Came in as a walk-in and they were so sweet and so professional. Sean absolutely killed it and was so nice and sweet. Also got my conch and daith jewelry changed while I was there and I know I paid for top-quality jewelry. It was so nice to go to an artist who didn’t try to haggle me on prices and has genuinely amazing work. I have found my home shop here in Nashville, I will not be going anywhere else.

A few days ago I made a trip to Nashville from Florida in order to get pierced here. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, I booked an appointment online and got there a few minutes early, but I was in and out very fast. I had my nipples pierced by Lynn and she was incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the process and explained everything very well. I can’t recommend going to Icon enough, everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I have used Icon for four years for piercing services and I have always been treated with the kindest, most attentive customer service from everyone on their staff. I came in today for a double conch piercing with Melody and they were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain every step of the process and took their time making sure the piercings were beautifully placed before doing anything. I’m obsessed with my new piercings :) highly recommended :)

Any time I have ever needed anything, Icon has been there. I’m a long time client. Their selection of jewelry is great, and the staff has always been very professional and helpful. Also, everything is very clean there. Prices are reasonable. The owner (Ian) has a vast knowledge of body piercing and actually teaches courses in NV and CA, as well as taking new piercers under his wing to teach them how to become the best piercers in the business. I highly recommend Icon for piercing and tattooing. Ian hires only the best for his shops.

Miss melody mad the process easy. she told me what she was going to do in the process of doing my septum. i like how she was just telling me she was positioning her hands to do the piercing and just put the needle right through :) every one was nice and everything got explained to me instead of just doing it. 10/10 recommend. i love it !!

Got my septum done here today - FOH was wonderful and answered all my questions, and Melody has an exceptionally calming presence. She made it very clear what to expect, and the watering eyes was easily the most uncomfortable part. Ill definitely come back here for future piercings!For those unsure about parking, I found the Hayes Street garage to be a good spot. Its about a 3 minute walk, $2 per 30 minutes youre parked there.

Very happy! My niece has suggested ICON for a piercing and yea…. I was freaking nervous BUT from the minute I walked in that all left me! The staff were so amazing and just so cute! I had such a great time getting two front facing nostril piercings and a vertical philtrum from Lynn! The whole procedure went so smoothly. She told me every single step and made sure I was ready before we started. My nose is a bit deviated and she worked so hard to make sure my nostril piercings would work with my anatomy and still look good. The piercings came out perfect! I also really enjoyed getting styled by Rob and having him hold my hand while I got my piercings done. He picked out the absolute perfect pieces to work together and make a cohesive look for my face. Again, it was a wonderful experience with the two of them. I cant wait to go back for more!

Went in to get a belly ring, they told me it would be 25 minutes to switch it out ( silly that I can do it myself ) anyways, I decided that was too long to wait to buy a simple piece of jewelry. I left out back they had 3 of the employees just smoking a cigarette with a line of 6 people in the shop not being taken care of. They also told me not to touch the jewelry as I went to view a dangly one as if they weren’t about to exchange it with ciggerette filled hands anyways. Gross.

I had gone in there to get an ear piercing. Upon arrival the piercer was explaining to me the cons and everything people don’t tell you about this piercing (as any good piercer would do). After I had signed the papers and was laying on the table my anxiety got the best of me and I decided I didn’t want the piercing. I had tried to politely say I’m second guessing this I don’t think I can go through with it would you be able to do a different piercing. There was no response to that other than oh it won’t even hurt that bad you’ll be alright even after expressing my concerns for the piercing the piercer didn’t hesitate to pierce my ear. There was a lot of pressure to get the earring even after what I said and I walked out of there with a piercing I didn’t want. The jewelry in the piercing was too small and didn’t allow any room for swelling. I have been in excruciating pain and thought it was because the jewelry was too small so I headed over to queen of hearts tattoo to have it looked at. They were exceptionally nice and confirmed that it was to small Dixie the piercer at queen of hearts exchanged the jewelry with no service fee and was very professional she gave me lots of insight on how to properly care for it and gave me all the information I needed. The piercer at icon however did handle the after math well. Despite not wanting the earring I passed out after she gave me water a glucose tab and cold towel she was very kind and took good care afterwards. I am just upset that I was basically pressured into getting the piercing and the size of the jewelry was not correct.

