Best twists I ever had! Fatima is very professional and one of the best in her profession. The advice and care instructions she gives is right on point. I love the ability to reserve my spot ahead of time. I like being able to get what I need to take of my braids from her store located in the shop. She did an awesome job on my micro braids

I went to them for micro braids. My hair goes to my shoulders only when it is straight so before I went to the salon I had wet my hair and blow dried it....1) I was over charged, 2) too much of my hair was left out and I was told my hair was too long. Even if I wouldve paid for the longest length ($290) too much of my hair would ve still been left out. Smh, I was very disappointed and very unsatisfied but I did not want to start any chaos since I had been there since 10 oclock that morning and left 8 oclock that night.
