Extremely disappointed customer! I bought a set of wind chimes here about a year ago (as everything in this shop, they were certainly not cheap).It recently fell apart completely, and I brought it back and showed the guy at the counter. He seemed surprised and said that it probably should have lasted longer. Since he didnt offer to replace them, I asked if he would at least be willing to give me some kind of a discount, anything at all, on another set. He flatly declined with no apology. Instead he informed me that I would need to take it up with the manufacturer. Are you kidding me? What happened to customer service and wanting to retain customers? I definitely wont be purchasing anything from here in the future and will warn my friends as well.Addendum: Actually, John, Jacobs Chimes come with a lifetime guarantee, as is clearly stated on their website. Im surprised you werent aware of this since you directed me to this website and are obviously one of their retailers. In any case, they are sending me a new one. Now thats great customer service. I would think it would have been worth a little bit of your time and effort to take care of this yourself and keep a customer happy.

Their prices are higher than most and the hours are hard to work around through the week however they have a wealth of knowledge and are extremely willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have.