My best friend and I had piercings done by Levi on Saturday afternoon. Levi was super understanding and amazingly accommodating! They were friendly and very informative when it came to questions. I have no doubt that we’ll be coming back in the future!

Customer service is an absolute zero, charged my boyfriend $85 for a bellybutton ring to give to me and we turned around right away to return it or exchange or anything and they won’t do a thing saying “we don’t know if you’ve used it” but physically seen us never touch it nor open the bag. Keep in mind this $85 belly button ring is only a plain silver one. They don’t expect returns because they are rude bad at Business and a flat out rip off. Nashville ink is an amazing place tho if you’re in Nashville and looking for a high class and amazing customer service place:)

I got my septum pierced by Lynn and it was honestly the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Icon Tattoo is the BEST piercing and tattoo shop in Nashville! I’ve had permanent makeup, piercings, and tattoos done by various staff members at Icon, and I would recommend all of them. Sid does the most amazing microblading work and tattooing services as well. I’ve had the privilege of being pierced by both Lynn and Levi-both are very kind, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained what they were doing throughout the whole piercing process. Lastly, Rob at the front counter offers the most beautiful jewelry and ear curation suggestions. Would highly recommend Icon for anyone looking for quality tattoos, piercings, jewelry, and permanent makeup.

Set up an appointment and called in the morning to confirm, thought everything was set up until I get there and they don’t have my appointment. It happens! They got me in within 30 minutes and everyone was very apologetic. Vicent did my sternum piece. He was so gentle and such a great artist not only on paper, but the way he carries himself and takes pride in his art. It’s safe to say I will definitely be returning for many more tattoos. :)

Spent the day with the Icon crew the other day shadowing Lynn. Everyone there is super nice and easy to talk to. Lynn was very informative and sweet, and I’m very glad they let me follow them around all day. They performed a vertical philtrum piercing on me (which is a pretty spicy piercing to sit for), but it was super easy and laid back. I’m in love with it. Lynn is one of the few folks I would trust to perform a more advanced and unique piercing like that one.The shop itself was very clean, open, and bright. The atmosphere was very welcoming and safe. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and I cannot wait to go back and spend more time with them when I can!!

I can’t say enough nice things about Melody, who did my piercings today. She was kind, thorough, patient, and clearly trauma-informed. She narrated each step of her process, including any touching she needed to do. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe, and answered all of my questions with kindness and thoughtfulness. 100/10 highly recommend!

Had an ear curation and piercing done by Rob and Lynn respectively. Rob was so helpful in finding the perfect pieces for my jewelry and Lynn was SO communicative through the whole piercing process. Just had an unfortunate experience at Icon Nashville. As a female, I went in to have a piercing done and requested a female to pierce. Due to anxiety, I wanted my man in the room with me. One would think customer experience and comfort during such procedures would be the number one priority. Unfortunately, Melody was extremely rude and said I was interrupting her work flow by asking twice to have someone in the room with me. I would not recommend her to anyone if you’re looking for a piercer with any level of beside manner whatsoever. Due to this interaction, I decided against having my piercing done there.In response to the owners reply below, none of which occurred. There were at least 7-8 people in the lobby (however all were wearing masks) The gentleman that offered to piece me ALLOWED guests in the room which contradicts the owners response. “Melody” was rude, the male was very friendly. Poor attempt at blaming covid policies for bad customer service.

I paid $130 to downsize jewelry and my jewelry feel out. Bad quality for the price. I went somewhere else because I was then jewelry-less. There I got $20 downsized jewelry and it was much higher quality. Really disappointed because they told me this jewelry would last me forever, explaining the price. But it didn’t even last me 6 months.I have upwards of 10 piercings at this point and each one I have gotten at Icon ends up being poorly done or poor quality. It’s disappointed due to there “cool” reputation.I have gone in so many times, but no one takes me seriously. I don’t know why, since I have already spent hundreds on what I have thus far and I’m willing to continue my ear decoration here.

Came in yesterday to get forward facing nostrils by Lynn and a philtrum jewelry change. This is my 2nd and 3rd piercing by Lynn and as always they were amazing. Every step of the process was explained, they took their time making sure the placement was just right before piercing and the pain was minimal. The calming energy that Lynn brings, really fills the room and as soon as we started my nervousness was gone. It’s important to also note the studio is always clean and tidy too! I had no idea what jewelry I wanted but Natasha helped me pick out the cutest little opals for the piercings and the two colors she picked pair perfect together. Icon is without a doubt my home studio for piercings now. It is such a comfortable and welcoming environment.

I came from out of town, drove 11 hours to get pierced by Lynn. It was so worth it! She did an amazing job I love my new piercings! She was professional, clean and walked me through every step and made the whole experience wonderful and made me feel very comfortable with everything. 100/10 recommend!

Im sure the tattoo artist and piercers are amazing, but I will not return as the front desk was extremely rude and condescending.Edit:My comment has nothing to do with me pulling my mask down to show her my nose piercing when she asked what I had in. I am fully aware of the mask rule and I actually appreciate that rule. I made a human move and pulled my mask down accidentally because her question referred to my nose. I realized immediately after I should have just described what was in my nose.My comment comes from how she spoke to me the whole time I was there.I appreciate you taking time to reply to my concerns though.

Any one of these piercers has something unique to offer you, is well-trained, calm, and friendly, and will give you the best piercing experience in town, or maybe anywhere. I personally had to collect the set and get pierced by them all. In addition, any front of house you meet has impeccable jewelry knowledge, and they’ll help you pick something perfect out. Yes, it’s expensive, because it’s the highest possible quality all around. I wouldn’t want anything less in my body. Got my nose pierced as a walk-in about a week ago and cannot recommend this place enough. they were all super helpful and nice, especially in squeezing me in relatively close to closing. lynn did a fantastic job, the whole process was quick and the placement was perfect on the first go. ive had zero problems with healing so far. the only complaint i would have is that the in house jewelry is kind of pricy, but its all very high quality of course and im happy with the one i got.

Highly recommend! They take walk ins and really try to get you in if possible! Everyone is super friendly and want your experience to be great! They also have a beautiful and modern building, really makes the experience better.

Icon is by far my favorite studio to get pierced at, its a 7 hour drive but its totally worth it to make the trip when I want a new piercing! The front of house staff are super friendly and fun to talk to, when I was nervous my first time there they were very kind and reassuring. The jewelry selection and quality is outstanding. Lynn is a wonderful piercer and every experience Ive had with them has been comfortable and fun! They explained everything they were doing and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and the aftercare sheet was the most extensive and helpful Ive ever gotten from a studio. Theyre also super easy to reach if you have trouble healing a piercing and assuaged all my anxieties about the process. Its been a few months since I got my piercings and theyre doing great and look amazing! 100%, if youre in the Nashville area, go to Icon!

I got my septum pierced by lynn yesterday, and my experience was amazing! from the time they brought me back into the room until the time i left she made me feel so comfortable. she walked me through the whole process, so that there were no surprises on my end. the front of house staff were also just as amazing, super nice and knowledgeable; they helped me pick out my piercing! i was in and out in less than 25 minutes! i’ve been shopping around on social media for a new piercing place since moving to Nashville last year and i’ve found just the spot that i’ll forever go to!!

Got my first ear piercing here the other week. They were super helpful in picking out jewelry and answering questions, the whole thing might have taken 15 minutes. Im super happy with it and would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Icon. There’s too many great things to list:). Firstly, the entire place screams clean, it’s very well kept and the aesthetic is very calming and subtle. The options to choose from jewelry are great and also affordable for such quality! Last year, Lynn pierced my younger cousin’ ears, was so gentle, and explained the whole process so my cousin who was 5 wouldn’t be scared. Yesterday, I went in without an appointment needing an emergency nose stud since mine had fallen out and I was using a non-quality stud. Sacoon helped me figure out the best option to prevent a nose bump from forming, fit me in her schedule, put the stud in, and was super sweet! The girl up front was also super professional and helped me book another appointment, I just didn’t catch her name. Highly recommend them for anything!

