything
