If you need a set of laid back, cool, calm collected personable set of techs and team who will honestly appraise the situation without any hesitation of whether the wool will be pulled over your head; THIS is the shop to come to for full service (tire repair, replacement and any number of maintenance services and recommendations).Good honest mechanics that are reasonably priced are hard to come by. I’m willing to pay a premium for their customer service, efficiency and expert honest opinion. The fact that they don’t charge an arm and leg is cherry and whipped cream on top of one amazing/awesome service!:-)

Genuinely the kindest people. I had a lot of issues with a tire that was on the brink of blowout and they gave me a lot of advice and quality service. On top of this, they threw in an oil change just because I was having so much trouble. Definitely will be giving them my business again.

They replaced my tires quickly. Unfortunately they broke one (possibly two) of my tire pressure monitor sensors on my wheels. When my tire light turned on five minutes after leaving their shop they stated they had no way of knowing what was wrong unless every tire sensor was replaced. (This is incorrect, these sensors can be scanned with a diagnostic tool) They were argumentative and not willing to fix the issue. I had to take my car to another location to be helped. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I experienced terrible customer service. They damaged one (possibly two) tire sensors. The second shop pulled my tires off and said there was no sensor on one of the tires so I know this shop damaged my sensor and tried to hide this issue by saying the only way to fix my car was for my to buy all new sensors and have all four replaced. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Was able to call the day prior to verify if they had a replacement tire for my car. They said it was ordered and wiuld be there around 930. I am there at 10, Alvin told me it was here.. I waited an hour for him to tell me it was not the correct size... Down the second star because there was no available parking and I was instructed to leave my car where it was blocking the entrance to the building. Felt very unsafe it waiting there.

Had to replace a tire that was flat. Walked in early around 8:30 and they werent too busy yet. Took them about 30-45 minutes. Did a good job and was back on the road again with no issues or hassle.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but felt there’s plenty of other places to get your tire fixed in Nashville so I suggest looking elsewhere! The first time I used them when I picked up my car my rim had two deep gauges that were not there when I dropped it off. I called and escalated things to management and never heard back. I went back a second time for a nail in my tire I ended up needing a new tire, searched for quotes and found a better option elsewhere and experienced incredibly rude customer service when I picked up my car. 10/10 do not recommend.

Have had multiple poor experiences for both myself and my partner’s cars. There has been a lack of communication when services are completed and when calling to get an update after an entire day of waiting (for an oil change), the managers are dismissive and rude. When at the location to pick up the car, people walked right by me without asking if I was being helped. Poor customer service. It appears they take in more than they are able to complete in a day and then provide unreasonable/false timelines to customers. I will no longer be going here.

The absolute worst place ever. Not only did it take 2 hours to get my tires but on but the lack of urgency did not even exist. The only person that ever had any respect for this place was Nick everyone else was either on their cell phones walking like they were out for an afternoon stroll. I truly don’t know how they stay in business it is the worst managed place I have ever gone and never ever will I ever come back to this place.

I took my company van here because the tire had a nail in it. Took them less time to fox this than they originally told us, and they did it for free! They were super friendly and professional. I would highly suggest going here for any car needs! I suggest this location to all my friends, and they’ve all had positive experiences.

I chose Tire Discounters after a terrible service experience somewhere else. I scheduled a tire replacement through Yelp and it was fantastic; friendly, responsive, no problems. Dropped my car at the Church Street location and when I went to pick it up, they informed me that the single person they employed who could perform the alignment broke his hand and they issued me a certificate to get it done at any other location.1. Im so sorry for that guy, but you only have one person who can perform an alignment?2. Why am I only now hearing about this after youve had my car for 2 hours?I made a second appointment at the Brentwood location a week later (the first available slot they had). When I arrived, he asked if I was dropping the car and I said no, I have an appointment. At which point he explained that an appointment simply meant I got next available, which was at least 3 hours away. I called a third location and they said they didnt have anything available until another week out. I ended up leaving my car (what other choice do I have?) and now have spent an additional $40 on Ubers to get back home and back to Brentwood, as well as a week trying to get a simple service performed when Ive had two appointments to get it done.I feel for the service industry; COVID was terrible and the recovery is protracted. And everyone has been very friendly while they tell me that they are wasting my time and money. But really guys, get it together. I will not be a repeat customer.

Man at the desk was sweet and quick in doing his job. I understand my tires are not the best and I cant afford all new ones but that is no reason to laugh at someone because of it. Everyone has different situations they are dealt with. The guys were quick in changing it with all the laughs.

SLOW SERVICE! Won’t go back. These guys said they could work on my car to rotate and balance tires at 2pm and on arrival he then tells me their tire guy left for temporary and the wait would be longer than first mentioned. This is unacceptable service and they need to learn and be upfront regarding timing for service. Don’t tell someone come on in if not serious about servicing them. That’s BS. Not worth your time.