Best experience i’ve ever had in a shop. Can’t stop thinking about what i want to get next from them.

The shop was clean and the lady who scheduled my appointment over the phone was friendly and helpful, however upon arrival the lady who was working the front was short with me…which came off very rude. Even my friends noticed and didn’t understand what I did or said wrong. I did have a few questions and that seemed to irritate her. We left without getting anything done because of this.

I’ve been working with Tim on a sleeve and it has been such and fun and creative experience. He’s very collaborative, cares about the details and does beautiful work! Highly recommend!

I first met her in the Murfreesboro location for a 1 month follow up for some other piercings I had done by another one of their piercers there and to talk about getting my lobes stretched. She had me come visit her at the Nashville location, where most her equipment is, and let me tell you I had the best experience. Went straight to a 2g and she walked me through the whole process, made sure I was okay the whole time and told me everything I needed to know. I love my plugs, I have had nothing but great service from both the Nashville and Murfreesboro location. I couldnt see myself visiting another place for piercings. Thank you so much!

I’ve used this place for both a piercing and a tattoo. Both times were phenomenal. Last time I walked in for a tattoo, was able to get scheduled for a 4-5 hour session off the bat. I worked with Sean to come up with an idea to cover up a tattoo, his work and attention to detail went above and beyond anything i could have ever imagined. Will definitely be going back for my next one, and highly recommend them.

I went here about two months ago for a navel piercing, and I just recently went to another piercer to get it checked out and got told they gave me a bar too small to let my skin heal properly, I was also charged about $150 for a piece of work that was engraving into my skin. I do not recommend getting piercings done here unless you want to be over priced for something you can get done for $40 elsewhere.

Love this place! They’ve helped me with my migrated helix piercings twice now and it’s finally fixed after seeing them the last time. They made me feel super safe and they are being super strict for Covid right now. I’m very impressed by their shop and staff!

I found Lynn on TikTok and I just knew if I wanted another piercing, I would be going to her. So I decided to get my nipples done as Ive been wanting them for a while. Drove 5.5 hours one way to the studio. It was so worth it. She made me feel so comfortable. And she is great at what she does. There are hundreds of other studios closer to me but I will choose making that drive and paying more ANY DAY. I am already trying to decide what piercing I want next!! I have also convinced my sister and best friend to make the drive to see her as well 😁Also the person working front of house was so sweet too!10/10 recommend

I got a piercing here in my upper ear- paid the big price- listened to all their advice- was advised to come in to have the jewelry shortened.I tried to get two days in a row to have my jewelry fixed- I wanted to tell the piercer that it had been uncomfortable and painful while healing. I called a head of time and was told to come on in as a walk-in and they took their last walk-ins at 7 pm. We arrived at 6:45pm. Before we even got in the door we were dismissed. Told by a blonde female employee that they took their last appointments at 6:30?Really- The employee was too busy it looked like making out with her girlfriend to even give us the time of day. I mentioned I had called - the employee just dismissed me. So we left.The piercing had been irritating me so the next day I decided to go back in the regular-non-busy day time hours and give it another try.It was almost impossible to park at the new location. This time I also had my eldest daughter with me. I had a sitter the day before. (I’m a single mom and loosing sleep over this piercing, the irritation!!!)AGAIN- I hardly get in the door and a dark haired lady in glasses, is turning me away.“You can’t come in here with a kid. !!”I tried to explain I had been there yesterday (accusingly she stated she HAD been there all day.. like I hadn’t really been there?) I said it was the blonde girl making out with her person- anyway- the lady stated that was actually the piercer (the blonde) 🙄 she says my daughter can’t come in- then it’s without a mask- I put a mask on her- but she still can’t be there- okay!!! GrrrMost importantly I can’t even get in the door to say my ear hurts!!!!!! Either day-2nd day in a row- just turned away from this business. I’m trying to tell them the product and service they have given me HURTS) - I leave..called around and thankfully foundDIXIE AT QUEEN OF HEARTS- (not far down the road with plenty of parking). I went straight there! she looked at my piercing- to shorten it, but it was not salvageable. It was so close to the edge my skin it was about to tear my ear and where it was located it was always being pushed. It was just a short time and I would have had weird lizard-tongue ear.DIXIE, took that mess out - complemented my taste on the jewelry. Some day after it heals I can replace it if I want too.Queen of Hearts was very clean, took my MasterCard, was kind to my child, had plenty of parking.. Dixie was knowledgeable, professional and stylish! Queen of Hearts acted like they wanted my business as where at ICON - I just felt unwelcome. Why?There is a happy ending!Dixie did two more ear piercings for me (they are beautiful), replaced my old jewelry with a new diamond hoop.Feeling like Julia Roberts in pretty woman when she finally gets to shop! LolI guess you have to be extra special to get service at super-cool-ICON ☹️

