The BEST marina in Nashville! Everyone here treats you like family. They work hard to ensure everything with the repair and maintenance of your boat is done properly and in a timely manner. They are always available to help with everything even small questions you may have about your boating needs. Anything from gas, a good atmosphere to eat and relax, slip rentals (overnight and long term) and ANY boat repairs they have helped me out. I have had the absolute best experience and will definitely be using them for all of my future boating needs and overnight/long term stays while here in Nashville!

We stopped in here doing the great circle loop, and hauled the boat out to change the oil, filters, and gear oil. Everyone was professional, friendly and on time and budget. Preston was a great mechanic, Jennifer at the desk set everything up and Brian the manager checked in to make sure we were happy. We have done this service many times in the past 4000 miles around the US and Canada and this place was by far the best. Took only 75 minutes. The fuel dock is awesome as well. It’s open 24 hours and self serve. I prefer this, as I don’t need help to dock and prefer to fill the tanks myself. Covered slips. The restaurant was good with live music. The location is perfect for a visit to Nashville. Highly recommend!Night and day compared to the poor grumpy inefficient manager at Green Turtle Bay who was just lazy and wasting our time. So glad we came to Rock Harbor instead!

Had a mechanic come out to look at both of my toilets. The mechanic said both power heads were broke. One needed to be rebuilt and the other needed to be replaced. Problem with that is they are brand new out of the box. The toilet wouldnt work before the power head was put on the forward head. I had a new manual one on it. That system is clogged up somewhere but they didnt want to take the time and see what the problem was. The aft one didnt need to be rebuilt I ran 2 wires straight from the battery and it worked. there was an electrical issue they didnt want to trace down. Bottom line 160.00 later and Im still not fixed and it is impossible to find a credible boat mechanic that will come out and look at your boat.

Very glad to have my boat here the marina has a restaurant and maintenance so above average and close to downtown.

Overnight slip rental consists of just tying up to the unsecured uncovered dock in the main thoroughfare. Expensive slip rental fees for no perks. Transient slip renters should find another locale.

Excellent customer service and communication from the staff at the shop! Winterized our boat and asked a ton of questions which they willingly and openly addressed.

Great boat place. Dry docking went very smoothly and faster than thought.

Was traveling I 40 and had a wheel bearing on boat trailer go out. Manager came out and doctored me up to get home. No charge... I tried to pay him. If I lived closer Id go there everytime I went to the lake. Most places would have shunned you off at 330 in the afternoon and not being a local.

Great River Marina and staff

Bad, rude service. Service manager will lie to you about the progress of your boat. Then they will not return your calls. After 2 weeks you go to the service department and find out they have not even worked on your boat. Not even work on it is nice, I meant they have not even looked at the boat.
