Aquafina? Dasani? Forget about it. Mountain Glacier is the only water I will hydrate with. Not only is the water cool, crisp and refreshing, but the service is outstanding. Well done, Mountain Glacier.

Downhill QUICK!! More like FALLING DOWN THE MOUNTAIN GLACIER!! I was with Mountain Glacier for about 2 years. Started off a little rocky but I spoke with them and straightened things out. But the past few months they have gotten REAL BAD! These are the 6 bottles of water that have been sitting outside for almost 2 months. After I realized it had been over a month I called and they told me they would have the driver come out the next day to do a special delivery and pick up. NO SHOW. I called again the next day, they assured me they were going to get a driver out the next day... NO SHOW!! Then I called back and again and this time spoke with a manager who when I expressed my frustration didnt seem to care and intact read verbatim back to me their procedures on how pick ups and deliveries worked. I explained I was NOT HAPPY that I have been stood up twice now and that if the driver did not come out the next day as the manager promised that they can come pick up these empties and NOT leave me any more as I will be canceling... GUES WHAT?? NO SHOW for the third time. so not only have a canceled my service you guys can have this negative feedback so your future customers will be someone else future customers. It isnt worth it in my opinion. When you pay for a service I understand things happen. drivers get lazy or who knows what happens, but 3 times in a row and after speaking to a manager and telling them point blank that they will lose a paying customer if they do not take care of their problem... BAD SERVICE! FAIL!
They have got to be by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Knowing we are out of water and our warehouse employees are hot and they are on there way a week ago. I will never do business with this company again.
Worst customer service I have had the misfortune to be associated! !! The inept, ignorant, careless, so called delivery driver has struck again!! Last month didnt deliver on the scheduled day. Today the moron drive on the front lawn and dug holes in the grass. Then he placed 2 bottles on the prch near the ramp and walked through the flower bed stepping on a lawn ornament and broke it!! The management never keeps the schedule to replace the dispensing unit. Then if its after 5pm you cant talk to anyone. Save yourself alot of inconvenience and hassle and get your bottled water from a different company. They suck!!! Zero stars is more than they deserve, unfortunately I was forced to give one otherwise I couldnt post.

Customer service over and above the rest! We had a large event and miscalculated how much water we would need called after 9:00 pm on a Friday night Jay returned our call at 6:00 am Saturday and met us at the location to pick up our water!
I scheduled for a cooler to be brought to me. After 2 appointments where the person never showed up, I cancelled the service which I had never received. I subsequently discovered that I was being charged for service, withdrawn from my bank account.After a number of phone calls, a representative came to my house and came inside to see that, I, in fact, did not have their cooler. He said hed instruct that I be refunded. To add insult to injury he did not follow thru. I had to make another phone call. I dont think I need to say anymore.