Un-freaking-believable place!!I did a bunch of research on places to go in Nashville and decided to go here because of the professional response they gave to a negative review here on Google.Im so glad I chose Icon!They redid my helix piercing another shop did years ago: the worst piercing Ive ever dealt with. It never healed in the 2 years I had it. My helix piercing from Icon is now the easiest piercing (in pain and maintenance) that Ive ever had. Even the piercing process was less painful and amazing.Im already trying to think of what I can get done next just to have a reason to go back!!

I found Lynn on social media and really valued her honesty, professionalism, and ability to make any and everybody feel welcome and comfortable. I traveled from North Carolina to Nashville to get my septum done and to have Lynn do an ear curation. I am so in love with the piercings she did!! Icon is really just incredible. Front of House, Rob, has impeccable jewelry taste and was wonderful in helping me order some pieces from BVLA. They were so patient in answering all of my questions as well! Sacoon is wonderful, so sweet and friendly - and very gentle! I started off with a conch that I have been wanting to get since 2012, I LOVED the way it looked and it really just made me feel beautiful! She was great with a checkup & downsizing walk-in as well! Icon’s new location is so clean and open, with the cutest selfie wall! I had a faux rook done by Lynn who was also super gentle, and helped do a matching high lobe with a previous one done by Sacoon. I’m a little weird when it comes to symmetrical stuff, and I wanted to make sure they ‘felt’ the same on each side. Lynn was super kind and explained how the anatomy is not quite the same on each side, but the spacing between my stretched lobes and high lobe would be the same - guess what - it turned out perfect (of course!) Now I’m just patiently waiting with my travel pillow and saline for everything to heal properly and I can move onto the other ear’s cartilage. Good things come to those who wait and those who go to ICON! :)

Both tattoo me and my girl friend are got are faded after 4 week, to the point they look like 20 year old tattoos. both artists in there essentially stole our money.... that would make sense and I get that if they were on our forearm and thigh.

Horrible customer service. Six of us girls went in to get a girls trip tattoo. After filling out the paperwork and questionnaire, one of us asked about bleeding. The receptionist questioned me about drinking and told her “yes I had a mimosa over 8 hours ago” she told us the policy is if you have any drinks what so ever we can’t be tattooed. The paperwork and questionnaire we just filled out did not say that anywhere on there. The lady then went up to one of us who was already getting tattooed, and questioned her multiple times about her drinking then came back down to question us about if she was telling the truth or not. Horrible attitude. She told her “if she’s lying I need to stop her tattoo immediately.” Then continued to ask if she was lying. So 2 of us got tattoos. Horrible customer service and she could have gone about that WAY nicer and not have copped an attitude and questioned all of our answers and questioned us about our friends answers. Would absolutely not recommend this place.

Lynn was super amazing! I found her off TikTok and she taught me a lot about professional piercers should be and the proper jewelry to use. I was super excited to meet her and was extremely impressed by how professional she was. She was very personable and friendly. I had my jewelry changed to gold and titanium (since I had surgical steel in) also got a conch piercing. Definitely would recommend getting a piercing from her!