I took my car do to a slow leak. They said it was too close to the edge to patch, and that because my car is all wheel drive they would need to replace all 4 tires even though my tread was 85-90.I called the head mechanic at Mercedes Benz, he said that was not true and to bring it to them. They lifted the car and found the nail was literally the very center of my tire. MB patched it and I went on my way saving $1400.Unbelievable. No one should trust this location of TD.

Had a slow leak coming into town and these guys were down the street from my hotel. They were super busy but got my tire fixed right away. Great customer service, very personable, and quality work. You wont find a better shop.

One of my tires caught a nail so I had to bring it in. They took care of the patch and checked all the other tires as protocol as well! They were super speedy with their service and very kind and informative with any questions my husband and I had. For their quality of work and customer service, I’ll definitely be coming here for all needs going forward!

Incredibly nice and honest tire shop! GO HERE! I drove in with a flat at 630pm on a Friday night on my way out of town. Knowing they closed at 7, I was fully expecting to drop it off and best case pick it up in the morning. Instead, they stayed late to fix it for me, then wouldnt let me even pay anything for it! This is my tire place in Nashville, hands down.

Very helpful. I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. They could have very well just preformed the service knowing it wouldnt fixed my problem. But, the manager went over my issue in detail and let me know that it would not have corrected my problem. I really appreciate them. Very professional.

Southern hospitality found during my visit to Tire Discounters located at 1931 Church St. Nashville, Tennessee. On 3-30-19 my wife and I were in Nashville celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. While at the hotel we discovered we had a flat tire. After putting on the spare tire I used google maps to locate the closest Tire Discounters near our hotel. Just 0.3 miles away we were only a few blocks away. When my wife and arrived we were immediately greeted by staff in the garage area. We entered the office and were immediately greeted by Anthony and Dallas working in the lobby area. The employees located the issue with the tire quickly, repaired the tire, put the spare back in my trunk, shined up the alloy wheels, and topped off the windshield wiper fluid. THIS WAS DONE FREE OF CHARGE. I was pleasantly surprised considering we are from Ohio and it is not likely we would be repeat customers. The next time we are in Nashville and, knock on wood, we are in need of tire/mechanic shop we will definitely be back. You guys were terrific. Thanks again guys.

Had a nail in my tire. Called and got a reasonable appointment time, they had me in and out of there in no time. It was the holidays, and let’s say they were very generous with the cost. Well under what I would have expected. It was a simple job, but this crew was exceptionally considerate and I will continue to go back.

Excellent service and excellent group of guys here. They helped me when I was in a bind, and cant appreciate it enough. Had a leaking tire at end of the day and needed to be on the road in the morning. Many other shops were already closed. I came in 10 minutes before closing, hoping they could at least look at the tire. Not only did they look at it, they diagnosed a screw in one tire and a blade in another tire. They were able to remove the screw/blade, and repair the tire, all in less than 20 minutes. This went past their closing time, so again definitely appreciative of their dedication. As a final surprise and delight, they gave my the tire repair for no charge as a courtesy! I will definitely be back for future tire needs! Thank you to the team there!

Got a quote from the dealership to fix an issue that caused my check engine light to come on. Took it to tire discounters for an estimate on that issue and it was 50% less than what the dealer said. So I went with them.The final total that fix my car was 65% less than what Toyota tried to charge me.They were extreemly courteous, timely, and professional. Joshua was very friendly to work with over the phone, and the manager Anthony was very transparent and honest with me about what was going on with the car.If I have another issue in the future, I will definitely be back to this location of tire discounters

Went there this Am with a balance issue . The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to my needs. they found that I had a tire sensor broken causing my problem. They repaired the sensor and there was no extra charge for that. THESE MEN ARE AWESOME. I am from Virginia and recommend this business to all in the area.

I really liked this shop because I called with my tire problem, and they were upfront with having a garage of cars, but that they could work me in. I decided to drop my car off and they called me 3hrs later with a plan of action for my car. I SERIOUSLY thought it would take all day for them to get to my car, but no ! I foolishly put off calling a tire shop because I thought it would be an all day ordeal. Very great and fast work! I worked with Hawk.

I visited Tire Discounters for the first time because I had a coupon for an oil change, and my car needed some other general maintenance as well. The staff members I spoke to were prompt, friendly, and thorough in their explanations. They had a promotion going on at the time that saved me more money than the coupon, so I was able to save it for future use. I was overdue for new tires as well, and upon my request they emailed me a quote for different options and recommendations, including an offer to help find what I needed elsewhere if they did not have it. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. A positive experience all around. Glad to have them in town!
