Came in today for an edible image and and always it came out so clean and vibrant looking! I love the option of having 2 sizes available as well. They are always so friendly and I love being able to go here and actually see the items rather than trying to purchase online. Thanks for the glaze/drip today! It was perfect!🤗

Prices can be compared but the staff is just lovely and very helpful. I will definitely be going back and I recommend it to anybody else who is into baking. (Price check if on a budget)

Stopped in while on vacation in Nashville... Its a great little store which has lots of variety, for sure... They have such a good variety of items for baking... They offer a lot of tools and products that you wouldnt find easily elsewhere. We purchased a few items while camping near here. The employees working were very friendly and helpful, and the store was clean, well organized

Every time I visit my brother and his family in Brentwood, Tn. I always make it a point to go by Sweetwise aka Sweet City USA and load my truck full of baking supplies. I love this store and the prices are very reasonable. I always spend about 200-300 and I won’t have to return again until the next year.

I love this store. There is a wide variety for your baking needs. The two women working were very knowledgable and great to talk to. The customer service was spectacular! I would be willing to drive 6 hrs just to go to this store.

Great place to get cake supplies. Very Helpful staff. Always willing to let you try some of the frostings and such. They also allow you to make your own sugar sheets. Large selection of supplies.

I really like having a store this close to home. It does seem since they moved the store around that their selection went down as well. Suggestions it would be nice to have more sales on items in store and online. Not either or. Try to keep a better stock of gel colors, and cupcake containers.

I always love it when I go into the shop. Ms. Melissa is absolutely wonderful! Alyssa is a sweetie and so is Lynette.They always make sure that I have whatever it is i am needing and they fo it with a smile. They are the best!

What a joy to have a cake supply store of this caliber within easy driving distance! Huge inventory and prices which cannot be beaten outside of China! My favorite source for petal dusts, gel colors and hard to find flavorings. They even stock cocoa butter! Best of all, they have a wonderful website and ship nationwide!

A little expensive on melting chocolates, but they are super nice and usually have what you need..and if they dont they will order it and call you when it comes in!

This is a great place for baking/candy supplies! Cake/Pie/Pastry packaging, chocolate candy melts for making candy and fountains - even dark chocolate! Icing, flavoring, molds, pans, cake boards, fondant and decorations! Very good pricing!

The customer service is atrocious, the item descriptions misleading and dishonest and the way items are posted is an utter disgrace. Place your order with a reputable seller dont waste your money here.My tins were literally thrown in a box without sufficient packaging for their travels to Australia. All my items were scratched and one had a dent. Given the way these items were packaged, I cannot fathom how a charge of US$60 postage is justified.I contacted the seller with photos of the items as they were packed and photos of each individual tin. The seller proceeded to ask me if there were any openings in the box from which the packaging had escaped.After several emails back and forth, I was told that the customer service department had been instructed to provide me with a refund of the promotional discount and an additional 10% for the disappointment I experienced. To date, a refund of the amount that I was overcharged has not been received.I was informed that the manufacturer sends these items to sweetwise scratched. If this is the case, this company is knowingly selling on damaged goods and their customers have the right to know that this is what they are purchasing. I was assured that the scratches would not affect the performance of the tins. I was also advised that the way my order was packaged must have been a fluke.Given the unacceptable response, a dispute was raised with PayPal. PayPal offered a refund so long as the items were returned to the seller. Considering my current experience with the seller and that I would have to shoulder the cost of return shipping, the items have been kept.The seller did apparently advise her shipping department that every package matters and that this one arrived not as well packed as it should have. Hopefully it gets them back on their toes and it doesnt happen again. If this department is as effective as the customer service department, then buyer beware!

I love the store, I found everything that I need for my Cakes . But the store need a big place, to small, there is not enough space in the store and not enough costomer service for help, very tight all .

Three times I have gone to purchase specific items, after checking that they were in stock on the Sweetwise webpage. Everytime I got to the store, with in 30 minutes of them opening they were sold out of just about every item I wanted. Mind you it takes me 45 minutes to reach the store. I brought it to one of the employees and he admitted the site may not have been updated, so no problem, I understood, mistakes can be made. On my third visit they had only two of the eight items I wanted in stock. I again brought this to the employees attention and she told me the items were bought after I looked at the sight. That made me almost lose it....why?? because I was actually on the webisite as she was talking. I got all the way to checkout and never did the website say that the items I wanted were not in stock. I am not a complainer, because I know things can happen, but when you give me a bullcrap answer I have to say is I will not be back any more. Not that you care, since you are so big now that customer service is not a priority.

Buyer beware, this seller sells about to expire food items.We ordered “CK icing fruits” and received on 19Feb, 2 of them are expiring in March (BB April 2016). It was not a clearance item and was regular priced. My wife has sent 2 emails (to Sanjak) and no response is received. We are very disappointed and we will never buy from you again.

Lots of products to choose from, but their customer service is lacking. I ordered some fondant/gumpaste letter & number cutters. I ordered 4 sets (different fonts). One of my sets came without the letters M-R (one strip of letters). I emailed them on 1/23/16 as directed on their shipping email. I never received a reply back, or even an acknowledgement that they were working on my order. I finally called again today 1/29/16 and spoke to Sanjak which is who I emailed. She remembered my email but said they were working on it. 6 days to reply? That is unacceptable. They were looking for the strip that was missing from my set. Im not sure where they are looking for it since they dont manufacture it there, but that was her response. Finally she said theyd ship me out a new set and let me know if I need to return the old set. Meanwhile, Im not able to use these fonts on my cakes since their customer service is severely lacking.