Yesterday I had my first experience at Icon, and I can tell you I will never go anywhere else! Every single person there was incredibly kind and helpful! Lynn re-pierced my lobes that had closed and have a ton of scar tissue, and pierced my conch. She did better than I could have hoped! She is so knowledgeable and kind, an absolute dream! Best piercing experience I’ve ever had.

In a day where we all wear masks, Its still fantastic to be greeted with a smile. Sure, you cant see someones mouth but the eyes tell all. I felt welcomed and safe the minute I walked in the door until the moment I left. I had piercings done by Lynn, her knowledge and professionalism supersedes anything I have experienced in the past. Im never going to be pierced by anyone but Lynn! Ive had slight issues with other piercers and Lynn surpassed them all. She is so nice and professional and knows all the current data on piercing and safety. The piercings were quick and somehow less painful than my others. She has amazing fashion which is just a bonus!

I came in yesterday wanting to get some new jewelry and a few new ear piercings but didnt exactly know where to start. Rob up front was fantastic at helping me figure out what piercings to start with and which jewelry would look good and was also very patient with me! Lynn did the actual jewelry change and flat and 3rd lobe piercing and was so sweet and gentle! She also gave me some ideas of what to get next when these are healed. Icon is definitely my go-to place for piercings! The Murfreesboro location is great as well!

I went in to get my septum pierced by Lynn and couldnt be happier with the results! She took time to explain how she sanitizes her tools/the piercing, went over exactly what she was doing, and answered any questions I had with detailed answers.I would definitely recommend going to Icon for a piercing or tattoo. I have been coming to Icon for about a year and have gotten 5 different piercings so far. I have to say that this is one of the cleanest, most professional tattoo/piercing studios I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and kind.The front of house team has always taken such good care of me and gone out of their way to show that they truly care about the entire process start to finish. Izzy and Rob have both helped me pick out jewelry and order custom pieces, and have always made sure that was an easy and enjoyable process.Melodys bedside manner is impeccable. I have an anxiety disorder, and can easily get overwhelmed, but Melodys calming vibes always put me at ease. I so appreciate her willingness to talk me through every movement and breath during the piercing process. It really makes a huge difference and puts my nerves at ease. Her work is stunning and all my piercings with her have healed beautifully.Sid has done tooth gems for me and I adore them! I cant wait to get new ones. Even when Ive come in to get a different service, Sid has still taken time to say hello and check in with me when Ive come in. The little extra time she takes really makes me feel valued as a client.Ive not been pierced by Lynn yet, but they have installed/changed out jewelry for me. They are so kind and knowledgeable, I love watching their TikToks! Their willingness to share so much info about piercing safety and the industry as a whole really solidified my decision to make Icon my go to studio.The staff at Icon makes themselves available even when they are off the clock. Ive DMd them multiple times on Instagram with a question or inquiry about a specific piece, and have always gotten timely, friendly responses. I really cant say enough about this shop. Lynn was amazing. she informed me of exactly why the piercings were placed where they were, she went through the whole process calmly and professionally and helped keep me calm for all three piercings (i am horrible with needles, doctors need to learn from her) the jewelry selection was beautiful and all high quality and the entire place was very clean and followed covid guidelines. definitely worth the drive from knox and definitely worth paying more for a better experience, better jewelry, great info on aftercare, and well done piercings. Every other piercer/artist/front of house person there was also very nice and professional. Overall it was a great experience and i will definitely be making that drive again.

Great experience! This was my first piercing and they answered all of my questions, spent a lot of time with me to make sure I could pick out the best option both for my first piercing and for my long term interest in plugs.Melody was my piercer and she was fabulous! I look forward to going back for future visits as I look to stretch my ears eventually.

