I have been on the weekends which is much more busy. There was dryer sheets laying all over the floor from people just being inconsiderate and not cleaning up after themselves but other than that I was pleased. I know go through the week days as Im off and it is definitely not as busy. They have also just installed a lot of new washer and dryers! Would definitely recommend using this laundry mat!

I was doing my laundry. This place was the second laundromat I had try ed in nashville. At first it seemed better but was not. First the washers cost more and if you choose any options then it cost you even more. Next the place was on cruise control (no one was there to help you if you had a problem) it had WiFi but no way for customers to get access ( what was the password) and the worst bathroom Ive had to use in a long time. No tp or paper towels or a sink with a working faucet. Go here only if you cant go anywhere else and someone is holding a gun on you and making you go

The lady that is currently working here Sunday January 20 2019 at 11 am is horrible there was some nasty dirty socks on the floor and she ask if they were mine, of course I said no..they were men socks anyway...and scrolled up my nose and she went to other patrons and said I had an attitude...well first of all you are asking people for pills and hoeing around all these men so yes I dont like you and she knows it. There has been a couple times I have been here late and she has taken men to bathroom to do whatever...unfortunately its the only close lau9mat for me to go to...over 3/4 of the washer and dryers dont work....the bathrooms are filthy with no toilet paper or hand soap or paper towels....the coin machine you...no hot water

My clothes were stolen from this place . They allow homeless ppl to sleep here when the hours clearly say the close at 10PM! I’ve been coming here for over a year and usually they have someone monitoring the grounds and will remove your clothes and place them in the office for you. Idk what has changed but I’m not pleased over 1000 worth of clothes stolen..this is false advertisement!!!

Will not go back the employee at night if very nasty and rude me and my husband washed clothes there we were coming to dry our clothes and the b**** took our clothes out of the washer and told us wash n dry by 845 and told us we had to go somewhere else but the sign says they close at 1000 I guess what she wanted to do was more important than making business for the owner

If I could give this place a negative stars I would. I am dire need of contact with the owner of this business to ask why on a Sunday night a woman locked the doors as I was walking to them at 815 pm. She said they lock the doors at 830 pm....ok so why at 815 I’m locked out, hollered at thru the glass like an animal in 26 degree weather, and pretty much she told she wasn’t opening that door, HER clock said 830, she even argued when I held my phone up and it showed 818. She then walks around the store talking about me to the other customers inside. If the business locks it’s doors at 830 the sign needs to be changed from 10. Also I was refused any information I requested about a manager. I’m seriously considering verbal assault & mental distress if need be because No Paying Human Being Anywhere Ever deserves to be disrespected in such a way for only wanting to wash their work uniforms. One basket. That was all I had to wash. I also have a video of part of the altercation, my phone showing the time, & her treating me like an animal for wanting to spend money where she works & receives her paycheck. Her customers pay her & keeps whoever that owns this place business up. Well one things for certain... I will never return there to wash anything of mine & I’ll pass along everything that happened to me about this place to anyone who will listen. I work, pay my taxes, and try to stay a hopeful, decent person through this mean world. There’s enough terrible stuff goin on these days for me or Anyone else to have to tolerate being disrespected & made to feel insignificant jus for needing to wash their laundry. This is unacceptable behavior from a person being paid for a specific job and she uses it to try to control & manipulate paying customers needing nothing more than to wash & dry clothes.

More than half of the washers are out of order. I go once a week and thru never get fixed. Just more stop working. Its gross and dirty. Ive seen the

Please don’t take your stuff clothes there. It is awful. Every time they are steeling. Dirty awful