I absolutely love this place! I got pierced here a couple months back and Melody was fantastic. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I knew exactly what was going on - so fantastic, especially for someone with anxiety. Then more recently I had a piercing question and so I sent them a message (as I live 2 hours away), and they took the time to respond to my question and give fantastic suggestions.Very helpful, very professional, and definitely my preferred shop. Even with the drive, theyre totally worth it. :)

Absolute worst customer service and extremely inconsiderate of people’s time. Called ahead at 7:50pm and they told me before coming that I needed to arrive by 10:30pm and they could take care of me. I’m from out of town and I took an Uber here and after arriving they told me that they didn’t have enough time. They didn’t care I changed my plans for the night to give them my business and subsequently told me they didn’t have time to service me after I arrived by the time THEY requested. I wish I stuck to my original plans for my last night in Nashville. I am extremely disappointed and would NEVER recommend this place based on the customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I found Lynn on Tiktok a while back last year and I messaged them about getting new piercings. I have some skin conditions and other medical issues that cause my body to heal slow and I get reactions so easily and I was about ready to give up at that point. Lynn was so super nice to me and answered every question I had and I set up an apt to speak in person. We discussed and decided to start small to see how my body heals. I got large gauge lobes. Lynn was super informative and they explained the entire process and what to expect. I literally had zero issues with the healing process for the first time ever!! And I have had easily over 40 piercings! Up next we did my septum I was so nervous and scared because I thought it was going to hurt I expressed to Lynn that I was nervous and they chatted with me for a minute about what to expect and that it’s not that bad and instantly I felt so comfortable and relaxed and I trusted them. The piercing was so smooth and healing for that was a breeze as well! I couldn’t believe it! When I messaged Lynn initially I was sure I was going to have nothing but issues with healing. Fast forward to another piercing this time I wanted to get my nipples pierced! I have had them before and it was a total nightmare! I loved them so much but the pain from the healing was terrible. I kept snagging them on everything because the bars were too long and they weren’t pierced properly and they just wouldn’t heal at all no matter how much I tried. I expressed to Lynn my struggles but that I really loved the piercings and wanted to try again. They were super helpful with discussing my anatomy and that the healing process could possibly be a little harder because of my anatomy and we moved forward with the piercing! Initially I was so nervous because it’s failed before and I wanted them so bad! But I have had them for a bit now and I haven’t had a single issue come up at all!!! I can’t believe the piercing I had the HARDEST time healing was just healing so well. I was shocked. Literally shocked. We moved on to another piercing as well (high lobe) and I’m in the process of stretching my ears also. We have a whole list of piercings that I’m going to get and I can’t wait to go through the process. I’m crazy paranoid because of previous issues and everytime I message Lynn they are always so helpful and reassuring I’m pretty sure I arguably message them waaaaayyyyy too much too but they have never once made me feel like a burden and have always been sooooo helpful. The staff at icon is amazing as well Rob has been there for a lot of my piercings and he is amazing in every way. Super educational on jewelry and OMG he can style ears like none other!!! He’s got some many amazing ideas!!! And loves to talk about projects! (He also secretly loves to come outside and pet puppies) I have also seen a couple others including Melody for a check up and they were so freaking awesome to talk to beyond friendly and so easy going non judgmental at all and their personality is so chill you just feel so comfortable around them! I’ve also had the pleasure of chatting with Izzy a few times when I came in for an ear stretch or a consult for a tattoo. They’re also super chill and love chatting about jewelry! We talked about plugs and they sat there with me and went through different sizes and helped me and my husband figure out what size we wanted our goal to be and chatted about all kinds of things we can do with our ears through the stretching process! I have an apt with Sean for a tattoo with my best friend in a little under 2 weeks and the consult with him was so much more than I expected! He was so nice and friendly. I told him my vision and he went through everything step by step with me to make sure I get the perfect tattoo that I have wanted. I am so freaking excited!! Literally everyone at icon in both Nashville and murfreesboro are so amazing and they have been more than helpful to me. They all go beyond what great customer service is and I consider them friends! And now they’re all stuck with me!

Lynn is amazing, I’m so glad I chose to get my tragus done with her. I could tell immediately how much she loves this job and takes pride in piercing. I originally went in wanting two piercings on different ears and she quickly informed me on why that wouldn’t be the best and how it could affect healing. She talked me through the entire experience and it was over so quickly and didn’t hurt at all! I went to see her for my month check up and she advised me to wait to downsize- I appreciate her not rushing into things and really finding a plan that works per customer. She’s so kind and easy to talk to, I can’t wait to have her pierce me again!

I have gone to icon consistently once i turned 18, getting all of my facial piercings (5) and multiple earring changes/swaps over that time as well! all of my jewelry is high quality and i’ve never had any issues with any of my piercings from icon. i made the mistake of going to another shop before coming here, and what a bad choice that was! every piercer here that has helped me is so kind and informative. they really know their stuff. recently, melody had been working with me and had pierced my philtrum and bridge. both are healing beautifully! i highly recommend melody, she is so sweet and easy to talk to. i feel like i’m home every time i walk into the shop. :-)

I made an appointment, showed up and they wouldn’t let me in without a mask. If I’d had a mask I would go put it on but I forgot mine at home. I let them know and requested a mask which they said they couldn’t provide. At any point, but especially now, if a business is requiring masks be worn they should have some available for customers. Rude and won’t be back.

First of all amazing lady at the front super upbeat and greets you as soon as you come in. Safety is a priority, you can’t walk in with out a mask and no extra people can walk in with you to just hang out, but more than welcome to wait outside but my husband went to Jeni’s ice cream so that was a plus. Christian was my artist. We gave Christian our ideas and examples and let him draw it up. After seeing the final results it was better than what my sister and I expected from our mersister yin and yang. He has impeccable lines and detail and made us laugh! Thank you Christian and Icon Tattoo for a great tattoo and experience!

Lynn was amazing! I’ve had my bridge pierced three times prior to seeing her, and the attention and care she gave this “problem child” is amazing. We still chat regularly to make sure the healing is going well because of all the scar tissue and I have never felt more taken care of and at home in a shop before 10/10 would recommend.

Shame. The piercers are great but the front of the house staff is such a joke. Clueless, can’t give real info or knowledgeable responses, holier than thou attitude. I watched her give completely unnecessary attitude to multiple people totally unrelated to me at the counter for no obvious reason. I’m sure they have a very stressful job however-too bad...we all do. It makes it not worth choosing this spot with so many other options in Nashville.

My girlfriend actually convinced me to go get septum piercings done back when they were still doing under-the-mask services. She’d found Lynn on Tiktok and, since we both go to college in Alabama, wanted to go for her first non-ear piercing (for me this was my first non-lobe piercing). Lynn is so sweet and professional and is great at dealing with any questions or concerns. I ended up starting a curation for my ear with her—I was really insecure about it because I have fused cartilage that gives my ear a weird sort of point, but Lynn really helped me embrace it and love it. She’s ridiculously talented and the best human ever.The FOH is also WONDERFUL. Every time I go, I always have the best interactions with the worker at the front (I have no idea what their name is and I’d feel bad to ask). I don’t think I’ll ever get piercings done anywhere else if I can help it. They’re great at working with any budgets and schedules. I will always recommend this team!

Had an amazing experience at Icon Nashville location. Lynn was my piercer and she was fabulous. I went in with the intention of 3 ear piercings but after consulting with me and going over risk of swelling/healing we decided on two. I really appreciated her honesty over the potential upsale. We discussed coming back in a month to check up to reduce the size of the flat and in two months completing my third piercing. I’ll be coming back to Lynn!

Me and my friend were visiting from out of state and decided to get some piercings for our trip. She got her conch pierced and I got my helix. The woman up front was super sweet and helped us pick out some pretty jewelry- the selection was much better then in the studios back home. But the real star was Lynn, our piercer! She was SO sweet and so nice the entire time, and she explained everything to us as she was doing it. I’m a nurse, so cleanliness is really important and Lynn was amazing! She was also super informative and explained everything about the jewelry, sterilization, everything. She was more professional then some doctors I’ve worked with. This was the most amazing experience we have ever had being pierced, and I might have to come back to Nashville when I’m ready for more!
